Based on the above hardware structure for unlocking a vehicle, but not limited to the above hardware structure, the present application provides a first embodiment of a vehicle unlocking method. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a method for requesting unlocking of a vehicle.
It should be noted that, although a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that shown or described herein.
In this embodiment, the vehicle unlocking method includes:
and S10, if the target person is close to the preset distance range of the vehicle, acquiring the face information of the target person.
The vehicle unlocking method is characterized in that an execution main body is a vehicle machine, the vehicle machine is a vehicle-mounted terminal which is arranged on a vehicle driving platform and has various functions of ETC (electronic toll Collection) passage, 3G or above wireless communication, online navigation, road condition information, travel guide, shopping, entertainment audio and video and the like, and the vehicle machine can realize information communication between people and vehicles and between the vehicles and the outside (the vehicles and the vehicles) in function. The vehicle has an onboard camera and a vibration sensor. The car machine can carry out data transmission with on-vehicle camera and vibration sensor, and the car machine still has the touch-control display screen, and the user accessible is mutual through this touch-control display screen, if carry out individualized information configuration.
In the present embodiment, the preset distance range refers to a range in which the door opening operation can be performed when the target person approaches the door of the driver seat of the vehicle. The preset distance range may be that the target person abuts against the door, or that the target person is half a meter away from the door of the driver seat of the vehicle, which is not limited in this embodiment. When the target person is close to the door position of the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted machine controls the camera outside the vehicle to capture the non-shielded face information above the neck of the target person, so that the face information of the target person is obtained.
And S20, judging whether the face information is matched with preset face information or not.
And S30, receiving unlocking interactive operation of the target person if the face information is matched with preset face information.
In the embodiment of the application, the preset face information refers to the non-blocking face information which is stored in the car-mounted face information base by the user in advance and is above the neck. For example, after the user extracts a new car, the user inputs the information of the face without shielding above the neck of the user or the family through a camera in the car, and the input face information is used as the preset face information. Or, the user can also establish connection between the mobile terminal and the car machine, so that the information of the face without shielding above the neck of the user or the family in the mobile terminal is sent to the car machine. The preset face information may be a plurality of face information. It can be understood that, since the same vehicle may have a plurality of drivers who are frequently used, for example, for a family, both a husband and a wife may be the drivers who are frequently used for the family vehicle, a plurality of preset face information may be stored in the on-board face information library.
After the camera captures the face information of clear and complete target personnel outside the vehicle, the captured face information is transmitted to the vehicle machine and compared with the preset face information in the vehicle machine face information base, and whether the face information is matched with the preset face information is identified. It can be understood that, the skilled person knows how to implement the face recognition technology, for example, the car machine can determine whether the captured face information has the extracted features by extracting the features in the preset face information, so as to recognize whether the face information matches with the preset face information. Or extracting the face proportion of the preset face information, and judging whether the face proportion in the captured face information is consistent with the preset face proportion, which is not described in detail herein.
In the embodiment of the application, the unlocking interactive operation means that the user and the vehicle machine realize the interactive action of the information exchange process between the user and the vehicle machine in order to complete the vehicle unlocking task. The unlocking interactive operation can be an interactive action of a user and a beating vehicle part, a combined interactive action of a user facial expression and a beating vehicle part, an interactive action of a gesture or an interactive action of sound and the like.
The following description will specifically discuss the unlocking interaction operation as a sensor-mounted part for a user tapping the outside of the automobile. If the user succeeds in face recognition, the user approaches the vehicle and beats the corresponding part of the vehicle body.
It is worth mentioning that the car machine side receives the unlocking interactive operation between the user and the car after the face recognition is successful. When the face recognition is unsuccessful, the car machine cannot receive unlocking interactive operation between the user and the car.
And S40, judging whether the unlocking interactive operation of the target person is consistent with the preset unlocking interactive operation.
At the moment, the car machine can generate unlocking codes according to the times of a certain part of a user, and the unlocking codes are arranged to form corresponding unlocking passwords according to the sequence of beating the part by the user. Thereby can generate corresponding password of unblanking according to target person's the interoperation of unblanking, the car machine judges whether this password is unanimous with the password of unblanking that prestores, judges whether target person's interoperation of unblanking is unanimous with the interoperation of predetermineeing the unblanking.
