Based on the above description of the embodiments of the cleaning apparatus of the present application, the following embodiments of the descaling method of the cleaning apparatus of the present application exemplarily describe the descaling method of the cleaning apparatus 10.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some examples, the descaling method may include:
step S1100: when the steam boiler 220 performs the descaling operation, the steam pump 210 is controlled to inject the mixed cleaning liquid into the steam boiler 220; step S1200: controlling the steam boiler 220 to heat the mixed cleaning solution therein to a first preset temperature lower than the steam generation temperature so that the mixed cleaning solution reacts with dirt in the steam boiler 220 at the first preset temperature; step S1300: the mixed liquor after the reaction of the mixed cleaning solution and the dirt in the steam boiler 220 is discharged through the pipe 230, so that the reacted mixed liquor can react with the dirt in the pipe in the discharging process.
This embodiment is described in further detail below.
In some examples, before step S1100, step S1000 may be further included: it is determined whether the steam boiler 220 needs to perform a descaling operation.
In step S1000, it may be determined whether the steam boiler 220 needs to perform a descaling operation based on the operation data of the steam boiler 220. If the determination result is yes, step S1020 may be executed: the control man-machine interaction assembly 400 prompts the user to place the cleaning device 10 on the charging stand 20 or to perform step S1100. That is, the descaling operation may include controlling the human-computer interaction assembly 400 to remind the user to place the cleaning device 10 on the charging stand 20. If the judgment result is negative, the descaling operation is not executed. The description of the operation data may be described with reference to the embodiments of the cleaning apparatus 10 described above, and will not be repeated herein.
In some examples, the descaling method may further include step S1025: it is determined whether the cleaning device 10 is placed at a preset position of the charging stand 20. If the determination result is yes, step S1040 may be performed: the control man-machine interaction assembly 400 prompts the user to add the mixed cleaning solution into the cleaning solution receiving chamber 110. If the determination result is no, step S1020 is performed.
In some examples, step S1040 may include: the man-machine interaction component 400 is controlled to prompt a user to take out the clear water tank; after the clean water tank is taken out, reminding a user to add the mixed cleaning solution into the cleaning solution accommodating cavity 110; the control man-machine interaction assembly 400 alerts the user to put the fresh water tank back.
In some examples, step S1040 may include: it is judged whether or not citric acid is present in the cleaning liquid containing chamber 110. If the determination is yes, a determination may be performed as to whether the amount of water in the cleaning liquid accommodating chamber 110 reaches a preset volume, or step S1100 may be performed. If the determination result is no, step S1040 may be performed: the control man-machine interaction assembly 400 prompts the user to add the mixed cleaning solution into the cleaning solution receiving chamber 110. Regarding the step of determining whether the amount of water in the cleaning liquid accommodating chamber 110 reaches the preset volume, if so, step S1100 may be performed. If the determination result is no, step S1040 may be performed.
In other examples, the mixed cleaning solution may be added to the cleaning solution containing chamber 110 without removing the cleaning solution tank. In this case, the descaling operation may include directly performing step S1040.
In other examples, step 1040 may also not include determining whether citric acid is present in the cleaning solution receiving chamber 110 and/or determining whether the amount of water in the cleaning solution receiving chamber 110 reaches a predetermined volume.
In step S1100, in some examples, the steam pump 210 may be controlled to pump the mixed cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid containing cavity 110 into the steam boiler 220.
In step S1200: the steam boiler 220 is controlled to heat the mixed cleaning solution therein to a first preset temperature lower than the steam generation temperature for the mixed cleaning solution to react with the dirt in the steam boiler 220 at the first preset temperature. The first preset temperature and the temperature control method of the steam boiler may be described with reference to the above embodiments of the cleaning apparatus 10 of the present application, which are not described herein.
In step S1300: the mixed liquor after the reaction of the mixed cleaning solution and the dirt in the steam boiler 220 is discharged through the pipe 230, so that the reacted mixed liquor can react with the dirt in the pipe in the discharging process. The mixed liquor may flow to the reservoir via line 230.
In some examples, the descaling method may further include controlling the operation of the roller brush assembly 500 to spin the liquid in the water storage tank 21 to the suction port by rotation, and controlling the suction assembly 600 to suck the liquid in the water storage tank 21 into the stain receiving chamber through the suction port. The working principles of the rolling brush assembly 500 and the suction assembly 600 may be described with reference to the embodiments of the cleaning apparatus 10 described above, and are not described herein.
