Referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the present invention provides a convenient installation apparatus for a 5G router, and the present embodiment further discloses embodiment 1, wherein the lifting module 30 includes a helical gear 31, a climbing box 32, a second motor 33, a worm 34 and a worm wheel 35;
the lifting module 30 includes a climbing box 32 sleeved outside the supporting column 11 and fixedly connected to the mounting plate 12, a helical gear 31 is attached to the surface of the supporting column 11, a second motor 33 is disposed on one side of the climbing box 32 away from the mounting plate 12, an output end of the second motor 33 extending to the inside of the climbing box 32 is connected with a linkage, and the linkage is matched with the helical gear 31, so that the climbing box 32 drives the mounting plate 12 to lift along the height direction of the supporting column 11.
The linkage part comprises a worm 34 which coaxially rotates with the output end of the second motor 33, a worm wheel 35 is rotatably arranged in the climbing box 32, one side of the worm wheel 35 is meshed with the helical gear 31, and the top of the worm wheel 35 is meshed with the worm 34.
In use, if the height of the single 5G router 14, that is, the height of the mounting plate 12 needs to be adjusted, the second motor 33 is started to output power, so that the climbing box 32 can ascend or descend along the height of the supporting column 11 by utilizing the meshing of the worm 34 and the worm wheel 35 and the meshing of the bevel gear 31 and the worm wheel 35; by adjusting the heights of the mounting plate 12 and the 5G router 14, the mounting frame 10 is not interfered when moisture or much moisture exists on the ground;
certainly, the problem to be solved in this embodiment is not here, through the cooperation of two adjacent lifting modules 30, for example, one of the two adjacent lifting modules controls the upper mounting plate 12 to ascend, and the other controls the lower mounting plate 12 to descend, so that the interval between the two mounting plates 12 is increased, that is, the space above the 5G router 14 is more, the shielding is less, more air and air current can be contacted, the heat of the two mounting plates can be more easily dissipated to the outside, and therefore, the heat dissipation condition of the 5G router 14 can be helped.

Referring to fig. 6, the present invention provides a convenient installation device for a 5G router, and this embodiment further discloses embodiment 1, where the detection unit 50 includes a temperature detection module 51, an inclination detection module 52, and a height detection module 53; wherein,
the temperature detection module 51 detects the temperature of the 5G router 14, and the detection can be realized by infrared temperature detection, and outputs temperature information;
the judging unit 60 receives the temperature information, compares the temperature information with a first threshold value, judges whether the value of the temperature information is within the range of the first threshold value, and outputs first judging information if the value of the temperature information exceeds the first threshold value;
the control unit 70 receives the first judgment information and forms a first control instruction based on the first judgment information;
the heat dissipation module 20 receives the first control instruction, starts or increases heat dissipation power, so that the 5G router 14 obtains higher heat dissipation efficiency;
the lifting module 30 receives a first control instruction, and adjusts the distance between the upper mounting plate 12 and the lower mounting plate 12 of the 5G router 14 with higher temperature so as to improve the ventilation condition of the router;
the blocking module 40 receives the first control instruction, and retracts the blocking plate 13 from the side edge of the 5G router 14, so that the blocking plate does not exist on the side edge of the 5G router 14 any more, and the heat dissipation condition of the 5G router 14 is improved.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the temperature of the 5G router 14 is high, for example, higher than a first threshold, the heat dissipation module 20 is started or the power of the heat dissipation module is increased, so that the second heat dissipation fan 22 blows out an airflow to the bottom of the 5G router 14, the first heat dissipation fan 21 forms heat dissipation to the top of the 5G router 14, and convection is formed in an area between the two first heat dissipation fans 21, where it is required to be described, the first heat dissipation fans 21 are distributed on two sides of the mounting plate 12, and the baffles 13 are distributed on the other two sides of the 5G router 14; therefore, the heat dissipation capacity of the 5G router 14 is increased, and the problem that the working quality of the 5G router 14 is affected due to the overhigh temperature, such as the signal of the 5G router is reduced, is avoided;
on this basis, by retracting the baffles 13 on the two sides of the mounting plates 12, the shielded area of the 5G router 14 can be reduced, the distance between the two mounting plates 12 is adjusted, the heat dissipation space of the 5G router 14 is increased, and of course, heat sources around the 5G router 14 are also cleaned, namely, the heat sources are far away from other heated 5G routers 14, so that the heat is prevented from being transferred among the 5G routers 14 and generating interference with each other.
Example 6
Referring to fig. 6, the present invention provides a convenient installation device for a 5G router, which is a further improvement on embodiment 5, wherein,
the inclination detection module 52 detects the inclination state of the mounting plate 12 and outputs inclination information;
the judging unit 60 receives the inclination information, compares the inclination information with a second threshold value, judges whether the value of the inclination information is within the range of the second threshold value, and outputs second judging information if the value of the inclination information exceeds the second threshold value, namely the mounting plate 12 is already in an inclined state;
the control unit 70 receives the second judgment information and forms a second control instruction based on the second judgment information;
and the blocking module 40 receives a second control command, so that the blocking plate 13 extends out from the edge of the mounting plate 12 to form a stop for the 5G router 14.
During the use, when detecting that mounting panel 12 produces the slope, judge that 5G router 14 probably so when the surperficial department landing of mounting panel 12, make baffle 13 stretch out from the edge of mounting panel 12 through check fender module 40, form the check to 5G router 14, prevent that 5G router 14 from slipping down from mounting panel 12, prevent that 5G router 14 from being broken to improve 5G router 14's security, form the protection effect.

