The method for reporting the execution information of the terminal equipment and the service equipment is taken as an example for explanation.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an information reporting method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the information reporting method may include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s201, the service equipment sends special position information, and the special position information is used for indicating that the position located in a special position range in a special time period is a special position. Accordingly, the terminal device receives the special location information.
Wherein a particular location may refer to a location where an abnormal condition exists. For example, the position reached by a particular user may be determined as a particular position, and the particular user may refer to a user whose physical health status is marked as a preset status, which may indicate that the user has a certain disease.
The special location information may include one or more special location ranges, each corresponding to a respective special time period. The special location range may refer to an area, a public place, a place, etc. where an abnormal situation exists. Illustratively, the special location information may be as shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 Special location information
Range of specific positions Special time section corresponding to special position range
Region
1 2022.5.1~2022.5.30
Mall a in area 2 2022.5.3~2022.5.30
Street b in region 2 2022.5.8~2022.5.30
After the service device determines the special location information, the service device may issue the special location information to one or more terminal devices. Optionally, the mode of issuing the special location information by the service device may be: the service equipment sends the special position information to the access network equipment, and the access network equipment sends the special position information to the terminal equipment within the network coverage range of the access network equipment. Illustratively, the access network device may broadcast the special location information.
Optionally, the service device may determine the special location information by: the service equipment acquires the body health information of the user and determines whether the user is a special user or not according to the body health information of the user; further, the position reached by a particular user is determined as a particular position. Alternatively, the service device (e.g. referred to as service device 1) receives first indication information from other service devices (e.g. referred to as service device 2), where the first indication information may be used to indicate identity information of the specific user and/or a device identifier of a terminal device used by the specific user; then, the service apparatus 1 determines the position reached by the special user as the special position based on the first indication information. Alternatively, the service apparatus (e.g., referred to as the service apparatus 1) receives second indication information from other service apparatuses (e.g., referred to as the service apparatus 3) and determines the specific location information based on the second indication information. The number of the service devices 3 may be one or more, and the second indication information from one service device 3 may indicate one or more specific location ranges, and a specific time period corresponding to each specific location range. The service apparatus may aggregate the special location ranges indicated by the second indication information from the respective service apparatuses 3 to obtain the special location information.
S202, the terminal device obtains stored historical position information, and the historical position information is used for indicating the position of the user in the historical time period.
The historical location information includes the location of the terminal device in the historical time period, and the user is the user using (holding) the terminal device. Thus, the historical location information of the terminal device may be used to indicate the historical location information of the user. After receiving the special position information, the terminal device may obtain the stored historical position information, and further, determine whether the user has reached the special position range within a special time period (corresponding to the special position range) according to the special position information and the historical position information.
The location at which the user is located during the historical time period may include one or more locations. The location of the user at the historical time period may include a location that may indicate: the user is at the location for the historical period of time, e.g., the user has not changed location for a period of time. The location of the user at the historical time period includes a plurality of locations which may represent: the user has changed position within the history time period, i.e. the user may be in different positions at different history times in the history time period. Illustratively, taking the historical time period of 9 to 00 in 2022.5.1 as an example, the historical location information may be as shown in table 2:
TABLE 2 historical location information
Time of history The position of the historical time
9:00~10:00 Position 1
10:00~11:00 Position 2
11:00~12:00 Position 3
In the embodiment of the present application, after the terminal device determines the historical location information, the historical location information may be stored in a memory of the terminal device, that is, locally stored in the terminal device.
Optionally, the terminal device may determine the historical location information by using a positioning technique and/or a code scanning method. Among others, positioning techniques may include, but are not limited to: satellite positioning, GPRS or WIFI and other short-distance communication. Scanning the code may refer to scanning a location code, where one location code corresponds to one location, and it may be determined that the user holding the terminal device is located at the location corresponding to the location code when scanning the location code. Illustratively, the terminal device locates that it is in location 1 during 9 to 00.
And S203, if the position of the target historical moment of the user in the historical time period is in a special position range and the target historical moment belongs to the special time period, the terminal equipment reports first user information, wherein the first user information comprises the position of the user in the target historical moment. Accordingly, the service device receives the first user information.
The position of the target historical time of the user in the historical time period is located in a special position range, and the target historical time belongs to the special time period and shows that: the user has reached a particular location range within a particular time period, specifically at a target historical time. Exemplarily, taking the case that location 1 in table 2 belongs to region 1 in table 1 as an example, as can be seen from tables 1 and 2, 9 to 10 in 2022.5.1.
