Abstract
The invention discloses a management method of movie digital watermarks and a control method of watermark control software, wherein the management method comprises the following steps: receiving recorded server record information; receiving a use application of watermark fingerprint information; generating unique watermark fingerprint information according to the server record information, and issuing the unique watermark fingerprint information to watermark control software running on a playing server; receiving equipment running information regularly acquired by watermark control software, and judging whether a playing server has behavior abnormity or not; when the play server is judged to have abnormal behaviors, outputting information for early warning; and issuing a control instruction to watermark control software running on a playing server of suspected pirate equipment, and embedding the covering information of the film played on the playing server in real time. The management method can effectively integrate the three steps of detection, verification and positioning, improves the searching efficiency of the movie hall related to the pirates, provides the capability of technical disposal of equipment in the movie hall related to the pirates, and greatly improves the copyright protection function of the film.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of digital watermarking technology, and in particular, to a management method for movie digital watermarking and a control method for watermark control software.
Background
The digital cinema places great importance on content security and copyright protection, the content security and copyright protection technical architecture is based on a public key infrastructure/certification authority (PKI/CA) security system, and the adopted technical measures and means mainly comprise content encryption, key management, secure transmission, digital watermarking, digital signature, link encryption, digital certificates, log management, physical security and the like.

Therefore, at present, digital cinema piracy mainly occurs in a post-showing link, namely, piracy is performed through illegal pirate recording. In order to solve the problem, the film industry mainly applies a digital watermarking technology to perform piracy tracing after showing. Namely, legal watermarking (FM) embedding is performed on the on-screen movie, and the mark includes information such as the brand of the playing server, the serial number of the device, the showing time of the movie, and the like. Once the movie is pirated while being shown, critical information such as the playout server, time of piracy, etc. will be recorded. and issuing a control instruction to the watermark control software running on the playing server of the suspected pirate device, so that the watermark control software running on the playing server calls the watermark embedding software to carry out real-time embedding of the covering information on the film played on the playing server.

Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 5 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a control apparatus of watermark control software, including the following program modules:
a watermark fingerprint information receiving module 701, configured to receive, at regular time, watermark fingerprint information sent by a watermark embedding authentication platform deployed on a cloud server;
a watermark fingerprint information forwarding module 702, configured to, when the movie starts to be played, receive a watermark request sent by watermark embedding software running on the playing server, and send the received watermark fingerprint information to the watermark embedding software according to the device state of the playing server;
a play start notification module 703, configured to send a notification of start of play to the watermark embedding authentication platform;
a result pushing and receiving module 704, configured to receive result pushing sent by the watermark embedding software after the movie playing is finished;
a playing end notification module 705, configured to send a notification of playing end to the watermark embedding authentication platform.
The system further comprises an equipment running information acquiring module 706, configured to acquire equipment running information of the play server at regular time, and send the acquired equipment running information to the watermark embedding authentication platform.
For the specific definition of the control device of a watermark control software, reference may be made to the above definition of the control method of a watermark control software, and details are not described here. The modules in the control device of the watermark control software can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent of a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
The control device of the watermark control software provided by the embodiment of the invention can control the watermark embedding software through the watermark control software running on the playing server, so that the watermark fingerprint information can be embedded in the movie in real time when the playing server plays the movie, and the copyright protection capability of the movie is improved.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, and relates to all or part of the flow of the method of the above embodiment.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon is provided, which relates to all or part of the processes of the above-described embodiment methods.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), for example.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be understood as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, and these are all within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent application shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (8)
1. A management method of a movie digital watermark is applied to a watermark embedding authentication platform deployed on a cloud server, wherein the cloud server is in communication connection with a playing server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving server record information recorded by a movie playing server manufacturer, and submitting the server record information to a management department for auditing;
receiving a use application of watermark fingerprint information sent by a play server operator, and submitting the use application to a management department for auditing;
after the management department passes the record information and application verification of the server, generating unique watermark fingerprint information according to the record information of the server, encrypting and storing the watermark fingerprint information, and issuing the unique watermark fingerprint information to watermark control software running on a corresponding playing server, wherein the watermark control software is used for sending the received watermark fingerprint information to watermark embedding software running on the playing server, and the watermark embedding software is used for embedding the watermark fingerprint information in a movie in real time when the playing server plays the movie;
receiving equipment running information of the playing server regularly acquired by watermark control software, and judging whether the playing server has behavior abnormity; when the play server is judged to have abnormal behaviors, outputting corresponding information early warning for reminding a manager to carry out investigation;
and issuing a control instruction to the watermark control software running on the playing server of the suspected pirate device, so that the watermark control software running on the playing server calls the watermark embedding software to carry out real-time embedding of the covering information on the film played on the playing server.