Referring to fig. 6, the present invention provides a convenient installation apparatus for a 5G router, which is a further improvement on embodiment 6, wherein,
after the tilt detection module 52 outputs the second determination information, that is, when the mounting plate 12 is already in the tilted state;
the height detection module 53 monitors the height of the uppermost 5G router 14, and outputs height information;
the judging unit 60 receives the height information, compares the height information with a third threshold value, judges whether the value of the height information is within the range of the third threshold value, and outputs third judging information if the value exceeds the third threshold value, namely the mounting plate 12 is already at a higher height, which means that the 5G router 14 falls down and can cause damage;
the control unit 70 receives the third judgment information and forms a third control instruction based on the third judgment information;
the lifting module 30 receives a third control command, so that all the mounting plates 12 drive the 5G router 14 to descend along the height direction of the support column 11 until the topmost mounting plate 12 is at the end of the stroke, or within a third threshold range, that is, the 5G router 14 is not damaged by falling from above the mounting plate 12.
In this embodiment, when the mounting rack 10 is already in the inclined state, although there may be the blocking plate 13 for blocking, of course, if the 5G router 14 is in the hotter state at this time, then the 5G router 14 obviously does not have the blocking plate 13; of course, whether the baffle 13 exists or not, the situation that the 5G router 14 falls off the surface of the mounting plate 12 due to the inclination of the mounting frame 10 is necessarily prevented, so that the height of the mounting plate 12 is detected by the height detection module 53, if the height of the topmost 5G router 14 is higher, after judging that the topmost 5G router 14 is likely to be broken, the height of the 5G router 14 is reduced by the lifting module 30, the 5G router 14 is prevented from being broken due to the higher height, and the 5G router 14 is protected, so that the mounting frame 10 is endowed with an automatic protection function.

Claims (10)
1. A convenient installation device for a 5G router, the method comprises the following steps:
the mounting frame (10) comprises a plurality of supporting columns (11), mounting plates (12) for mounting the 5G router (14) are embedded in the surrounding areas of the supporting columns (11), and the mounting plates (12) are distributed along the height direction of the supporting columns (11); a baffle (13) is arranged at the outer edge of the mounting plate (12) close to the support column (11),

the lifting module (30) is positioned at the outer edge of the mounting plate (12) and comprises a climbing box (32) moving along the height direction of the supporting column (11), and the climbing box (32) is fixedly connected with the mounting plate (12) and drives the mounting plate (12) to move together;
the mounting frame (10) is also provided with,
a detection unit (50) which detects the working temperature state of the 5G router (14) and outputs state information;
the judging unit (60) receives the state information output by the detecting unit (50), judges whether the state information exceeds a preset value range, and generates judging information if the state information exceeds the preset value range;
and the control unit (70) receives the judgment information obtained by the judgment unit (60), forms a control command, adjusts the state of the 5G router (14) through the mutual matching of the heat dissipation module (20), the lifting module (30) and the blocking module (40), and protects the 5G router (14).
2. and the blocking module (40) receives the first control instruction, retracts the baffle (13) from the side edge of the 5G router (14), enables the side edge of the 5G router (14) to have no blocking any more, and improves the heat dissipation condition of the 5G router (14).
9. A convenient mounting apparatus for a 5G router according to claim 8, wherein: the detection unit (50) further comprises,
an inclination detection module (52) that detects the inclination state of the mounting plate (12) and outputs inclination information;
the judging unit (60) receives the inclination information, compares the inclination information with a second threshold value, judges whether the value of the inclination information is within the range of the second threshold value, and outputs second judging information if the value of the inclination information exceeds the second threshold value, namely the mounting plate (12) is already in an inclined state;
a control unit (70) which receives the second judgment information and forms a second control instruction based on the second judgment information;
and the blocking module (40) receives a second control command, so that the blocking plate (13) extends out of the edge of the mounting plate (12) to form a blocking part for the 5G router (14).

a control unit (70) which receives the third judgment information and forms a third control instruction based on the third judgment information;
and the lifting module (30) receives a third control command, so that all the mounting plates (12) drive the 5G router (14) to descend along the height direction of the supporting column (11) until the topmost mounting plate (12) is at the tail end of the stroke or within a third threshold range, namely the 5G router (14) cannot be damaged due to falling from the upper side of the mounting plate (12).
