In addition, through the electrical processing unit 16 and the driving part 14, the paper dispenser of the invention can selectively pull paper manually, or electrically assist manual pull paper, or electrically pull paper, so as to meet the actual requirement of a user. In particular, the electrical processing unit 16 and the driving unit 141 can prevent accidental paper breakage when a user pulls the paper, for a wet condition or a less flexible paper.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 6, in the embodiment shown in the drawings, the unidirectional gear 143 may be connected to a magnetic switch rotator 1432, two ends of the magnetic switch rotator 1432 are respectively provided with a magnetic body 1433 (for example, a magnet), and the electrical processing unit 16 is provided with a magnetic sensing unit 162 (for example, a magnetic sensor) corresponding to one of the magnetic bodies 1433. Thereby, the paper dispensing roller 111 can rotate more than half a turn by the control of the magnetic body 1433 of the electrical processing unit 16, the driving unit 141, the magnetic sensing unit 162 and the magnetic switch rotator 1432, so as to provide a user with a proper number of papers. In addition, when the paper dispenser of the present invention is not in use, a slight angular distance can be provided between the lower magnetic body 1433 and the magnetic sensing unit 162, and when the user pulls the paper to drive the paper dispensing roller 111 and the magnetic switch rotator 1432 to rotate, the magnetic sensing unit 162 correspondingly senses the lower magnetic body 1433 to start the driving unit 141, and when the magnetic sensing unit 162 correspondingly senses the other magnetic body 1433, the driving unit 141 stops.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 and 6, in the embodiment shown in the drawings, the unidirectional gear 143 may be connected to a manual rotator 1431, the manual rotator 1431 may be exposed out of the support 12 and the outer cover 20 through the positioning hole 1201 of the support 12 and the through hole 205 of the outer cover 20, and the magnetic switch rotator 1432 may be located in the manual rotator 1431. Thereby, when the user selects to manually pull the paper 91, the user can rotate the manual rotator 1431, and the manual rotator 1431 can drive the paper dispensing roller 111 to rotate in a single direction (anticlockwise) through the unidirectional gear 143, so that the paper dispensing roller 111 can output the paper 91 toward the paper outlet 203.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 6, in the embodiment shown, the electrical processing unit 16 may have a central processor, a memory, a processing circuit, a warning device (e.g. a buzzer or a light emitter) and an infrared sensing unit 161, the outer cover 20 may have a transparent plate 202, and the infrared sensing unit 161 may pass through the transparent plate 202 to externally sense the hands of the user, so that the paper dispenser of the present invention provides the paper 91 with electric power. In addition, the electrical processing unit 16 can also estimate the usage of the paper 91 through the rotation number of the driving unit 141, so as to send out a reminding sound or light through the alarm when the paper 91 is insufficient.
Referring to fig. 1, 6 and 7, in the embodiment shown, the electrical processing unit 16 may have a paper-less prompting unit 163, and the paper-less prompting unit 163 may have a paper roll sensing unit 1631 (e.g. a sensing rod), a linkage unit 1635 (e.g. a linkage rod) and a lifting switch 1637. One end of the paper roll sensing unit 1631 may be pivotally connected to a paper roll abutting roller 1632 to abut against the paper roll 9, the other end of the paper roll sensing unit 1631 may have an elastic pivot 1633 (e.g. an elastic swivel), the paper roll abutting roller 1632 and the paper roll sensing unit 1631 are located outside the support 12, the elastic pivot 1633 may be located inside the support 12, the other end of the paper roll sensing unit 1631 may be pivotally connected to the elastic pivot 1633 through the support 12 so that the other end of the paper roll sensing unit 1631 is elastically pivoted inside the support 12, the elastic pivot 1633 has a driving notch 1634, the linking unit 1635 may be located inside the support 12, a pivot 1636 between two ends of the linking unit 1635 is pivotally located inside the support 12, one end of the linking unit 1635 is movably connected to the driving notch 4, the other end of the linking unit 1635 is connected to the lifting switch 1637, and the lifting switch 1637 may be electrically connected to the processing circuit of the electrical processing unit 16 and located inside the support 12. Therefore, the paper roll abutting roller 1632 of the paper roll sensing unit 1631 can elastically abut against the paper roll 9 through the elastic pivoting body 1633, when the paper roll 9 is less, the diameter of the paper roll 9 can be reduced, at this time, as shown in fig. 7, the elastic pivoting body 1633 can drive the paper roll sensing unit 1631 to rotate clockwise, and the driving notch 1634 of the elastic pivoting body 1633 can rotate clockwise to drive one end of the linkage unit 1635, so that the linkage unit 1635 rotates anticlockwise and the other end of the linkage unit 1635 presses the lifting switch 1637. As described above, the lifting switch 1637 can make the alarm emit a warning of low paper when the paper roll 9 is low.