2. A management apparatus for digital watermarking of a motion picture, comprising:
the record information auditing module is used for receiving the record information of the server recorded by a movie playing server manufacturer and submitting the record information of the server to a management department for auditing;
the application auditing module is used for receiving an application for using the watermark fingerprint information sent by a play server operator and submitting the application for use to a management department for auditing;
the watermark fingerprint information issuing module is used for generating unique watermark fingerprint information according to the server record information after the management department passes the record information and the application verification of use of the server, encrypting and storing the watermark fingerprint information and issuing the watermark fingerprint information to watermark control software running on a corresponding playing server, wherein the watermark control software is used for sending the received watermark fingerprint information to watermark embedding software running on the playing server, and the watermark embedding software is used for embedding the watermark fingerprint information in a movie in real time when the playing server plays the movie;
the equipment monitoring module is used for receiving equipment running information of the playing server acquired by the watermark control software at regular time and judging whether the playing server has abnormal behaviors; when the play server is judged to have abnormal behaviors, outputting corresponding information early warning for reminding a manager to carry out investigation;
and the covering control module is used for issuing a control instruction to the watermark control software running on the playing server of the suspected pirate device, so that the watermark control software running on the playing server calls the watermark embedding software to carry out real-time embedding of the covering information on the film played on the playing server.
3. A control method of watermark control software is applied to watermark control software running on a playing server, wherein the playing server is in communication connection with a cloud server, and the method comprises the following steps:
regularly receiving watermark fingerprint information sent by a watermark embedding authentication platform deployed on a cloud server;
when a film starts to be played, after receiving a watermark request sent by watermark embedding software running on a playing server, sending received watermark fingerprint information to the watermark embedding software according to the equipment state of the playing server;
sending a notice of starting playing to the watermark embedding authentication platform;
after the film is played, receiving and pushing a result sent by watermark embedding software;
and sending a notice of the end of the playing to the watermark embedding authentication platform.
4. The method for controlling watermark control software according to claim 3, wherein the watermark control software and the watermark embedding software communicate with each other using a proprietary communication protocol.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the protocol data packet of the proprietary communication protocol includes a preamble, a serial number, a status and a watermark number, the protocol data packet includes 17 characters, the preamble is 2 characters in length, the serial number is 3 characters in length, the status is 2 characters in length, and the watermark number is 10 characters in length.
6. The method for controlling watermark control software according to claim 5, wherein the values of the preamble include 01, 02 and 03, where 01 is used to identify that the watermark embedding software requests the watermark control software for the watermark status and the watermark number, 02 is used to identify that the watermark embedding software notifies the watermark control software that the movie playback is completed, and 03 is used to identify a general response sent by the watermark control software to the watermark embedding software;
the serial number adopts 3 10-system digits, and the value of the serial number is 000-999;
the state adopts 2 10-system digits, the values of the state comprise 00, 01, 02, 03 and 04, wherein 00 is used for identifying normal use of equipment, 01 is used for identifying that the equipment is disabled by a watermark embedding authentication platform, 02 is used for identifying that the equipment triggers an alarm mechanism of the watermark embedding authentication platform, is identified as suspected pirate equipment, 03 is used for identifying that the equipment is not activated, 04 is used for identifying abnormal communication, and watermark embedding software does not acquire watermark fingerprint information;
the watermark number adopts 10 16-system numbers, and the value of the watermark number is 0000000000-FFFFFFFFFF.
7. The method for controlling watermark control software according to claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
and acquiring the equipment operation information of the playing server at regular time, and sending the acquired equipment operation information to the watermark embedding authentication platform.
8. A control apparatus for watermark control software, comprising:
the watermark fingerprint information receiving module is used for regularly receiving watermark fingerprint information sent by a watermark embedding authentication platform deployed on the cloud server;
the watermark fingerprint information forwarding module is used for receiving a watermark request sent by watermark embedding software running on a playing server when a film starts to be played, and sending the received watermark fingerprint information to the watermark embedding software according to the equipment state of the playing server;
a play start notification module for sending a notification of play start to the watermark embedding authentication platform;
the result pushing and receiving module is used for receiving result pushing sent by the watermark embedding software after the movie playing is finished;
and the playing end notification module is used for sending a notification of the playing end to the watermark embedding authentication platform.
