Abstract

本发明总体上涉及门铃设备。更特别地,本发明涉及用于广播音频或视觉警报的系统和方法,该警报包括从门铃设备的相机所捕获的图像中提取的环境对象(ambientobject)的特征描述。
背景技术
已知的门铃设备可以响应于在这种门铃设备的相机所捕获的图像中标识出已知的人或对象而发起定制音频警报的广播,该定制音频警报是预先生成的并且与该已知的人或对象相关联。然而,已知的门铃设备无法针对未知的人或对象生成定制且详细的音频和/或视觉警报。
鉴于以上内容,存在针对改进的系统和方法的需要和机会。

所要求保护的发明的实施例可以包括用于广播音频或视觉警报的系统和方法,该警报包括从门铃设备的相机所捕获的图像中提取的环境对象的特征描述。在一些实施例中,门铃设备可以包括相机和处理器,并且在一些实施例中,处理器可以(1)从相机接收该图像,(2)利用人工智能模型来处理该图像以标识和提取环境对象的特征的细节,以及(3)发起由与相机相关联的警报设备对音频或视觉警报的广播。
在一些实施例中,音频或视觉警报可以包括环境对象的特征的描述。例如,在一些实施例中,处理器可以使用人工智能模型来提取该图像中描绘的人的细节,诸如人的身高、人的眼睛颜色、人的衣服的描述、人的体格(physical build)、关于人或人的衣服的任何文本指示器、以及本领域普通技术人员将理解的其他特征。附加地或替代地,在一些实施例中, 处理器可以使用人工智能模型来提取该图像中描绘的除了人之外的无生命或有生命对象的细节。例如,当该对象是车辆时,从该图像中提取的细节可以包括车辆的牌照、车辆的品牌、车辆的型号、以及本领域普通技术人员将理解的其他特征。
在一些实施例中,处理器可以处理该图像以确定环境对象是已知对象还是通用对象,并且当环境对象是已知对象时,音频或视觉警报可以包括与已知对象相关联的声音和/或视觉指示器,并且因此未能包括环境对象的特征的描述。附加地,在一些实施例中,当处理器未能将环境对象标识为已知对象时,处理器可以将环境对象分类为通用对象。
在一些实施例中,警报设备可以包括门铃设备位于其外部的区域内的音频设备,并且在这些实施例中,警报设备可以经由无线网络或硬连线连接与门铃设备的收发器进行通信。附加地或替代地,在一些实施例中,警报设备可以是门铃设备的一部分、被容纳在门铃设备中和/或与门铃设备集成在一起,并且直接与处理器进行通信。附加地或替代地,在一些实施例中,警报设备可以包括门铃设备位于其外部的区域的被授权用户的移动设备,并且在这些实施例中,警报设备可以经由无线网络与门铃设备的收发器进行通信。
在一些实施例中,当相机被激活并且环境对象位于相机的视野内时,相机可以捕获该图像。在这些实施例中,当环境对象在接近检测器的检测范围内被检测到时,接近检测器可以激活相机。例如,在一些实施例中,接近检测器可以是门铃设备的一部分、被包括在门铃设备中、和/或与门铃设备集成在一起,并且直接与相机和/或处理器进行通信。附加地或替代地,在一些实施例中,接近检测器可以经由无线网络或硬连线连接与门铃设备的收发器进行通信。

图1是根据所公开的实施例的门铃设备20的框图,并且图2是根据所公开的实施例的系统200的框图。如图1中所看到的,在一些实施例中,门铃设备20可以包括处理器22、相机24,并且在一些实施例中,包括接近检测器26、警报设备28和/或收发器30。如图2中所看到的,在一些实施例中,系统200可以包括门铃设备20和云服务器32,使得门铃设备20可以位于区域R外部,使得收发器30可以经由网络N与云服务器32进行通信,并且在一些实施例中,使得收发器30可以与警报设备34进行通信,例如当警报设备34与门铃设备20分离和/或包括区域R的被授权用户的移动设备时。
图3是根据所公开的实施例的方法100的流程图。如图3中所看到的,当相机24例如由接近检测器26激活时,方法100可以包括相机24捕获相机24的视野内的环境对象的图像,如在102中那样。然后,方法100可以包括:处理器22和/或云服务器32利用人工智能模型来处理该图像以标识和提取环境对象的特征的细节,如在104中那样,以及发起由警报设备28或34对音频或视觉警报的广播,如在106中那样。
尽管上面已经详细描述了几个实施例,但是其他修改是可能的。例如,上面描述的逻辑流程不需要所描述的特定次序或顺序次序来实现合期望的结果。可以提供其他步骤,可以从所描述的流程中消除步骤,并且可以将其他组件添加到所描述的系统或从所描述的系统中移除其他组件。其他实施例也可以在本发明的范围内。