And S50, unlocking the vehicle if the unlocking interactive operation is consistent with the preset unlocking interactive operation.
And when the captured target face information is matched with the preset face information, the vehicle machine starts to receive unlocking interactive operation of the target person, judges whether the received unlocking interactive operation is consistent with the unlocking interactive operation preset by the user, and unlocks the vehicle when the received unlocking interactive operation is consistent with the preset unlocking interactive operation.
In the embodiment, if a target person approaches a preset distance range of a vehicle, face information of the target person is acquired; judging whether the face information is matched with preset face information or not; if the face information is matched with preset face information, receiving unlocking interactive operation of the target person; judging whether the unlocking interactive operation of the target person is consistent with the preset unlocking interactive operation or not; and unlocking the vehicle if the unlocking interactive operation is consistent with the preset unlocking interactive operation.
From this, compare in the lock unblock and the people's face unblock among the prior art, this application is when catching target person's face information and preset face information when matching, receive target person's the interactive operation of unblanking, when the interactive operation of unblanking is unanimous with preset the interactive operation of unblanking, then the unblock vehicle, thereby the vehicle realizes the unblock through face identification unblock and the interactive operation unblock combination of unblanking simultaneously, the user need not rely on entity key or UWB key unblock vehicle, the convenience of unblock is improved, the security of unlocking is also guaranteed, and then the stolen risk of vehicle has also been reduced.
Further, based on the first embodiment described above, the present application provides a second embodiment of a vehicle unlocking method. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of a vehicle unlocking method.
In this embodiment, step S30 includes:
step S301A, if the face information is matched with preset face information, judging whether the unlocking interactive operation of the target person is received within first preset time.
Step S302A, if the unlocking interactive operation of the target person is not received within the first preset time, returning to execute the preset distance range if the target person approaches the vehicle after the second preset time, and obtaining the face information of the target person.
In the embodiment of the application, the face information of a target person is captured within a preset distance range, and whether the face information is matched with the preset face information is judged to be a first recognition unlocking system; and judging whether the unlocking interactive operation is input by the user within the first preset time or not, and whether the unlocking interactive operation input by the user is consistent with the preset unlocking interactive operation or not is a second identification unlocking system. Therefore, after the captured face information is matched with the preset face information, the car machine starts a second recognition unlocking system, namely, whether the user inputs unlocking interactive operation within the first preset time is judged.
Because the vehicle main engine is in the on state under the current state, the consumed energy is in direct proportion to the on state of the main engine. Therefore, in order to reduce the consumption of vehicle energy, improve the safety performance and avoid the probability of false unlocking, after the vehicle enters the second identification unlocking system, the vehicle machine judges whether the unlocking interactive operation of the target person is received within the first preset time, if the unlocking interactive operation of the target person is not received within the first preset time, the vehicle returns to execute the preset distance range of the target person approaching the vehicle at intervals of the second preset time, and then the face information of the target person is obtained. The first preset time may be the same as or different from the second preset time.
Further, based on the first embodiment described above, the present application provides a third embodiment of a vehicle unlocking method. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of a vehicle unlocking method.
In this embodiment, step S40 includes:
s401, determining body interaction parts and interaction actions corresponding to all codes in the unlocking password of the vehicle;
and S402, generating the preset unlocking interactive action according to the vehicle body interactive component and the interactive action.
In this embodiment, the unlocking code of the vehicle is composed of a multi-bit code, and the code refers to a number set by a user in advance in the vehicle machine to a component mounted with a sensor outside the vehicle. At this time, the interactive action between the user and the vehicle body interactive component is the beating times of the user to the component with the sensor mounted outside the vehicle, so that the preset unlocking interactive operation is generated according to the interactive action. Wherein the body interacting component comprises user interaction with at least one of a rearview mirror, a door handle, a front hub, or a wiper.