Referring to fig. 8, in the embodiment shown, an auxiliary driving portion 15 may be disposed in the supporting body 13, the auxiliary driving portion 15 includes a gear 151, a stop arm 152 and an elastic unit 153 (e.g. a telescopic spring), the supporting body 13 may cover the auxiliary driving portion 15 through a cover 130, the gear 151 is connected to the paper dispensing roller 111 and includes a plurality of inclined teeth 1511 and a pivoting unit 1531 (e.g. a pivoting shaft), two ends of the elastic unit 153 are respectively disposed on the pivoting unit 1531 of the gear 151 and the fixing unit 1532 (e.g. a hook) of the supporting body 13, two ends of the stop arm 152 are respectively provided with a stop end 1521 and an elastic pivoting unit 1522 (e.g. a pivoting body with a torsion spring), the elastic pivoting unit 1522 is pivotally disposed on the supporting body 13 to drive the stop end 1521 between the inclined teeth 1511, so that the paper dispensing roller 111 rotates clockwise in a direction from the paper dispensing roller 111 to the paper outlet, and the stop arm 152 rotates clockwise only in fig. 8. Thus, when the user pulls the paper, the gear 151 and the paper dispensing roller 111 in fig. 8 rotate clockwise, and the pivoting unit 1531 of the gear 151 moves clockwise and stretches the elastic unit 153 to store elastic energy. When the paper is cut with the tearing line, the elastic unit 153 is pulled to the longest state, and then the elastic unit 153 retracts and releases the elastic energy to pull the gear 151 and the paper dispensing roller 111 to rotate clockwise through the pivoting unit 1531, so as to assist the paper dispensing roller 111 to send out paper to a user.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, in the embodiment, the two sides of the paper distribution roller 111 may be respectively provided with a pivot unit 1114 (e.g. a pivot slot) and a fixing frame 1116, wherein the pivot unit 1114 of the paper distribution roller 111 is located at the upper side of the accommodating slot 1113, and the pivot unit 1142 of each swing arm 1141 is pivotally arranged on the pivot unit 1114 of the paper distribution roller 111 and is positioned by screwing the fixing unit 1117 (e.g. a fixing hole) of the fixing frame 1116 to the fixing unit 1115 (e.g. a fixing hole) of the paper distribution roller 111 through a bolt. Thereby, the swing frame 114 can be easily assembled to the paper dispensing roller 111.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 9 to 11, as shown in the drawings, in the embodiment, the paper dispensing portion 1 may have a cover 117 and a positioning frame 116, the cover 117 and the positioning frame 116 are disposed between the supporting bodies 12 and 13, and the cover 117 is located at the front side of the paper dispensing roller 111. The pivoting units 1171 (e.g., pivoting shafts) on both sides of the cover 117 can be pivotally connected to and fastened to the pivoting units 128, 138 (e.g., fastening slots) on the inner sides of the supporting bodies 12, 13, and the fastening units 1172 (e.g., elastic fastening hooks) on both sides of the cover 117 can be fastened to the fastening units 129, 139 (e.g., fastening holes) on the inner sides of the supporting bodies 12, 13, so that a user can open the cover 117 to repair the swing frame 114 and the paper dispensing cutter 115. The fixing units 1161 (e.g., fixing holes) on both sides of the positioning frame 116 are fixed to the fixing units 127, 137 (e.g., fixing columns) on the inner sides of the supporting bodies 12, 13, and the auxiliary rollers 112, 113 and the paper distributing roller 111 are disposed on the positioning frame 116, so that the positioning frame 116 can avoid paper jam.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, and fig. 14 and 15, as shown, in the embodiment, the cover 117 may have an auxiliary roller 1173 to be abutted against the paper dispensing roller 111 to clamp and convey the paper 91. Thus, the auxiliary roller 1173 of the cover 117 can ensure that the paper 91 is ejected toward the paper ejection hole 203 to avoid paper jam.