In some examples, the method of descaling may further include determining whether a ratio of a volume of the liquid in the stain receiving chamber to a volume of the stain receiving chamber reaches a preset value. If the result is yes, the descaling operation is stopped, and the user is prompted to clean the dirt accommodating cavity. If the determination result is no, the step S1300 is continuously executed: the mixed liquor after the reaction of the mixed cleaning solution and the dirt in the steam boiler 220 is discharged through the pipe 230, so that the reacted mixed liquor can react with the dirt in the pipe in the discharging process.
In some examples, the user may remove the stain containment chamber to clean the mixed liquor therein. In this case, the controller may also alert the user to reset the stain receiving chamber through the human-machine interaction assembly 400. When the controller 300 detects that the stain receiving chamber is reset, a determination may be performed as to whether the ratio of the volume of the liquid in the stain receiving chamber to the volume of the stain receiving chamber reaches a preset value.
In some examples, the descaling method may further include step S1350: it is determined whether the mixed cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid accommodating chamber 110 is used. If the determination result is yes, the descaling process may be ended, or step S1400 may be performed: the steam pump 210 is controlled to inject clear water into the steam generating assembly 200 or to perform step S1420 (described later) to wash the mixed cleaning solution remaining inside the steam generating assembly 200. If not, the process continues to step S1300.
In step S1400: the steam pump 210 is controlled to inject the clean water into the steam generating assembly 200 to wash the mixed cleaning solution remaining inside the steam generating assembly 200.
In some examples, the descaling method may include step S1420: the man-machine interaction assembly 400 is controlled to remind the user to add clear water into the cleaning solution containing chamber 110. Specifically, the human-computer interaction component 400 is controlled to prompt the user to take out the clear water tank; after the clean water tank is taken out, reminding a user to add clean water into the clean water accommodating cavity 110; the control man-machine interaction assembly 400 alerts the user to put the fresh water tank back. In other examples, the fresh water may be added to the cleaning solution receiving chamber 110 without removing the fresh water tank.
In some examples, the descaling method may further include step S1440: it is determined whether the amount of water in the cleaning liquid accommodating chamber 110 reaches a preset volume. If the determination is yes, step S1400 may be performed. If the determination result is negative, step S1420 may be performed.
In some examples, determining whether the ratio of the volume of the liquid in the stain-containing chamber to the volume of the stain-containing chamber reaches the preset value may also be used in step S1400, and will not be described herein.

Claims (13)

1. A cleaning apparatus, comprising:
a housing provided with a cleaning liquid accommodating chamber;
the steam generation assembly is arranged in the shell and comprises a steam pump, a steam boiler and a pipeline, the steam boiler is communicated with the cleaning liquid accommodating cavity through the steam pump, the steam pump is used for pumping liquid in the cleaning liquid accommodating cavity into the steam boiler, and the pipeline is communicated with the steam boiler and the outside;
the controller is arranged on the shell and is electrically connected with the steam pump and the steam boiler; and
the rolling brush assembly and the suction assembly are electrically connected with the controller and are arranged on the shell; the shell is also provided with a suction port; the rolling brush assembly is used for cleaning an area to be cleaned; the pipeline is used for outputting steam to the area to be cleaned; the suction assembly is used for sucking the stains through the suction opening;
the cleaning solution accommodating cavity is used for accommodating mixed cleaning solution when the steam boiler performs descaling operation; the controller is used for controlling the steam pump to inject the mixed cleaning liquid into the steam boiler when the descaling operation is carried out on the steam boiler, and controlling the steam boiler to heat the mixed cleaning liquid in the steam boiler to a first preset temperature lower than a steam generation temperature so as to enable the mixed cleaning liquid to react with dirt in the steam boiler at the first preset temperature; the mixed liquid after the mixed cleaning liquid reacts with the dirt in the steam boiler can flow out through the pipeline so as to react with the dirt in the pipeline.
2. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaning device,
the mixed cleaning solution comprises citric acid, and the value range of the first preset temperature is 30 ℃ to 35 ℃, 35.1 ℃ to 40 ℃, 40.1 ℃ to 45 ℃, 45.1 ℃ to 50 ℃, 50.1 ℃ to 55 ℃ or 55.1 ℃ to 60 ℃.
