before drilling, firstly, according to the position to be drilled, the relative position of the drilling device 5 and the circuit board is positioned, the rotating motor 7 is started, the output end of the rotating motor 7 rotates to drive the adjusting screw 9 to rotate, and when the adjusting screw 9 rotates, the adjusting block 8 moves left and right in the adjusting groove 17 of the supporting upper plate 16 along the central shaft direction of the adjusting screw 9 to change the position of the drilling device 5; starting the rotating motor 51, enabling the output end of the rotating motor 51 to rotate to drive the supporting screw 21 to rotate, and enabling the sliding frame 22 to move back and forth in the fixed frame 4 along the sliding rod 20 when the supporting screw 21 rotates, so as to change the positions of the turning ring 26 and the circuit board inside the turning ring 26, and through the steps, adjusting the drilling device 5 to the position of the circuit board to be drilled;