As can be appreciated from the foregoing, the particular location information may include one or more particular location ranges and the historical location information may include one or more locations. If the user reaches the special position range corresponding to the special time period in at least one special time period, the terminal equipment can report the first user information. Optionally, if the user does not reach the special location range corresponding to any special time period within any special time period (that is, the location reached by the user within any special time period is located outside the special location range corresponding to the special time period), the terminal device may not report the first user information.
It can be understood that, if the user has reached the special location range within the special time period, the user is likely to be determined as a special user, and in this case, the terminal device reports the first user information, which is beneficial for the service device to further determine whether the user is a special user according to the first user information.
In the embodiment of the application, the first user information is reported only when a certain condition is met (that is, the position of the user at the target historical time is within the special position range, and the target historical time belongs to the special time period).
It is understood that, in the embodiments of the present application, related data related to the privacy of the user (for example, location information of a terminal device held by the user, identity information of the user, etc.) needs to be approved or approved by a related object when any embodiment of the present application is applied to a specific product or technology, and the collection, use and processing of the related data need to comply with related laws and regulations and standards of related countries and regions.
Optionally, referring to the flowchart of another information reporting method shown in fig. 3, after step S203, the information reporting method may further include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s304, the service equipment judges whether the user is a special user or not according to the first user information.
After receiving the first user information, the service device may determine whether the user is a special user according to the first user information. Alternatively, the service apparatus may acquire historical location information of a specific user (e.g., the specific user 1) who has reached a specific location range, and determine whether the user makes a close contact with the specific user 1 according to the received first user information and the historical location information of the specific user 1, and if the close contact is made, may determine that the user is classified as the specific user. If a close contact is not made, the user may be determined to be a non-special user (or referred to as a normal user).
Optionally, the service device may determine whether the user makes close contact with the specific user 1 by: and judging whether the distance between the positions of the terminal equipment held by the two terminal equipment at the same time is smaller than a preset distance threshold value or not, and if the distance is smaller than the preset distance threshold value, determining that the user makes close contact with the special user 1. If the distance is greater than or equal to the preset distance threshold, it may be determined that the user has not made close contact with the particular user 1. The preset distance threshold may be determined by the service device, or may be agreed by a standard, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
S305, if the user is a special user, the service device sends a first notification message, where the first notification message is used to indicate that the user is a special user. Correspondingly, the terminal equipment receives the first notification message.
The server can make the terminal device know whether the user is classified as a special user or not by sending the notification message. Illustratively, the first notification message is used to indicate that the user is a special user. If the user is a non-special user, the service device may send a third notification message, where the third notification message is used to indicate that the user is a non-special user. Or, if the user is a non-specific user, the service device may not send any notification message, and after the terminal device sends the first user information, if the terminal device does not receive any notification message, it may determine that the user is a non-specific user by default.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal device may report, according to the first notification message, second user information, where the second user information includes a location of the user in the historical time period. Accordingly, the service device receives the second user information.
The second user information includes more location information and more detail than the first user information. Optionally, the second user information may further include: the device information which is in contact with the terminal device for more than a preset time and the contact time. The preset time period may be, for example, 1 minute. Optionally, the second user information may further include: the terminal equipment generates equipment information of short-distance contact and information such as contact time, contact duration and the like. Optionally, the terminal device may identify and record device information that is in contact with the terminal device for more than a preset time period through short-range communication (such as bluetooth, WIFI, and the like). The terminal device can identify and record device information which is in close contact with the terminal device through short-range communication (such as Bluetooth, WIFI and the like).
The terminal device receives the first notification message, learns that the user is determined to be classified as a special user, and under the condition, reports more and more detailed position information, and is beneficial for the service device to determine a new special position range according to the more and more detailed position information. Optionally, the service device may also trace back other users who have made close contact with the user (who have been confirmed to be classified as a special user) based on the more detailed location information. By the method, the existing special users can be determined as soon as possible, and therefore safety is improved.
Optionally, referring to the flowchart of another information reporting method shown in fig. 4, after step S305, the information reporting method may further include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s406a, the terminal device detects whether an alarm condition is met.
