Claims (7)
1. A digital platform based on internet support, characterized in that: the system comprises an input client, a door lock database, a leasing contract database, a door lock digital management platform and an output client;
the input client is used for writing the tenant public information and the identifier of the related tenant label into the door lock database;
the door lock database is used for storing the public information of the lessee and the identification of the lessee mark, and is associated with the secret information of the lessee in the lease contract database through the door lock digital management platform;
the renter public information comprises a renter name and a renter mobile phone number, the identification of the renter mark comprises an address of the renter mark and a mark number of the renter mark, and the renter secret information comprises the renter public information, a renter unique identification number and the identification of the renter mark;
the door lock digital management platform associates the door lock database with the tenant party information in the lease contract database; response information corresponding to the response behavior of the output client associated with the identifier for registering the rented target and response return data corresponding to the response behavior; the function of acquiring the authentication information from the output client, sending the response information to the output client and transmitting the response return data associated with the response behavior of the output client to the input client is realized.

wherein, the public information authentication adopts 'OR gate' judgment: acquiring a tenant name or a tenant mobile phone number contained in at least one tenant public information, traversing a door lock database according to the tenant identification, acquiring tenant public information associated with the tenant identification, and comparing the tenant public information in the authentication information with the tenant public information, namely taking the result of (tenant name) | (tenant mobile phone number) as a public information authentication result;
the secret information authentication is public information and secret information association authentication, and adopts an AND gate mode to judge: acquiring secret information of a lessee, namely taking the result of (the identification of the lessee mark) & (the public information of the lessee) & (the secret information of the lessee) as a secret information authentication result;
the confidential information authentication process is based on the public information authentication result, and when the public information authentication result is positive, the confidential information authentication is carried out; otherwise, the secret information authentication is not carried out.
