The invention provides a business handling method, which can generate a simple standby answer library by utilizing a preset simple information library and first historical business handling records of all associated clients associated with a target client in advance; generating a simple information base by using a second historical service transaction record of the target client; so as to receive the business transaction request sent by the target client of a special type; acquiring a service handling application form corresponding to the service handling request, and extracting a plurality of pre-filled items from the service handling application form; classifying each pre-filling item to obtain a plurality of pre-filling basic information items and a plurality of pre-filling service information items; aiming at each prefilled service information item, acquiring target assembly results corresponding to each prefilled basic information item and column information of the prefilled service information item from a preset simple answer library; the target assembly result comprises a plurality of target basic information items and target service information items; then, corresponding pre-filled basic information items in the service handling application table can be filled by using the target basic information of the target basic information items to obtain corresponding complete basic information items, and the pre-filled service information items in the service handling application table can be filled by using the service information of the target service information items to obtain corresponding complete service information items, so that the input times of special type clients are greatly reduced, the service handling efficiency of the special clients can be improved, and the service handling experience of the special type clients can also be improved; and finally, when detecting that each pre-filled basic information item and each pre-filled service information item in the service transaction application table are filled completely, generating a corresponding target service application table, and transacting the corresponding service by using the target service application table.
Based on the service handling method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, correspondingly, the present invention further provides a service handling system, as shown in fig. 3, the service handling method includes:
a service handling request receiving unit 31, configured to receive a service handling request sent by a target client; wherein the target client is a client of a special type;
a first extracting unit 32, configured to obtain a service transaction application table corresponding to the service transaction request, and extract a plurality of pre-filled items from the service transaction application table;
a first classification unit 33, configured to classify each pre-filling item to obtain multiple pre-filling basic information items and multiple pre-filling service information items;
a target assembly result obtaining unit 34, configured to obtain, for each pre-filled service information item, a target assembly result corresponding to field information of the pre-filled service information item from each target second assembly result of the preset simple answer library; the simple and easy answer library is generated by a simple and easy answer library generating unit by utilizing a preset simple information library and first historical business transaction records of all associated clients associated with the target client; the simple information base is generated by the simple information base generating unit by utilizing a second historical business transaction record of the target client; the plurality of target basic information items in any one target assembly result are the same as the plurality of target basic information items in other target assembly results;
a first filling unit 35, configured to fill, by using the target basic information of each target basic information item of any one target assembly result, a corresponding pre-filled basic information item in the service transaction application table, so as to obtain a complete basic information item corresponding to each target basic information item;
a second filling unit 36, configured to fill, by using the service information of the target service information item, a corresponding pre-filled service information item in the service transaction application table to obtain a corresponding complete service information item;
a target service application table generating unit 37, configured to generate a corresponding target service application table when it is detected that each pre-filled basic information item and each pre-filled service information item in the service transaction application table are filled;
and a service transaction unit 38, configured to transact the corresponding service by using the target service application form.
The specific principle and the implementation process of each unit in the service handling system disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention are the same as those of the service handling method disclosed in fig. 2 in the embodiment of the present invention, and reference may be made to corresponding parts in the service handling method disclosed in fig. 2 in the embodiment of the present invention, which are not described herein again.
The invention provides a business handling system, which can generate a simple standby answer library by utilizing a preset simple information library and first historical business handling records of all associated clients associated with a target client in advance; generating a simple information base by using a second historical service transaction record of the target client; so as to receive the business transaction request sent by the target client of a special type; acquiring a service handling application form corresponding to the service handling request, and extracting a plurality of pre-filled items from the service handling application form; classifying each pre-filling item to obtain a plurality of pre-filling basic information items and a plurality of pre-filling service information items; aiming at each pre-filled service information item, acquiring a target assembly result corresponding to each pre-filled basic information item and column information of the pre-filled service information item from a preset simple answer library; the target assembly result comprises a plurality of target basic information items and target service information items; then, corresponding pre-filled basic information items in the service handling application table can be filled by using the target basic information of the target basic information items to obtain corresponding complete basic information items, and the pre-filled service information items in the service handling application table can be filled by using the service information of the target service information items to obtain corresponding complete service information items, so that the input times of special type clients are greatly reduced, the service handling efficiency of the special clients can be improved, and the service handling experience of the special type clients can also be improved; and finally, when detecting that each pre-filled basic information item and each pre-filled service information item in the service transaction application table are filled completely, generating a corresponding target service application table, and transacting the corresponding service by using the target service application table.