After receiving the first notification message, the terminal device may detect whether an alarm condition is satisfied, and if the alarm condition is satisfied, may output the alarm information, and if the alarm condition is not satisfied, may not output the alarm information. Optionally, after receiving the first notification message, the terminal device may periodically, aperiodically, or continuously detect whether the alarm condition is met.
In a possible implementation manner, the detecting, by the terminal device, whether the alarm condition is met may include one or more of the following: the method comprises the steps that terminal equipment detects whether adjacent equipment exists, wherein the adjacent equipment is equipment within a first preset distance range; alternatively, the terminal device detects whether it is outside the safe location range. The alarm condition being met includes one or more of: the terminal device has a neighboring device or the terminal device is located outside the secure location range. It is understood that the failure to satisfy the alarm condition includes one or more of: the terminal device does not have a neighboring device or the terminal device is located within a secure location range.
The adjacent device refers to a device which has close contact with the terminal device, and since the user holding the terminal device is confirmed to be classified as a special user, the user holding the adjacent device (the adjacent device of the terminal device) may also be subsequently confirmed to be classified as a special user due to close contact with the special user, and if the close contact with the special user is timely stopped, the user holding the adjacent device may not become a special user. Therefore, in this case, the terminal device outputs the alarm information, so that the terminal device can remind the special user of being away from other users on the one hand, and can remind the other users of being away from the special user on the other hand.
The terminal device can detect whether the terminal device is located outside the safe position range by the following method: and the terminal equipment detects whether safety equipment exists, wherein the safety equipment is preset equipment within a second preset distance range. If the security device is not present, it may be determined that the terminal device is located outside the secure location range. If the security device exists, the terminal device can be determined to be located within the range of the security location. For example, the security device may be a distance monitoring device (e.g., an intelligent door lock) having an association relationship with the terminal device, and after the distance monitoring device is connected to the terminal device (e.g., bluetooth), the terminal device may know a distance between the terminal device and the distance monitoring device, and if the distance between the terminal device and the distance monitoring device is within a second preset distance range, it may indicate that the user holding the terminal device does not leave a room corresponding to the intelligent door lock, so as to determine that the terminal device is located within a safe location range. If the distance between the terminal device and the intelligent door lock is beyond the second preset distance range, the terminal device can be indicated to leave a room corresponding to the intelligent door lock by a special user holding the terminal device, and therefore the terminal device is determined to be beyond the safe position range. In this case, the terminal device outputs the alarm information, so that the terminal device can remind the special user holding the terminal device to be away from other users on one hand, and can remind other users to be away from the special user on the other hand. Optionally, whether the terminal device is located within the safe position range may be determined by detecting respective distances between the terminal device and the N pieces of safety devices, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1. If the distance between the terminal device and the at least one safety device is within the second preset distance range, it can be determined that the terminal device is located within the safety position range. If the distance between the terminal device and any one of the safety devices is beyond the second preset distance range, it can be determined that the terminal device is beyond the safety position range. Optionally, the identifier of the preset device may be issued by the service device.
Alternatively, the terminal device may detect whether it is outside the safe location range by: the terminal equipment judges whether the scanned place code is the appointed place code or not, and if the place code scanned by the terminal equipment is other place codes except the appointed place code, the terminal equipment can be determined to be positioned outside the safe position range. If the location code scanned by the terminal device is the designated location code, it can be determined that the terminal device is located within the safe location range. One location code corresponds to one location range, the location range corresponding to the designated location code is a safe location range, and the location ranges corresponding to other location codes except the designated location code can be unsafe location ranges. Optionally, the designated location code may be issued by the service device.
And S407, if the alarm condition is met, the terminal equipment outputs alarm information.
The terminal device may output the warning information through the sound device and/or the display device, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the manner of outputting the warning information. Illustratively, the outputting of the alarm information by the terminal device includes: the terminal equipment emits continuous and uninterrupted warning sound.
Optionally, after step S305, in addition to performing step S406a, the terminal device may further perform step S406b: and the terminal equipment reports second user information according to the first notification message, wherein the second user information comprises the position of the user in the historical time period. Accordingly, the service device receives the second user information. It should be noted that the execution process of step S406b may refer to the detailed description of step S305 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 3, and is not described herein again. It should be further noted that, the present application does not limit the execution sequence of step S406a and step S406 b.
