The mounting plate 22 is disposed inside the remote controller housing 10 and connected to the housing 1, specifically, a mounting portion is formed on a side of the mounting plate 22 opposite to the positioning cavity 12, and the housing 1 is formed with a plurality of mounting positions 13 corresponding to the mounting portion along the insertion direction of the remote controller in the positioning cavity 12, that is, the mounting plate 22 can be mounted on any mounting position 13 through the mounting portion. With such an arrangement, the application range of the trigger mechanism 2 is expanded, and when the remote controller is replaced, the trigger part 210 can be correspondingly contacted with the control key by changing the position of the mounting plate 22 in addition to the above-mentioned solution of replacing the different trigger piece 21.
The specific form of the mounting portion and the mounting position 13 is not limited as long as the above-described effects can be achieved. For example, in the present embodiment, the mounting portion 13 is formed as an oblong connecting hole, and the mounting portion is formed as a circular connecting hole, so that the position of the mounting plate 22 can be changed by changing the connecting position of the mounting portion and the mounting portion 13. In addition, the control module can control the trigger mechanism 2 to execute the trigger action with preset duration and preset frequency, so that different pressing modes of long pressing, short pressing, single pressing, double pressing or continuous pressing at different time intervals of the key are realized, and the requirements of different key modes are further met.
Furthermore, the lower end of the housing 1 of the present triggering device is formed as a commutation interface housing part 11, which is used for mounting the OBD commutation interface module of the present triggering device. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the OBD commutation interface module includes an OBD male head 30, an OBD female head 31 and an OBD interface board 32; this OBD female head 31 is installed in the one side of the interface shell portion 11 that commutates, and the public head 30 of this OBD passes through OBD interface board 32 to be installed in the opposite side of the interface shell portion 11 that commutates to in order to be connected this trigger device with the OBD interface of car, thereby realize above-mentioned function. It should be noted that, when the present trigger device is connected with the OBD interface of the automobile so that the OBD interface is occupied, other devices can be connected with the OBD interface by connecting the OBD female head 31. In addition, the device can be hung on other expansion equipment to the OBD female head 31 so as to control the relevant equipment and collect the information sent by the relevant equipment. In addition, the inserting direction of the OBD female head 31 and the OBD male head 30 in the automobile is perpendicular to the inserting direction of the remote controller in the positioning cavity 12, so that the remote controller can be more conveniently and stably inserted, occupied space of the trigger device in the automobile can be saved, and safety of a driver during driving is improved.
In addition, the OBD interface board 32 is formed with a plurality of connection positions 320 along the circumferential direction thereof, so that the OBD interface board 32 and the OBD male head 30 can be rotated to different connection positions and then connected with the commutation interface shell portion 11, i.e. the OBD male head 30 has a plurality of rotation installation angles, so that the triggering device can be applied to automobiles with OBD interfaces having different connection directions. That is to say, when the OBD interface direction of the automobile changes (the OBD interface direction of different models is usually horizontal or vertical), the connection between the triggering device and the automobile can be realized only by correspondingly adjusting the connection angle of the OBD interface board 32, and meanwhile, the opening of the remote controller of the triggering device can be ensured to face a proper direction, so that the application range of the triggering device can be further expanded.
In addition, the triggering device in this embodiment further includes a power module, which can supply power to the mechanisms to ensure smooth operation of the mechanisms. The power module is preferably disposed inside the commutation interface shell 11, or may be disposed at another position of the triggering device, or the battery module is located outside the triggering device, as long as power supply to each functional component of the triggering device is achieved.
According to the physical trigger device of the handheld remote controller, the physical trigger device can receive instruction control and execute fixation and key pressing actions on the handheld remote controller so as to control the handheld remote controller to output control signals to controlled equipment, and therefore common customers without any electronic circuit knowledge can finish digital networking control of the handheld remote controller through simple operation; in addition, the trigger device can also provide a universal interface and a networking channel for vehicle-mounted electronic equipment with different functions; the remote acquisition of vehicle state information is realized, and remote human-vehicle interaction is realized.
According to a second aspect of the present invention there is provided a controlled device comprising a physical trigger means of a hand-held remote control as described above and controlled by the trigger means. As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the controlled device is formed as an automobile, and fig. 6 shows a partial structure of the inside of the automobile, wherein the automobile is formed with a panel facing a driver, and an embedded accommodating chamber 6 is further formed on the panel, the OBD interface is disposed in the accommodating chamber 6, and the triggering device can be disposed in the accommodating chamber 6, so that the driving space in the automobile can be saved, and the driver can obtain a more comfortable driving experience.
In addition, the controlled device of the present invention may also be other devices that can be remotely controlled by a handheld remote controller, and similarly, a structure such as a storage bin for storing or placing the triggering device of the embodiment of the present application may be provided on the controlled device.

Claims (16)

1. The physical trigger device of the handheld remote controller is characterized by being capable of receiving instruction control and executing fixing and key pressing actions on the handheld remote controller so as to control the handheld remote controller to output control signals to controlled equipment.
2. The physical trigger device of claim 1, wherein the physical trigger device comprises:
the positioning mechanism is used for fixing the handheld remote controller;
and the trigger mechanism is used for triggering the control key of the hand-held remote controller.
3. The physical trigger device of claim 2, wherein the positioning mechanism is formed as a positioning cavity which is adapted to the shape of the hand-held remote controller; or
The positioning mechanism is formed as a positioning jaw; or
The positioning mechanism is formed into a positioning hoop; or
The positioning mechanism is formed into a flexible positioning belt; or
The positioning mechanism is formed to position the adsorbing member.
4. The physical trigger device of claim 2, wherein the trigger mechanism comprises a drive member and a trigger member;
the trigger part is formed with a trigger part, and the driving part is used for driving the trigger part to move so as to enable the trigger part to trigger a control key of a handheld remote controller fixed on the positioning mechanism;
the number of the trigger pieces is one or more, the driving pieces and the trigger pieces are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the trigger parts of the trigger pieces are arranged along the arrangement direction of the control keys of the handheld remote controller.
5. The physical trigger device of claim 4, wherein the trigger member comprises a connecting portion and the trigger portion, the connecting portion is used for connecting the driving end of the driving member, and the trigger portion is connected to the end of the connecting portion;
the connecting part comprises a connecting arm, one end of the connecting arm is connected with the driving end of the driving part, and the other end of the connecting arm is connected with the triggering part; or

The physical trigger device of claim 4, further comprising a control mechanism for receiving a control signal and outputting the control signal to the positioning mechanism and the driving mechanism to control the positioning mechanism to fix or release the remote controller and to control the trigger mechanism to perform a triggering action.

The physical trigger device of claim 9, wherein the control mechanism comprises a communication module and a control module, the communication module is used for receiving and sending control and status signals, and the control module is used for driving the positioning mechanism and the trigger mechanism to act.
11. The physical trigger device of any one of claims 4 to 10, further comprising a housing;
the shell comprises a remote controller placing shell part and a reversing interface shell part which are connected;

15. The physical trigger device of claim 11, further comprising a power module for supplying power to the physical trigger device of the handheld remote controller.
16. A controlled device, comprising the physical trigger device of the hand-held remote controller of any one of claims 1 to 15, and controlled by the physical trigger device of the hand-held remote controller;
the controlled equipment is provided with a panel facing an operator, an embedded accommodating bin is formed on the panel, and the physical trigger device of the handheld remote controller is installed in the embedded accommodating bin.