Claims (20)
1.一种门铃设备,包括:
相机,其在被激活时捕获所述相机的视野内的环境对象的图像;以及
处理器,其(1)从所述相机接收所述图像,(2)利用人工智能模型来处理所述图像以标识和提取所述环境对象的特征的细节,以及(3)发起由与所述相机相关联的警报设备对音频或视觉警报的广播,
其中所述音频或视觉警报包括所述环境对象的特征的描述。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门铃设备,其中所述警报设备包括所述门铃设备位于其外部的区域的音频设备。
3.根据权利要求1所述的门铃设备,其中所述警报设备包括所述门铃设备位于其外部的区域的被授权用户的移动设备。
4.根据权利要求1所述的门铃设备,进一步包括:
接近检测器,当所述环境对象在所述接近检测器的检测范围内被检测到时,所述接近检测器激活所述相机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的门铃设备,其中所述处理器处理所述图像以确定所述环境对象是已知对象还是通用对象,并且其中当所述环境对象是已知对象时,所述音频或视觉警报包括与所述已知对象相关联的声音和/或视觉指示器,并且未能包括所述环境对象的特征的描述。
6.根据权利要求5所述的门铃设备,其中当所述处理器未能将所述环境对象标识为已知对象时,所述处理器将所述环境对象分类为通用对象。
7.一种系统,包括:
门铃设备;
所述门铃设备的相机,其在被激活时捕获所述相机的视野内的环境对象的图像;以及
远离所述门铃设备的云服务器,其(1)从所述相机接收所述图像,(2)利用人工智能模型来处理所述图像以标识和提取所述环境对象的特征的细节,以及(3)发起由与所述相机相关联的警报设备对音频或视觉警报的广播,
其中所述音频或视觉警报包括所述环境对象的特征的描述。
8.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中所述警报设备包括所述门铃设备位于其外部的区域的音频设备。
9.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中所述警报设备包括所述门铃设备位于其外部的区域的被授权用户的移动设备。
10.根据权利要求7所述的系统,进一步包括:
接近检测器,当所述环境对象在所述接近检测器的检测范围内被检测到时,所述接近检测器激活所述相机。
11.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中所述云服务器处理所述图像以确定所述环境对象是已知对象还是通用对象,并且其中当所述环境对象是已知对象时,所述音频或视觉警报包括与所述已知对象相关联的声音和/或视觉指示器,并且未能包括所述环境对象的特征的描述。
12.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中当所述云服务器未能将所述环境对象标识为已知对象时,所述云服务器将所述环境对象分类为通用对象。
13.一种方法,包括:
当门铃设备的相机被激活时,捕获所述相机的视野内的环境对象的图像;
利用人工智能模型来处理所述图像以标识和提取所述环境对象的特征的细节;以及
发起由与所述相机相关联的警报设备对音频或视觉警报的广播,
其中所述音频或视觉警报包括所述环境对象的特征的描述。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述警报设备包括所述门铃设备位于其外部的区域的音频设备。
15.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述警报设备包括所述门铃设备位于其外部的区域的被授权用户的移动设备。
16.根据权利要求13所述的方法,进一步包括:
当所述环境对象在接近检测器的检测范围内被检测到时,激活所述相机。
17.根据权利要求13所述的方法,进一步包括:
确定所述环境对象是已知对象还是通用对象;以及
当所述环境对象是已知对象时,所述音频或视觉警报包括与所述已知对象相关联的声音和/或视觉指示器,并且未能包括所述环境对象的特征的描述。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,进一步包括:
响应于未能将所述环境对象标识为已知对象,将所述环境对象分类为通用对象。
19.根据权利要求13所述的方法,进一步包括:
在所述门铃设备处利用人工智能模型来处理所述图像。
20.根据权利要求13所述的方法,进一步包括:
在远离所述门铃设备的云服务器处利用人工智能模型来处理所述图像。
