In order to enable the tractor to be matched with a heavier composite machine, the requirement on the lifting force of the tractor is increased, and the lifting force of the tractor mainly depends on a lower pull rod mounting point and the like under the condition that the diameters of the cylinders of the oil cylinders are the same, so that the reasonable lower pull rod mounting point is important. At present, reasonable lower pull rod mounting points are generally closer to a half shaft shell of a tractor, and a lower pull rod mounting support is basically mounted on a chassis shell domestically, so that the integration degree of the whole machine is low, and the space structure is complex and the assembly is difficult. The bottom of the second half-shaft shell 2' is also provided with a second limiting rod installation part 21', and a second connecting seat (not marked) is fixed below the second limiting rod installation part 21' through a bolt. One end of the second limiting rod is movably connected with the second connecting seat, and the other end of the second limiting rod is movably connected with the second lower pull rod 3'.
The lifter device 5 is arranged on top of the transmission housing 1 and comprises a first lifting arm 51 and a second lifting arm 52. The upper end of the first connecting rod 61 is movably connected with the first lifting arm 51, and the lower end of the first connecting rod 61 is movably connected with the first lower pull rod 3. The upper end of the second connecting rod 62 is movably connected with the second lifting arm 52, and the lower end of the second connecting rod 62 is movably connected with the second lower pull rod 3'.
The lifter device 5 drives the first lifting arm 51 and the second lifting arm 52 to rotate coaxially, the first lifting arm 51 and the second lifting arm 52 drive the first connecting rod 61 and the second connecting rod 62 to move up and down in the vertical direction, the first connecting rod 61 and the second connecting rod 62 drive the first lower pull rod 3 and the second lower pull rod 3', and the first lower pull rod 3 and the second lower pull rod 3' rotate around the first lower pull rod installation part 31 and the second lower pull rod installation part 31' respectively.
Referring to fig. 1, the left side and the right side of the transmission case housing 1 are respectively provided with a trailing side plate 11, and the trailing side plates 11 are fixed to the transmission case housing 1 by bolts. The trailing side plate 11 extends towards the rear of the transmission case shell 1, and the top of the trailing side plate 11 is provided with a protective cover 12. The towing side plate 11 is used for connecting a towing rack, and the towing rack is used for connecting a trailer matched with a user at the back. The main body of the protective cover 12 is horizontally arranged, the left side and the right side of the protective cover are bent downwards and fixed with the towing side plate 11, and the protective cover 12 is used for protecting the PTO output shaft.
The upper end of the protective cover 12 is provided with a supporting member 121, and the supporting member 121 is formed by bending a metal strip. One end of the supporting member 121 is fixed to the top of the protecting cover 12 by a bolt, and the other end is bent to form a groove portion (not labeled) with an upward opening. When the position needs to be adjusted, the supporting member 121 can be rotated to adjust the position only by loosening the nut.
The rear end of the lifter device 5 is provided with a mounting seat for mounting the upper pull rod 7, the mounting seat is provided with a plurality of groups of mounting holes arranged along the vertical direction, and the upper pull rod 7 can be connected with any group of mounting holes through a pin shaft. The upper tie bar 7 is placed in a recess of the support member 121, and the support member 121 provides an upward supporting force to the upper tie bar 7. Usually, the upper pull rod hook can be arranged on the vehicle body, and the spatial arrangement is inconvenient. The supporting part 121 is fixed at the top of the protective cover 12, so that the space is large and the assembly is convenient.
Referring to fig. 2, a first safety frame mounting part 22 protruding upwards is further disposed at the top of the first axle housing 2, a second safety frame mounting part 22' protruding upwards is disposed at the top of the second axle housing 2', and two ends of the bottom of the safety frame of the tractor are respectively fixed to the first safety frame mounting part 22 and the second safety frame mounting part 22 '. The safety frame of the tractor is used for effectively supporting the tractor when the tractor rolls over, and the safety of a driver is protected. Referring to fig. 4, the first axle housing 2 further includes a forwardly projecting body bracket mounting portion 23 for mounting a simple body bracket.
The upper pull rod 7, the first connecting rod 61, the second connecting rod 62, the first limiting rod 4 and the second limiting rod are all in threaded connection and can be stretched in the axial direction of the upper pull rod, the first connecting rod 61, the second connecting rod 62 and the second limiting rod. A lift cylinder for rotating the first lift arm 51 and the second lift arm 52 is provided inside the lifter device 5.
According to the traction device 100, the mounting sites of the two lower pull rods are respectively integrated on the half-axle housings on the two sides of the transmission case housing, so that the layout space and cost of the lower pull rod mounting bracket can be saved after the integrated layout, the lifting and hanging layout of the whole machine is simpler and more compact, and the whole strength is firmer and more reliable under the condition of unchanged use function.
