The air filtering device 73 filters air and then sucks the air into the cooling fan 71, no impurities exist in the air blown out by the cooling fan 71, the surface of a workpiece is prevented from being damaged, and meanwhile the service life of the cooling fan 71 can be prolonged.
The controller 10 is a controller based on a single chip microcomputer, a controller based on a PLC, or an industrial personal computer.

when the workpieces reach the station of the split type ultrasonic rinsing device, the lifting device 511 and the lifting device 521 are respectively started, the upper cover shell 512 descends to be attached to the upper surface of the tray 3, the lower cover shell 522 lifts to be attached to the lower surface of the tray 3, and sealing rings matched with the edge profiles of the upper cover shell 512 and the lower cover shell 522 are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the tray 3, so that an ultrasonic cleaning cavity 56 is formed among the upper cover shell 512, the lower cover shell 522 and the tray 3, a rinsing liquid pump is started to pump rinsing liquid into the ultrasonic cleaning cavity 56, the liquid level sensor 57 monitors the level of the rinsing liquid, when the liquid level reaches a set value, the controller 10 controls the rinsing liquid pump to stop, and simultaneously controls the ultrasonic transducer 53 to start ultrasonic rinsing, after the rinsing set time is reached, the controller 10 controls the ultrasonic transducer 53 to stop, and simultaneously controls the lifting device 511 and the lifting device 521 to reset, the rinsing liquid flows out to the lower side, a rinsing liquid circulating system can be arranged below, the rinsing liquid is filtered and reused, the split type single workpiece sealing cleaning mode is more thorough, rinsing liquid of the single workpiece is not polluted by sundries cleaned by other parts, the cleanliness is better, the production line is more stable, the beat of the production line is greatly accelerated, and the production line 1 is not normally conveyed.
The conveyor 1 continues to convey the tray 3 forwards, when the workpiece reaches the lower part of the turnover water pouring device, the controller 10 controls the lifting part of the water pouring lifting mechanism 61 to act to drive the workpiece rotating mechanism 62 and the workpiece clamping mechanism 63 to descend, the workpiece clamping mechanism 63 clamps the workpiece, the lifting part of the water pouring lifting mechanism 61 acts to lift the workpiece rotating mechanism 62 and the workpiece clamping mechanism 63 again, the workpiece rotating mechanism 62 finishes rotating or overturning action to pour out residual liquid on the surface of the workpiece and in the groove, and in the turnover water pouring process, a high-pressure air nozzle is added to pour out the residual liquid more thoroughly, so that the working efficiency of a subsequent drying station is further improved.
The conveyor 1 continues to convey the tray 3 forwards, when a workpiece reaches a vacuum drying station, the controller 10 controls the upper tank body lifting mechanism 81 and the lower tank body jacking mechanism 82 to act, the upper tank body 83 and the lower tank body 84 are driven to respectively press the upper surface and the lower surface of the tray 3 to form a sealed vacuum drying space 87, the vacuum pump 85 is started to vacuumize the vacuum drying space 87, liquid remained on the surface of the workpiece and in narrow gaps is pumped out, the vacuum pump 85 is stopped after a set time is reached, the automatic air supply device 86 is started to supply air into the vacuum drying space 87, and after a set air pressure is reached, the controller 10 controls the upper tank body lifting mechanism 81 and the lower tank body jacking mechanism 82 to reset.
The conveyor 1 continues to convey the tray 3 forwards, when the workpiece reaches the forced cooling station, the cooling fan 71 is started, the housing 72 covers the cooling fan 71 and the space above the workpiece to form a relatively closed space, and the workpiece is further dried by air blown by the cooling fan 71.
When the cleaning machine is applied to cleaning of automobile die castings with large volumes, the cleaning beat can be lower than 70 seconds, the residual impurity on the surfaces of workpieces is measured to be less than 100mg, and the difference between the temperature of the workpieces and the ambient temperature is +/-3 ℃ after cleaning is finished.
