一种存储器的管理方法和装置。存储器包括存储单元阵列。获取访问请求，所述访问请求包括第一存储单元的逻辑地址(S201)。在所述存储单元阵列的数据迁移过程中，根据偏移信息和所述第一存储单元的逻辑地址，确定第一目标物理地址(S202)。根据迁移过程信息，确定所述第一目标物理地址指示的存储单元是否已经完成数据迁移，所述迁移过程信息用于指示在所述数据迁移过程中已经完成数据迁移的存储单元(S203)。当所述第一目标物理地址指示的存储单元已经完成数据迁移时，将所述第一目标物理地址指示的存储单元作为所述第一存储单元进行访问(S204)。能够提高对访问请求的响应速度，提高用户体验。
