Description

Pallet with pluggable superstructure
Technical Field
The invention relates to a tray, in particular a drawer tray, having a rectangular base plate and having a rectangular profile frame surrounding the base plate, which has a bottom leg which is surrounded on the inside at least in sections and on which the base plate is supported and fastened. The tray may particularly relate to a bottom of a furniture element, such as a drawer.
Background
One such tray is disclosed, for example, in DE 20 2019 106 557 U1.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to further simplify and to produce a pallet of the type mentioned at the outset as cost-effectively as possible. Also, the base plate and the upper structural elements should be replaceable during the time of use of the tray.
According to the invention, the object is achieved by an at least partially circumferential outer leg which is connected to the bottom leg on the outside and which has an upper leg section which extends above the bottom leg and a lower leg section which extends below the bottom leg and is preferably aligned at right angles to the bottom leg, wherein an upwardly open circumferential seam is present between the upper leg section and the floor for fastening, in particular for inserting or guiding upper structural elements. The profile frame is preferably made of metal, but can also be made of plastic. The superstructure elements may be made of metal, wood, plastic or glass, for example.
Particularly preferably, the profile frame has an annularly continuous circumferential base leg and/or an annularly continuous circumferential outer leg.
The profile frame is advantageously formed by a single profile piece connected to the frame or by a plurality of profile pieces connected to the frame, which have respectively identical or different profile cross sections. The profile element or the profile elements are preferably each formed by a crimped (or chamfered) metal sheet which is bent, preferably by approximately 180 °, at the lower edge of the lower leg section, in order to form the lower leg section with the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer in two layers. Alternatively, however, the metal sheet can also be bent at the upper edge of the upper leg section, preferably by approximately 180 °, in order to form the upper leg section double-layer with the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer. The stability and torsional rigidity of the profile frame are significantly increased by the double-layered lower or upper leg section. The two sheet layers of the lower leg section or the upper leg section can be fixed to one another, in particular glued or welded to one another. The bottom leg may be bent preferably by 90 ° from the inner plate layer of the lower or upper leg section.
Particularly preferably, the base leg is bent (or chamfered) in a Z-shape and comprises an upper outer leg section and a lower inner leg section connected to the outer leg, wherein the base plate is supported on the upper outer leg section or the lower inner leg section. A pull-out guide can advantageously be mounted in the corner region between the lower inner leg section and the lower leg section.
The base plate is supported on the base leg directly or by means of at least one spacer. The height of the spacer can be selected such that a desired, positive or negative height difference can be set at will between the upper side of the base plate and the upper edge of the outer leg.
Preferably, corner posts are inserted into the joints in the corner regions of the profile frame and are fixed, in particular clamped or screwed, to the bottom legs. A wall element can be inserted between the two corner posts and fixed thereto by means of fixing elements in a force-fitting or form-fitting manner. For example, side walls, rear walls or front walls of the drawer can be provided as wall elements. In this case, the walls can extend completely around the floor as a complete frame. It is also possible for the walls to be arranged only on some of the end faces of the base plate or to extend only partially along one or more end faces. Additionally, wall elements can also be inserted into the joint.
Preferably, a bottom profile strip is inserted into the joint and clamped therein, the profile upper side of the bottom profile strip covering the joint, in particular flush with the upper side of the base plate. The wall element can then be supported on the base profile strip or placed in the seam of the base profile strip. Advantageously, such a bottom profile strip consists of plastic. In this case, different color designs of the base profile strip can be taken into account.
Preferably, a pull-out guide is provided on each of the two opposite frame sides of the profile frame in the corner region between the base leg and the lower leg section, in particular in the corner region between the lower inner leg section and the lower leg section, and is fixed to the profile frame. In the horizontal installation position of the tray, these two pull-out guides are concealed by the lower leg section and are therefore not visible from the outside.
Further advantages of the invention emerge from the description, the claims and the figures. Likewise, the features mentioned above and those yet to be listed below can each be used individually or in any desired combination of a plurality. The embodiments shown and described are not to be understood as exhaustive enumeration but rather have exemplary character for the description of the invention.

Detailed Description
The pallet 1 shown in fig. 1a,1b comprises a rectangular base plate 2 and a rectangular profile frame 3 surrounding the base plate 2. The profile frame 3 has an internally annularly encircling (horizontal) bottom leg 4, on which the base plate 2 is supported and fixed, and an encircling (vertical) outer leg 5, which is connected externally to the bottom leg 4 and is oriented at right angles to the bottom leg 4. The base plate 2 can be screwed or glued, for example, to the base legs 4.