Optionally, if the service handling request includes a target associated client, the plurality of pre-filled basic information items include a plurality of pre-filled basic information items of the target client and a plurality of pre-filled basic information items of the target associated user, the service handling system provided in this embodiment further includes:
the target alternative acquiring unit is used for acquiring a target alternative corresponding to the column information of the prefilled service information item from each alternative of a preset simple answer library aiming at each prefilled service information item; wherein the target alternative comprises a plurality of associated target basic information items;
and the third filling unit is used for filling the pre-filled basic information items corresponding to the target associated customers in the business handling application form by utilizing the associated target basic information of each associated target basic information item in any target alternative to obtain a complete basic information item corresponding to each associated target basic information item.
Optionally, the service handling system provided in this embodiment further includes:
the calculating unit is used for calculating the key degree among the pre-filling service information items;
and the marking unit is used for marking the prefilled service information items with the key degrees larger than the preset key degree threshold value in each prefilled service information item as key labels.
Optionally, the service handling system provided in this embodiment further includes:
the output unit is used for outputting the service information of the complete service information item with the key label in the target service application table so as to prompt the target client to confirm the output service information;
the service processing unit is further configured to process the corresponding service by using the target service application table when the confirmation operation of the target client on the service information of the complete service information item marked as the key tag in the target service application table is detected.
Optionally, the simple information base generating unit includes:
the second historical service transaction record acquisition unit is used for acquiring a second historical service transaction record of the target client;
the second extraction unit is used for analyzing the second historical business transaction record and extracting a plurality of second client input items from the second historical business transaction record;
the second classification unit is used for classifying each second client input item according to a preset index library and a plurality of label items to obtain a plurality of second basic information items and a plurality of second service information items;
and the first assembling unit is used for assembling the second service information items and each second basic information item aiming at each second service information item, and generating a simple information base according to a second assembling result.
Optionally, the simple answer library generating unit includes:
the system comprises a first historical service information transaction record acquisition unit, a first historical service information transaction record acquisition unit and a second historical service information transaction record acquisition unit, wherein the first historical service information transaction record acquisition unit is used for acquiring a first historical service transaction record of each associated client corresponding to a target client;
the third extraction unit is used for analyzing the first historical business transaction record and extracting a plurality of first client input items from the first historical business transaction record;
the third classification unit is used for classifying the first client input items according to a preset index library and a plurality of label items to obtain a plurality of first basic information items and a plurality of first service information items;
a second assembling unit, configured to assemble, for each first service information item, the first service information item and each first basic information item, a first assembling result;
the addition unit is used for adding the second assembly results to obtain target second assembly results if the matching degree of the second assembly results and the first assembly results is greater than the preset matching degree according to each first assembly result and each second assembly result, and associating the first assembly results serving as alternative items with column information in second service information items in the target second assembly results;
and the simple standby answer library generating subunit is used for generating a simple standby answer library according to each target second assembly result and each alternative.
Optionally, the third classification unit includes:
the first determining unit is used for matching the first customer input items with any basic information field of a preset index library in each first customer input item to determine the first customer input items as first basic information items;
and the second determining unit is used for determining the first client input item matched with any one of the preset plurality of label items in each first client input item as the first service information item.
An electronic device is provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the electronic device includes a processor 401 and a memory 402, the memory 402 is used for storing program codes and data for business transaction, and the processor 401 is used for calling program instructions in the memory to execute steps implementing the stored business transaction method in the above embodiment.