The present invention has been disclosed in the foregoing in terms of preferred embodiments, however, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the embodiments are merely illustrative of the invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that all changes and substitutions equivalent to the embodiment are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A paper dispenser, comprising:
a base;
a paper distribution part, which is provided with two supporting bodies and a paper distribution unit, wherein the paper distribution unit is provided with at least one auxiliary rolling body, a paper distribution rolling body, a swinging frame and a paper distribution cutter, the auxiliary rolling body and the paper distribution rolling body are mutually abutted to be used for conveying paper of paper rolls, the paper distribution rolling body is provided with a containing groove, the swinging frame is provided with two swinging arms and a cutter arrangement frame, two ends of each swinging arm are respectively provided with a pivoting unit and a guide unit, two sides of the cutter arrangement frame are respectively arranged on each swinging arm and are positioned between the pivoting unit and the guide unit of each swinging arm, the paper distribution cutter is arranged on the cutter arrangement frame, the pivoting units of the swinging arms are respectively pivoted on two sides of the paper distribution rolling body and are positioned on the same side of the containing groove, the paper distribution cutter is swung between the inside and outside of the containing groove, each supporting body is provided with a paper roll elastic positioning unit, the pivoting unit of the supporting body and a cam guide groove, the pivoting unit of the supporting body is in an arc shape, the cam guide groove surrounds the pivoting unit of the supporting body and is a closed type, the pivoting unit of the supporting body is arranged outside the pivoting unit of the supporting body, two sides of the supporting body are respectively arranged at the same side of the supporting body, the supporting body is respectively pivoted between the pivoting units of the supporting body, and the supporting body is respectively pivoted on the movable seat; and
an outer cover pivoted to the base and having a paper outlet, the outer cover covering the base, the paper distribution portion being located between the outer cover and the base,
when a user pulls paper, the paper distribution roller is driven by the paper to rotate anticlockwise, the guide units on the two sides of the swing frame can reach the rear part of the cam guide groove through the guide of the wall surfaces on the two sides of the cam guide groove of the support body, so that the guide units on the two sides of the swing frame are far away from the pivot units on the two sides of the paper distribution roller, the paper distribution cutter is enabled to cut out a tearing line, and then when the user continues pulling the paper to take the paper, the paper distribution roller is driven by the paper to rotate anticlockwise, the guide units on the two sides of the swing frame can reach the front part of the cam guide groove through the guide of the wall surfaces on the two sides of the cam guide groove of the support body, so that the guide units on the two sides of the swing frame are close to the pivot units on the two sides of the paper distribution roller, and the paper distribution cutter is enabled to recover to be in situ.
2. The paper dispenser according to claim 1, wherein one side of the cover is pivoted to one side of the base body by two damping type rotating shafts, one side of the supporting body is pivoted to the opposite side of the base body by damping type rotating shafts, respectively, and the rotating direction of the cover is opposite to the rotating direction of the paper dispensing portion; the other side of the outer cover is provided with a buckling unit which is buckled on the buckling unit at the other side of the base body, and the other side of each supporting body is provided with a buckling unit which is buckled on the buckling unit of the base body.

The paper dispenser according to claim 1, wherein one of the supporting bodies has an electric processing unit, a driving part and a power supply unit, the driving part has a driving unit, a transmission unit and a unidirectional gear, the power supply unit is electrically connected with the electric processing unit, the electric processing unit is electrically connected with the driving unit, the driving unit is connected with the transmission unit, the transmission unit is connected with the unidirectional gear, the unidirectional gear is connected with the paper dispensing roller, and the driving unit drives the paper dispensing roller to rotate towards the direction of outputting the paper out of the paper outlet hole through the transmission unit and the unidirectional gear.

A paper dispenser according to claim 3, wherein the unidirectional gear is connected to a magnetic switch rotator, both ends of the magnetic switch rotator are respectively provided with a magnetic body, and the electrical processing unit is provided with a magnetic sensing unit corresponding to one of the magnetic bodies.
5. A paper dispenser according to claim 3, wherein the one-way gear is connected to a manual rotator which is exposed from the support body and the cover.
6. A paper dispenser according to claim 3, wherein the electrical processing unit has an infrared sensing unit, the cover having a light permeable plate through which the infrared sensing unit senses externally.
7. A paper dispenser according to claim 3, wherein the electronic processing unit has a paper-less prompting unit, the paper-less prompting unit has a paper roll sensing unit, a linkage unit and a lifting switch, the paper roll sensing unit is elastically pivoted on the support body and has a driving notch, the linkage unit is pivoted on the support body between two ends of the linkage unit, one end of the linkage unit is movably connected to the driving notch, and the other end of the linkage unit is connected to the lifting switch.
8. The paper dispenser according to claim 1, wherein one of the supporting bodies has an auxiliary driving portion, the auxiliary driving portion has a gear, a stop arm and an elastic unit, the gear is connected with the paper dispensing roller and has a plurality of bevel gears and a pivoting unit, two ends of the elastic unit are respectively disposed on the pivoting unit of the gear and the supporting body, two ends of the stop arm are respectively provided with a stop end and an elastic pivoting unit, and the elastic pivoting unit is pivotally disposed on the supporting body to drive the stop end to stop between the bevel gears, so that the paper dispensing roller rotates in a direction of outputting the paper to the outside of the paper outlet.

The paper dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the paper dispensing roller has a pivoting unit and a fixing frame at both sides thereof, the pivoting unit of the paper dispensing roller is located at the same side of the receiving slot, and the pivoting unit of each swing arm is pivotally located at the pivoting unit of the paper dispensing roller and is located by the fixing frame.
10. The paper dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the paper dispenser has a cover and a positioning frame, the cover and the positioning frame are disposed between the supporting bodies, the auxiliary roller and the paper dispenser roller are disposed on the positioning frame, the cover is disposed on a front side of the paper dispenser roller, and the cover has the auxiliary roller to be disposed against the paper dispenser roller to convey the paper.
