Abstract
The invention discloses a broken cone taking-out instrument and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments. The method comprises the following specific steps: 1, sleeving a guide sleeve fixer which is adapted to an osteotomy section on the outer side of the guide sleeve fixer; 2, installing a drill guide sleeve above the guide sleeve fixer; 3, using a drill to penetrate through the guide sleeve fixer and the drilling guide sleeve and punching a broken cone in the osteotomy section; 4, after punching, taking out the drill bit, and tapping by using a screw tap; 5, after tapping, removing the drill hole guide sleeve and the guide sleeve fixer; screwing a threaded rod into the threaded hole; 7, mounting a nut on the top of the threaded rod; 8, inserting two inclined ends of the separator wrench into a gap between the osteotomy segment and the rotating nut; and 9, knocking a hammering seat at the tail part of the separator wrench through a hammer, rotating a separator nut until the broken cone is taken out after the broken cone is loosened. The invention can effectively take out the broken cone-matched prosthesis and reduce the time for replacing the prosthesis in the operation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a broken cone taking-out instrument and a using method thereof.
Background
Knee replacement has started to prevail widely in the late 70 s and early 80 s of the 20 th century and has now become the most effective means of treating end-stage tumors. Like other surgical implants, the first knee prosthesis was designed by a surgical innovator in cooperation with the industry. With the further intensive research on anatomy and biomechanics, with the development of novel materials, the design concept and variety of prostheses are increasing, but the indications and clinical effects of different types of prostheses are also different. Further, in a use state, the bone cutting section is in clearance fit with the lower half part of the step cavity.
Further, the drilling guide sleeve is in clearance fit with the upper half part of the step cavity.
Furthermore, the top of the side wall of the drilling guide sleeve is provided with an outward extension section; the extension section is erected on the top of the guide sleeve fixer.
A use method of the broken cone extracting instrument is used for using the broken cone extracting instrument, and comprises the following steps:
step 8, inserting two inclined ends of the separator wrench into a gap between the osteotomy segment and the rotating nut;
step 9, knocking a hammering seat at the tail part of the separator wrench through a hammer, rotating a separator nut after a broken cone is loosened,

the other end of the driving screw rod is provided with a hammering seat; a limiting groove is formed in the port of the long hole in one side of the hammering seat, and the driving nut is restrained in the limiting groove and can rotate along the central axis of the long hole; the driving screw is in threaded connection with the driving nut.
Further, the thread of the driving screw is in clearance fit with the thread of the driving nut, and the clearance is larger than 0.

the other end of the driving screw rod is provided with a hammering seat; a limiting groove is formed in the port of the long hole in one side of the hammering seat, and the driving nut is restrained in the limiting groove and can rotate along the central axis of the long hole; the driving screw is in threaded connection with the driving nut.
The thread of the driving screw is in clearance fit with the thread of the driving nut, and the clearance is larger than 0; after the driving nut is in threaded connection with the driving screw rod, the driving nut can rock along the central axis of the long hole.
The outer side of the driving nut is provided with a limiting bulge, and the limiting bulge is located in the limiting groove. The fixed support is provided with a handle. The handle is provided with a lightening hole.

1. A broken cone extracting instrument is characterized by comprising a drilling guide sleeve, a guide sleeve fixer and a screw tap; the guide sleeve fixer is of a cylindrical structure, and a step cavity is formed in the guide sleeve fixer; the lower half part of the guide sleeve fixer is adapted to an osteotomy section locked with the broken cone, and when the guide sleeve fixer is used, the osteotomy section is sleeved in the lower half part of the step cavity; the inner diameter of the upper half part of the step cavity is smaller than that of the lower half part of the step cavity;
the drilling guide sleeve is arranged in the upper half part of the step cavity, and the central axis of the drilling guide sleeve is superposed with the central axis of the guide sleeve fixer; in a use state, the screw tap penetrates through the central axis of the guide sleeve fixer, and the bottom of the screw tap is in threaded connection with a broken screw tap in the osteotomy section; the screw tap is in clearance fit with the drill hole guide sleeve.

4. The disconnected cone extracting instrument as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the side wall of the drill guide sleeve is provided with an outward extension; the extension section is erected on the top of the guide sleeve fixer.
5. A method for using the broken cone extraction instrument as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the following steps:
step 1, sleeving a guide sleeve fixer adapted to an osteotomy section on the outer side of the guide sleeve fixer;
step 2, installing a drill guide sleeve above the guide sleeve fixer;
step 3, using a drill to penetrate through the guide sleeve fixer and the drilling guide sleeve, and punching a broken cone in the osteotomy section;

the other end of the driving screw rod is provided with a hammering seat; a limiting groove is formed in the port of the long hole in one side of the hammering seat, and the driving nut is restrained in the limiting groove and can rotate along the central axis of the long hole; the driving screw is in threaded connection with the driving nut.
