2. The intelligent vehicle-road coordination system according to claim 1, wherein said information acquisition fusion platform comprises participant units, vehicle units, infrastructure units, traffic environment units and operation state units.

The intelligent vehicle-road coordination system according to claim 1, wherein the information interaction sharing platform comprises an in-vehicle communication unit, a vehicle-road communication unit and a cloud communication unit, and the in-vehicle communication unit, the vehicle-road communication unit and the cloud communication unit are in bidirectional communication with each other.

The intelligent vehicle-road cooperative system according to claim 1, wherein the information cooperative processing platform comprises a distributed computing unit, a data cleaning unit, a feature extraction unit and a group decision unit, and the distributed computing unit is in one-way communication with the data cleaning unit, the feature extraction unit and the group decision unit.
5. The intelligent vehicle-road cooperative system according to claim 1, wherein the information security guarantee platform comprises an information security unit, a system operation and management unit, an equipment operation and maintenance unit and an emergency guarantee unit.
6. The intelligent vehicle-road coordination system according to claim 1, wherein the information function service platform comprises a coordination sensing unit, a coordination safety unit, a coordination decision unit and a coordination management and control unit.

The intelligent vehicle-road cooperative system according to claim 1, wherein components of the intelligent vehicle-road cooperative system need to be constructed by combining multiple technologies, specifically comprising a multimode communication technology, an intelligent networking technology, an information security technology, a system integration technology and the like;
the multimode communication technology considers the high mobility of vehicles and the wide area environment where road traffic is located, a single wireless communication mode cannot meet the actual application requirements, and the multimode wireless communication technology needs to be adopted to ensure that a traffic subject can realize interconnection and intercommunication at any time and any place and any traffic subject based on the existing communication mode, the common communication modes can be mainly divided into a mobile communication mode, a wireless communication mode, a special communication mode and other communication modes, and the communication systems and the use ranges corresponding to the various communication modes are shown in the following table 1:

The intelligent networking technology is a basis of an intelligent vehicle-road cooperative system, and meanwhile, the intelligent networking technology which is high-speed, reliable, bidirectional and capable of integrating various communication modes needs to support functions such as panoramic state perception, information interaction and fusion, cooperative control and management, customized service and the like, provides corresponding communication guarantee and traffic service according to different levels of requirements, and supports an application terminal to independently select and switch the communication and networking modes according to different application functions in order to meet the functional requirements under various traffic environments because communication characteristics and supported service ranges provided by different networking modes are different;
the information security technology is characterized in that the information security of the intelligent vehicle-road cooperative system comprises 3 levels of computer information security, mobile communication information security and traffic data credibility (credible interaction based on traffic service information) security, and the computer information security technology mainly solves the problem of information security guarantee of a ubiquitous computer network system formed by people, vehicles, basic implementation and other traffic participants in a networking environment; the mobile communication information security technology mainly solves the problem of information security guarantee transmitted through various wireless communication pipelines; the traffic data credibility (credible interaction based on traffic service information) safety technology mainly depends on the service characteristics of real-time data of a traffic system;
the key of the comprehensive exertion of the functions of the intelligent vehicle-road cooperative system is that the integration of an intelligent vehicle, an intelligent road and an intelligent network can be realized, and then intelligent cooperative traffic service is realized.

The intelligent vehicle-road cooperative system sensing technology is characterized by comprising an original data input layer, a multi-mode sensor information fusion layer and a traffic state unified representation layer, wherein the multi-mode sensor information fusion layer comprises fusion of multi-mode sensing information at a data level, a feature level and a decision level, the data input layer is used for realizing the global sensing of multiple visual angles and beyond visual range of a traffic environment on the basis of information fusion and unified representation of a traffic state by data input based on a multi-mode sensor, and a reliable information source is provided for decision control at the rear end.

The intelligent vehicle-road cooperative system sensing technology according to claim 8, wherein the intelligent vehicle-road cooperative system sensing technology is different from traditional traffic state sensing, and full-time-space dynamic traffic information provided by a vehicle-road cooperative environment is shared in real time, so that information fusion of multiple sensors located on different platforms and under different scenes is possible, and therefore coordinated sensing of multi-view angle and beyond visual range of the platform-crossing multiple sensors under a complex traffic scene, beyond visual range sensing, and generally specifically traffic environment sensing outside a sensor sensing range or outside a wireless communication direct connection range, can be realized.