3. A cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that,
the controller is used for judging whether the steam boiler needs to perform the descaling operation or not based on the operation data of the steam boiler; and if the steam boiler is judged to need to be subjected to the descaling operation, performing the descaling operation on the steam boiler, and if the steam boiler is judged to not need to be subjected to the descaling operation, not performing the descaling operation on the steam boiler.
4. A cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein,
the operation data comprises the working time length of the steam boiler; the controller is used for recording the working time of the steam boiler and judging whether the working time is smaller than a preset time; and if the working time is not less than the preset time, judging that the steam boiler needs to perform the descaling operation, and if the working time is less than the preset time, judging that the steam boiler does not need to perform the descaling operation.
5. A cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein,
the operation data includes an actual operating temperature of the steam boiler; the controller is used for acquiring the theoretical temperature of the steam boiler;
the controller is used for acquiring the actual temperature of the steam boiler and judging whether the actual temperature is greater than the theoretical temperature; and if the actual temperature is not higher than the theoretical temperature, judging that the steam boiler does not need to perform descaling operation.
6. A cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein:
the cleaning device comprises a man-machine interaction assembly electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is used for reminding a user to add the mixed cleaning liquid into the cleaning liquid accommodating cavity through the man-machine interaction assembly when the steam boiler is judged to need descaling operation.
7. The cleaning apparatus of claim 6, wherein:
the cleaning solution accommodating cavity is used for accommodating clean water after the descaling operation of the steam boiler is finished; the controller is used for reminding a user to add clear water into the cleaning solution containing cavity through the man-machine interaction assembly after the descaling operation of the steam boiler is finished, and controlling the steam pump to pump the clear water in the cleaning solution containing cavity into the steam boiler.
8. A cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the controller is used for acquiring the actual temperature of the steam boiler when the descaling operation is carried out on the steam boiler, and judging whether the difference value between the actual temperature and the first preset temperature is larger than a preset threshold value or not; and if so, adjusting the heating power of the steam boiler so that the difference value is smaller than the preset threshold value.
9. A cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the shell is also provided with a stain accommodating cavity communicated with the suction port; the suction assembly is used for sucking the stains into the stain accommodating cavity through the suction opening;
the controller is used for controlling the rolling brush assembly to operate and simultaneously controlling the sucking assembly to suck the mixed liquid flowing out from the pipeline into the stain accommodating cavity when the steam boiler performs the descaling operation.
10. The cleaning apparatus of claim 9, wherein:
the controller is used for controlling the rolling brush assembly and the suction assembly to intermittently operate when the steam boiler performs the descaling operation so as to suck the mixed liquid flowing out through the pipeline into the stain accommodating cavity.
11. The cleaning apparatus of claim 9, wherein the cleaning device comprises a cleaning device,
the controller is used for detecting whether the cleaning equipment is placed at a preset position of the charging seat or not before the descaling operation is carried out on the steam boiler, and if yes, the descaling operation is carried out on the steam boiler; if not, not performing the descaling operation on the steam boiler;
wherein, the reacted mixed liquid flowing out by the pipeline when the steam boiler performs the descaling operation enters a water storage tank of the charging seat; the rolling brush component is arranged opposite to the water storage tank and is at least partially positioned in the water storage tank; the rolling brush assembly is used for throwing the liquid in the water storage tank to the suction port through rotation during operation; the suction assembly is used for sucking the liquid in the water storage tank into the stain accommodating cavity through the suction opening.
12. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaning device,
the steam generation assembly comprises a temperature sensor arranged on the steam boiler, and the temperature sensor is used for measuring the actual temperature of the steam boiler; the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the controller;
the cleaning device comprises a power supply electrically connected with the controller, wherein the power supply is used for supplying power to the steam boiler; the steam generating assembly comprises a temperature control switch electrically connected between the steam boiler and the power supply; the temperature control switch is used for switching off when the actual temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature.
13. A descaling method for a cleaning apparatus, characterized by being applied to the cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 12, the descaling method comprising:
when the steam boiler performs the descaling operation, controlling the steam pump to inject the mixed cleaning liquid into the steam boiler;
controlling the steam boiler to heat the mixed cleaning liquid in the steam boiler to a first preset temperature lower than a steam generation temperature so as to enable the mixed cleaning liquid to react with dirt in the steam boiler at the first preset temperature;
and discharging the mixed liquid after the mixed cleaning liquid and dirt react in the steam boiler through the pipeline, so that the reacted mixed liquid can react with the dirt in the pipeline in the discharging process.