Optionally, after step S305, the terminal device may be switched from a standby mode (or referred to as a non-alarm mode) to an alarm mode. After step S305, the terminal device reports the second user information and switches to the alarm mode, and in the alarm mode, step S406a is executed (i.e. the terminal device detects whether the alarm condition is met). For example, after the terminal device enters the alarm mode, it may first detect whether there is a neighboring device. If the adjacent equipment exists, the alarm information can be output. If no adjacent equipment exists, whether the equipment is located outside the safe position range can be judged. If the position is out of the safe position range, alarm information can be output. If the position is within the safe position range, the alarm information can not be output.
Alternatively, after step S305, the service device may send a second notification message, where the second notification message is used to indicate that the user (holding the terminal device) is changed from the special user to the non-special user. Accordingly, the terminal device receives the second notification message. Optionally, after receiving the second notification message, the terminal device may stop executing step S406a (i.e., stop detecting whether the alarm condition is satisfied). Or after the terminal device receives the second notification message, the terminal device can be switched from the alarm mode to the non-alarm mode. After switching to the non-alarm mode, the terminal device may stop detecting whether the alarm condition is satisfied.
In the embodiment of the application, the alarm information is output when the alarm condition is detected to be met. On the one hand, the special user can be reminded to be far away from other users, on the other hand, the other users can be reminded to be far away from the special user, and the safety is enhanced. Compared with the methods of travel codes, health codes and the like, the method and the device have the advantages that the action of the special user can be better monitored by outputting the alarm information, and the influence of the special user on other users can be avoided.
Optionally, referring to the flowchart of another information reporting method shown in fig. 5, after step S305, the information reporting method may further include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s506a, the terminal device detects whether a safety device exists, wherein the safety device is a preset device within a second preset distance range.
After receiving the first notification message, the terminal device may detect whether a security device exists, and if the security device does not exist, the terminal device may trigger execution of a step of detecting whether an alarm condition is satisfied. If the safety equipment exists, whether the alarm condition is met or not can not be detected. If the security device does not exist, it may be determined that the terminal device is located outside the secure location range, and if the security device exists, it may be determined that the terminal device is located within the secure location range. For the related content of the security device, reference may be made to the specific description of step S406a in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4, which is not described herein again.
And S507, if the safety equipment does not exist, the terminal equipment detects whether the alarm condition is met.
It should be noted that, for the execution process of the terminal device detecting whether the alarm condition is satisfied, reference may be made to the specific description of step S406a in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4, and details are not described here again.
And S508, if the alarm condition is met, the terminal equipment outputs alarm information.
It should be noted that the execution process of step S508 may refer to the specific description of step S407 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 4, and is not described herein again.
Optionally, after step S305, in addition to performing step S506a, the terminal device may further perform step S406b: and the terminal equipment reports second user information according to the first notification message, wherein the second user information comprises the position of the user in the historical time period. Accordingly, the service device receives the second user information. It should be noted that the execution process of step S406b may refer to the detailed description of step S305 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 3, and is not described herein again. It should be further noted that, the present application does not limit the execution sequence of step S506a and step S406 b.
Optionally, after step S305, the terminal device may be switched from a standby mode (or referred to as a non-alarm mode) to an alarm mode. After step S305, the terminal device reports the second user information and switches to the alert mode, and in the alert mode, step S506a is executed (i.e. the terminal device detects whether the security device exists). For example, after the terminal device enters the alarm mode, it may first detect whether a security device exists, and if the security device exists, no other detection action may be performed (e.g., it is not detected whether an alarm condition is satisfied). If no security device is present, it may be detected whether a neighboring device is present. If the adjacent equipment exists, the alarm information can be output. If no adjacent equipment exists, whether the equipment is located outside the safe position range or not can be judged. If the position is outside the safe position range, alarm information can be output.
Optionally, after receiving the second notification message, the terminal device may stop executing step S506a (i.e., stop detecting whether the security device exists). Or after the terminal device receives the second notification message, the terminal device can be switched from the alarm mode to the non-alarm mode. After switching to the non-alert mode, the terminal device may stop detecting the presence of the security device.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the safety equipment is detected not to exist, whether the alarm condition is met is further detected. And then outputting alarm information under the condition of detecting that the alarm condition is met. On the one hand, the special user can be reminded to be far away from other users, on the other hand, the other users can be reminded to be far away from the special user, and the safety is enhanced. In addition, under the condition that the safety equipment is detected to exist, other detection behaviors are not carried out, the condition that the alarm condition is met and the alarm information is output under the condition that the safety equipment exists can be avoided, and the false alarm can be avoided.