The embodiment of the application provides a storage medium, the storage medium comprises a storage program, and when the program runs, a device where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the storage service processing method shown in the above embodiment.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. Claims (10)

1. A method for transaction, the method comprising:
receiving a service handling request sent by a target client; wherein the target customer is a special type of customer;
acquiring a service handling application form corresponding to the service handling request, and extracting a plurality of pre-filled items from the service handling application form;
classifying each pre-filling item to obtain a plurality of pre-filling basic information items and a plurality of pre-filling service information items;
for each pre-filled service information item, acquiring a target assembly result corresponding to the column information of the pre-filled service information item from each target second assembly result of a preset simple answer library; the target assembly result comprises a plurality of target basic information items and target service information items, and the simple answer library is generated by utilizing a preset simple information library and first historical service transaction records of all associated clients associated with the target client; the simple information base is generated by utilizing a second historical business transaction record of the target client; a plurality of target basic information items in any one target assembly result are the same as a plurality of target basic information items in other target assembly results;
filling the corresponding pre-filled basic information items in the business transaction application table by using the target basic information of each target basic information item of any one target assembly result to obtain a complete basic information item corresponding to each target basic information item;
filling the corresponding pre-filled service information items in the service transaction application table by using the service information of the target service information item to obtain corresponding complete service information items;
when detecting that each pre-filled basic information item and each pre-filled service information item in the service handling application table are filled completely, generating a corresponding target service application table;
and handling the corresponding service by using the target service application form.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein if the service transaction request includes a target associated customer, the pre-populated base information items include a plurality of pre-populated base information items of the target customer and a plurality of pre-populated base information items of the target associated customer, the method further comprising:
for each pre-filled service information item, acquiring a target option corresponding to field information of the pre-filled service information item from each option of the preset simple answer library; wherein the target alternatives comprise a plurality of associated target basis information items;
and filling pre-filled basic information items corresponding to the target associated customers in the business handling application form by utilizing associated target basic information of each associated target basic information item in any target alternative to obtain a complete basic information item corresponding to each associated target basic information item.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
calculating the key degree among all the prefilled service information items;
and marking the prefilled service information items with the key degrees larger than a preset key degree threshold value in each prefilled service information item as key labels.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein before the corresponding service is transacted using the target service application form, the method further comprises:
outputting the service information of the complete service information item with the key label in the target service application table to prompt the target client to confirm the output service information;
wherein, the handling of corresponding services by using the target service application form comprises:
and when the confirmation operation of the target client on the service information of the complete service information item marked as the key label in the target service application table is detected, handling the corresponding service by using the target service application table.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a cookie using the second historical business transaction record of the target customer comprises:
acquiring a second historical service transaction record of the target client;
analyzing the second historical business transaction record, and extracting a plurality of second client input items from the second historical business transaction record;
classifying each second client input item according to a preset index library and a plurality of label items to obtain a plurality of second basic information items and a plurality of second service information items;
and aiming at each second service information item, assembling the second service information item and each second basic information item, performing second assembly on the result, and generating a simple information base according to each second assembly result.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the generating a simple answer library by using a preset simple information library and the first historical business transaction records of each associated client associated with the target client comprises:
acquiring a first historical service transaction record of each associated client corresponding to the target client;
analyzing the first historical business transaction record, and extracting a plurality of first client input items from the first historical business transaction record;
classifying the first client input items according to a preset index library and a plurality of label items to obtain a plurality of first basic information items and a plurality of first service information items;
for each first service information item, assembling the first service information item and each first basic information item, and obtaining a first assembly result;
for each first assembly result and each second assembly result, if the matching degree of the second assembly result and the first assembly result is greater than a preset matching degree, adding the second assembly results to obtain a target second assembly result, and associating the first assembly result serving as an alternative with field information in a second service information item in the target second assembly result;
and generating a simple answer library according to each target second assembly result and each alternative.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the classifying the first client input items according to a preset index library and a plurality of label items to obtain a plurality of first basic information items and a plurality of first service information items comprises:
matching the first customer input items with any basic information field of a preset index library in each first customer input item to determine the first customer input items as first basic information items;
and determining the first customer input item matched with any one of a plurality of preset label items in each first customer input item as a first service information item.
8. A business transaction system, comprising:
a service transaction request receiving unit, configured to receive a service transaction request sent by a target client; wherein the target customer is a special type of customer;
a first extraction unit, configured to obtain a service handling application table corresponding to the service handling request, and extract a plurality of pre-filled items from the service handling application table;
a first classification unit, configured to classify each of the pre-filled items to obtain a plurality of pre-filled basic information items and a plurality of pre-filled service information items;
a target assembly result obtaining unit, configured to obtain, for each pre-filled service information item, a target assembly result corresponding to field information of the pre-filled service information item from each target second assembly result of a preset simple answer library; the simple answer library is generated by a simple answer library generating unit by utilizing a preset simple information library and first historical business transaction records of all associated clients associated with the target client; the simple information base is generated by a simple information base generating unit by utilizing a second historical business transaction record of the target client; a plurality of target basic information items in any one target assembly result are the same as a plurality of target basic information items in other target assembly results;
a first filling unit, configured to fill the corresponding pre-filled basic information item in the service transaction application table with the target basic information of each target basic information item of any one of the target assembly results, to obtain a complete basic information item corresponding to each target basic information item;
a second filling unit, configured to fill, by using the service information of the target service information item, a corresponding pre-filled service information item in the service transaction application table to obtain a corresponding complete service information item;
a target service application form generating unit, configured to generate a corresponding target service application form when it is detected that each pre-filled basic information item and pre-filled service information item in the service transaction application form are filled;
and the service handling unit is used for handling the corresponding service by using the target service application form.

An electronic device, comprising: the system comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the processor and the memory are connected through a communication bus; the processor is used for calling and executing the program stored in the memory; the memory for storing a program for implementing a business process method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereon for performing a business transaction method according to any one of claims 1-7.