The user needs to configure the vehicle body interaction part corresponding to each code in the vehicle machine in advance. If the unlocking code is 1111. For the first bit code 1, a user can configure the corresponding vehicle body interaction part as a left rearview mirror in advance, and the interaction action is flapping once; for the second bit code 1, the user can configure the corresponding vehicle body interaction part to be a left front vehicle door handle in advance, and the interaction action is flapping once; for the third bit code 1, the user can configure the corresponding vehicle body interaction part as a left wheel hub in advance, and the interaction action is flapping once; for the fourth code 1, the user can configure the corresponding vehicle body interaction part to be a wiper in advance, and the interaction action is to flap once. When a user beats the vehicle body interaction part on the vehicle, the vibration sensor at the vehicle interaction part generates a corresponding code according to the monitored beating times. As shown in fig. 5 to 8, at this time, the preset unlocking interactive operation may be vehicle body interactive actions in the following sequence: first 1 time for the left rearview mirror, second 1 time for the left front door handle, then 1 time for the left wheel hub and finally 1 time for the wiper.
In another example, a user needs to configure a vehicle body interactive component corresponding to each code in a vehicle machine in advance. Such as 1234. For the first bit code 1, a user can configure the corresponding vehicle body interaction part as a left rearview mirror in advance, and the interaction action is flapping once; for the second bit code 2, the user can configure the corresponding vehicle body interaction part as a left front vehicle door handle in advance, and the interaction action is flapping for 2 times; for the third bit code 3, the user can configure the corresponding vehicle body interaction part as a left wheel hub in advance, and the interaction action is flapping for 3 times; for the fourth code 4, the user can configure the corresponding vehicle body interaction component to be a wiper in advance, and the interaction action is flapping 4 times. As shown in fig. 5 to 8, at this time, the preset unlocking interaction operation may be a vehicle body interaction in the following order: first 1 time the left rearview mirror, second 2 times the left front door handle, then 3 times the left wheel hub and finally 4 times the wiper.
In the embodiment, the preset interaction action and the vehicle body interaction part can be personalized by the user in advance, so that the safety is improved, and the user experience can also be improved.
Further, based on the first embodiment described above, the present application provides a fourth embodiment of a vehicle unlocking method. Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 shows a schematic flow chart of a fourth embodiment of a vehicle unlocking method.
In this embodiment, step S30 includes:
step S301B, if the face information is matched with preset face information, sending unlocking interactive operation prompt information to the target person, so that the target person inputs unlocking interactive operation according to the prompt information;
and S302B, receiving unlocking interactive operation of the target person.
In this embodiment, the prompt message is a message sent by a component outside the vehicle after the second identification unlocking system is started, so that the target person can input the unlocking interactive operation within the first preset time. For example, when the captured face information is matched with the preset face information, the second recognition unlocking system is started, the vehicle sends prompt information to the target person in a mode of vehicle lamp flickering or windshield wiper swinging and the like so as to prompt the target person that the face recognition is passed, and the second recognition unlocking system is started to input unlocking interactive operation in time.
Therefore, in this embodiment, when the face recognition of the target person passes, after the second recognition unlocking system is started, the input unlocking interaction operation prompt information is sent to the target person by starting the parts of the vehicle body, so as to prompt the target person to input the unlocking interaction operation in time, and prevent the user from carrying out the face authentication again because the user does not input the unlocking interaction operation within the first preset time, thereby improving the efficiency of unlocking the vehicle without the entity key, and bringing better unlocking experience to the user.
Based on the same application concept, a vehicle unlocking device is provided, and referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic block diagram of a first embodiment of the vehicle unlocking device.
The system comprises an acquisition module 10, a display module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring the face information of a target person if the target person approaches a preset distance range of a vehicle;
the first judging module 20 is configured to judge whether the face information matches preset face information;
the receiving module 30 is configured to receive an unlocking interaction operation of the target person if the face information matches preset face information;
the second judgment module 40 is configured to judge whether the unlocking interaction operation of the target person is consistent with a preset unlocking interaction operation;
and the unlocking module 50 is used for unlocking the vehicle if the unlocking code is consistent with the preset password code.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, for each embodiment of the vehicle unlocking device and the achieved technical effects thereof, reference may be made to various embodiments of the vehicle unlocking method in the foregoing embodiments, and details are not described here again.