The outer leg 5 has an upper leg section 6 extending above the bottom leg 4 and a lower leg section 7 extending below the bottom leg 4. The upper leg section 6 may terminate at the same height as the upper side of the base plate 2 as shown in fig. 1b, but may alternatively terminate above or below the upper side of the base plate 2. The floor 2 and the outer legs 5 are horizontally spaced apart from each other to form an upwardly open, circumferential seam 8 for receiving and securing superstructure elements, such as corner posts 9.
The profile frame 3 can be formed by a single profile part (which is connected to form a frame) or by a plurality of profile parts (which are connected to form a frame) each having the same or different profile cross-sections.
Fig. 2 shows a possible profile cross section of a profile frame 3 in the form of a sheet metal which is flanged (or chamfered). The metal sheet is bent through 180 ° at the lower edge 10a of the lower leg section 7, so that the lower leg section 7 is formed double-layered with an inner and an outer sheet layer 7 1 、7 2 . Starting from the longitudinal edge of the metal sheet (which forms the upper edge of the upper leg section 6), the metal sheet extends vertically downwards to form a vertical upper leg section 6 and a vertical inner sheet layer 7 2 And is bent inward by 180 ° at the lower edge 10a of the lower leg section 7 to form a vertical inner panel layer 7 1 . The two plate layers 7 1 、7 2 Parallel to each other and may be glued or spot welded to each other on the inside. The horizontal bottom leg 4 extends from the inner plate layer 7 1 Bent outwards by 90 ° and then bent over (or chamfered) in a Z-shape to form a higher, horizontal outer leg section 4 adjoining the outer leg 5 1 And a lower, horizontal inner leg section 4 2 . Thus, the inner leg section 4 2 Is formed by the other longitudinal edge of the metal profile, which defines the frame opening of the profile frame 3. The entire profile frame 3 can be formed from a single sheet of cut material by bending and then connected to form a closed frame.
Alternatively, however, the metal sheet can also be bent by 180 ° at the upper edge 10b of the upper leg section 6, so that the upper leg section 6 is constructed with an inner sheet layer and an outer sheet layer in two layers.
The base plate 2 or directly at the upper or lower leg section 4 1 、4 2 Or, as shown in fig. 1b, on the bottom leg 4 by means of a spacer 11. By selecting the height of the spacer 11, a desired, positive or negative height difference can be set between the upper side of the base plate 2 and the upper edge of the outer leg 5. In fig. 1b, a spacer 11 is supported on the inner leg section 4 2 The above.
In FIGS. 3a and 3b shows the assembly of the corner posts 9 on the profile frame 3, which is only exemplary here with the profile frame having the profile cross section shown in fig. 2. The corner post 9 is an upright, rectangular angle with two angle legs 12, which are each extended in the foot region on their sides facing away from each other by a hook 13 that opens downward. Towards both sides of the frame corner, a bottom leg 4 (in the embodiment shown the outer leg section 4) 1 ) Each having a bottom opening 14. The corner posts 9 are arranged at an angle to the bottom legs 4 and are inserted with their two hooks 13 into the two bottom openings 14. The corner post 9 is then erected vertically by being turned over until the corner 15 of the corner post 9 rests against the frame corner 16 of the profile frame 3 and the hook 13 is clamped firmly to the bottom leg 4. Finally, the corner post 8 can be fixed in this vertical position by means of securing elements, for example screws 17.
As shown in the enlarged detail of fig. 4, a bottom profile strip 18 is inserted into the seam 8, the profile top side of which covers the seam 8. The bottom profile strip 18 has, for example, a profile leg 19 extending obliquely to the upper side of the profile, which is held clamped on the base plate 2 in this seam 8.
As is only schematically illustrated in fig. 3b and 4, on two opposite frame sides of the profile frame 3 between the base leg 4 and the lower leg section 7 (in the illustrated embodiment in the lower inner leg section 4) 2 And the lower leg section 7) is provided with a (drawer) extension guide 20 in each case and is fastened to the profile frame 3. In the horizontal installation position of the tray 1, the pull-out guide 20 is concealed by the lower leg section 7 and is therefore not visible from the outside.
In fig. 5, wall elements 21 (which are in the form of a front wall, a rear wall and side walls, for example) are each inserted between two corner posts 9 and are fixed to the corner posts in a force-fitting or form-fitting manner, for example by means of fixing elements 22. The wall element 21 can be supported on the bottom profile strip 18.
Instead of being continuously looped in a ring in fig. 1 and 5, the base leg 4 and the outer leg 5 can also be configured to be looped only in sections.
