In the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, a certificate abnormity detection result of a user is obtained, wherein the certificate abnormity detection result comprises abnormal information; performing identity verification on the abnormal user corresponding to the abnormal information; if the identity authentication is passed, sending a certificate information request to a user terminal of an abnormal user; in response to receiving the certificate information sent by the abnormal user through the user terminal, the identity certificate information of the abnormal user is updated according to the certificate information, the user can be reminded of the abnormity in time, the user does not need to go to a website to handle and update the certificate information in time, and the user experience and convenience are improved.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. A typical implementation device is a computer device, which may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smart phone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer device, which includes a memory and a processor, where the memory is used to store information including program instructions, and the processor is used to control execution of the program instructions, and the program instructions are loaded by the processor and executed to implement the steps of the embodiment of the credential information updating method.
Referring now to FIG. 6, shown is a schematic diagram of a computer device 600 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, the computer apparatus 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 601 which can execute various appropriate jobs and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 602 or a program loaded from a storage section 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the computer apparatus 600 are also stored. The CPU601, ROM602, and RAM603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 605: an input portion 606 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 607 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a liquid crystal feedback (LCD), and the like, and a speaker and the like; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 605 as needed. A removable medium 611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 610 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted as necessary on the storage section 608.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the invention include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the various elements may be implemented in the same one or more pieces of software and/or hardware in the practice of the present application.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

All the embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from other embodiments. In particular, as for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is relatively simple, and reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment for relevant points.

Claims (21)

1. A certificate information updating method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring a certificate abnormity detection result of a user, wherein the certificate abnormity detection result comprises abnormal information;
performing identity verification on the abnormal user corresponding to the abnormal information;
if the identity authentication is passed, sending a certificate information request to the user terminal of the abnormal user;
and in response to receiving the certificate information sent by the abnormal user through the user terminal, updating the identity certificate information of the abnormal user according to the certificate information.
2. The method for updating the certificate information as claimed in claim 1, wherein the acquiring the certificate abnormality detection result of the user comprises:
and acquiring a certificate abnormity detection result of the user through a supervision mechanism interface according to a preset time period.
3. The method for updating the certificate information as claimed in claim 1, wherein the authentication of the abnormal user corresponding to the abnormal information includes:
sending an identity authentication request to a user terminal of the abnormal user in an information enhancement mode, and receiving information to be authenticated, which is sent by the abnormal user through the user terminal;
carrying out consistency matching on the information to be verified and the stored identity information;
if the matching is successful, the identity authentication of the abnormal user is determined to be passed;
and if the matching fails, determining that the authentication of the abnormal user fails.
4. The credential information updating method of claim 3, further comprising:
if the matching fails, generating an identity authentication failure message;
and sending the authentication failure message to the user terminal of the abnormal user.
5. The certificate information updating method according to claim 1, wherein the certificate information is a certificate image;
the updating the identity document information of the abnormal user according to the document information comprises the following steps:
identifying the certificate image through an image identification algorithm, and extracting target information;
sending the target information to a supervision mechanism platform through a supervision mechanism interface for verification, and receiving a verification result returned by the supervision mechanism platform through the supervision mechanism interface;
and if the verification result is that the verification is passed, updating the stored identity document information according to the target information.
6. The method for updating the certificate information according to claim 1, further comprising, after the acquiring the certificate abnormality detection result of the user:
and adding an exception label to the exception user, and performing transaction limitation processing.
7. The certificate information updating method as claimed in claim 6, further comprising, after the updating of the identity certificate information of the abnormal user according to the certificate information:
and deleting the abnormal label of the abnormal user and removing the transaction limit.
8. The method for updating certificate information as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sending of the certificate information request to the user terminal of the abnormal user comprises:
and sending a certificate information request to the user terminal of the abnormal user in an information enhancement mode.
9. The method for updating the certificate information as claimed in claim 1, further comprising, after the updating the identity certificate information of the abnormal user according to the certificate information, the steps of:
and sending a certificate updating success message to the user terminal.
10. A credential information updating device, the device comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a certificate abnormity detection result of a user, and the certificate abnormity detection result comprises abnormity information;
the identity authentication unit is used for performing identity authentication on the abnormal user corresponding to the abnormal information;

The certificate information updating apparatus as claimed in claim 10, wherein the authentication unit is specifically configured to send an authentication request to the user terminal of the abnormal user in an enhanced information manner, and receive information to be authenticated sent by the abnormal user via the user terminal; carrying out consistency matching on the information to be verified and the stored identity information; if the matching is successful, the identity authentication of the abnormal user is determined to be passed; and if the matching fails, determining that the authentication of the abnormal user fails.
13. The credential information update device of claim 12, further comprising:
the generating unit is used for generating an identity authentication failure message if the matching fails;
and the sending unit is also used for sending the identity authentication failure message to the user terminal of the abnormal user.
14. The credential information updating device of claim 10, wherein the credential information is a credential image;
the updating unit is specifically used for identifying the certificate image through an image identification algorithm and extracting target information; sending the target information to a supervision mechanism platform through a supervision mechanism interface for verification, and receiving a verification result returned by the supervision mechanism platform through the supervision mechanism interface; and if the verification result is that the verification is passed, updating the stored identity document information according to the target information.
15. The credential information update device of claim 10, further comprising:

A computer device comprising a memory for storing information including program instructions and a processor for controlling the execution of the program instructions, wherein the program instructions are loaded and executed by the processor to implement the credential information update method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
21. A computer program product comprising computer programs/instructions, characterized in that the computer programs/instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the credential information update method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
