Abstract

本发明涉及一种基于编织金属丝网夹芯结构的动力电池底部防护板,包括经若干螺旋金属丝搭接成型的金属丝网编织结构单元,螺旋金属丝包括面内螺旋金属丝以及将上下层编网交叉点处连接的面外斜置螺旋金属丝;金属丝网编织结构单元上下端均固连有水平延伸的均质金属板,并经均质金属板与动力电池包底部固连,该防护板充分利用了金属丝网夹芯结构高比刚度、高孔隙率及超轻密度的特点,可形成优异的吸能特性和散热性能,并具有良好的轻量化优势,可结合当今动力电池包液冷技术,将冷却液加入其中以实现其优异的散热特性,将其应用于动力电池底部防护,可有效提高新能源汽车动力电池的安全性及散热性,并可兼顾电动汽车续航能力。

Description

一种基于编织金属丝网夹芯结构的动力电池底部防护板
技术领域
本发明涉及动力电池包结构技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于编织金属丝网夹芯结构的动力电池底部防护板。
背景技术
动力电池作为新能源电动汽车的动力来源,是整车零部件中重量和体积最大、成本最高的部件,对电动汽车的续航里程、整车行驶性能、系统安全性能有着关键性影响。当汽车在高速行驶时,路面碎屑或石块被车轮碾压后可能会飞起并撞击汽车底部,对底部布置的动力电池包产生损伤威胁,严重时电池箱可能被挤压或刺穿,引发电池起火爆炸,造成严重的人身和财产安全问题。所以在实际情况下,动力电池的底部防护具有极其重要的理论研究价值和现实意义。
在设计动力电池底部防护结构时,不仅要考虑其抗冲击防护性能,还要考虑其散热性能及轻量化特性,当前已有的底部防护装置材料相对简单,并且吸能及散热效果单一,故本发明专利将提出一种新型轻质底部防护板结构形式。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种基于编织金属丝网夹芯结构的动力电池底部防护板,采用具有高比刚度、高孔隙率及超轻密度的空间网状编织结构,将螺旋金属丝以不同的空间角度编织搭接最后通过钎焊的方式将丝与丝之间接触部位固定,强度较高保护效果显著,且具备较好的散热性能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:包括经若干螺旋金属丝搭接成型的金属丝网编织结构单元,所述螺旋金属丝包括面内螺旋金属丝以及将上下层编网交叉点处连接的面外斜置螺旋金属丝;所述金属丝网编织结构单元上下端均固连有水平延伸的均质金属板,并经均质金属板与动力电池包底部固连。
进一步的,所述面内螺旋金属丝及面外斜置螺旋金属丝各设有三根,且均呈螺旋状,三根面内螺旋金属丝之间相互交错穿插进行水平方向上延伸编织,三根面外斜置螺旋金属丝之间相互交错穿插进行倾斜延伸编织,其中各面内螺旋金属丝之间、各面外斜置螺旋金属丝之间以及面内螺旋金属丝和面外斜置螺旋金属丝之间的角度均为60°并且其接触部位通过钎焊固定;上下相邻两组(六根)斜置螺旋金属丝均交错设置以形成八面体结构的单胞,所述金属丝网编织结构单元由空间阵列设置的若干单胞端部固接组成。
进一步的,所述单胞均为八面体结构,即相邻的螺旋金属丝间的夹角均为60°。
进一步的,所述各面内螺旋金属丝与面外斜置螺旋金属丝连接端均喷涂有金属焊膏;所述各金属丝网编织结构单元之间、金属丝网编织结构单元与两均质金属板之间均涂设有金属焊膏,并经加热焊接成型。
进一步的,所述动力电池包包括底壳与上壳,所述底壳与上壳间经螺栓固连,所述底壳沿其外周固设有若干吊耳,所述底壳底端与位于上部的均质金属板固连。
进一步的,所述金属丝网编织结构单元与两均质金属板固连组成编织金属丝网夹芯板,该编织金属丝网夹芯板通过螺栓或者焊接的方式与动力电池包底部连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)鉴于其高比刚度、高比强度及超轻密度的优点,与现有的单一均质材料防护板相比,可以有效吸收路面异物引起的冲击,防止异物对动力电池内部电芯造成损伤而引发新能源汽车起火事故,更加安全。
(2)鉴于其高孔隙率的特点,与现有的普通均质金属防护板相比,由于空气对流作用,其散热性能更优异;另可结合动力电池包液冷技术,增加其散热效能;由于其轻量化效果相对于均质板更优异,可以增加新能源汽车的续航里程。

具体实施方式
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下。
如图1~6所示,一种基于编织金属丝网夹芯结构的动力电池底部防护板,包括经若干螺旋金属丝编织搭接成型的金属丝网编织结构单元1,所述螺旋金属丝包括面内螺旋金属丝2以及将上下层编网交叉点处连接的面外斜置螺旋金属丝3;所述金属丝网编织结构单元上下端均固连有水平延伸的均质金属板5,并经均质金属板与动力电池包6底部固连,两均质金属板均起到防护板的作用,金属丝网编织结构单元采用空间网状面外编织方法,通过将螺旋金属丝以不同空间角度的排列,最后将接触部位焊接实现防护板的抗冲击效能,所述面内螺旋金属丝沿水平方向缠绕延伸形成上下多层编织网,并经沿倾斜方向缠绕的面外斜置螺旋金属丝将多层编织网连接并竖向支撑。
在本发明实施例中,所述面内螺旋金属丝及面外斜置螺旋金属丝各设有三根,且均呈螺旋状,三根面内螺旋金属丝之间相互交错穿插进行水平方向上延伸编织,三根面外斜置螺旋金属丝之间相互交错穿插进行倾斜延伸编织,其中各面内螺旋金属丝之间、各面外斜置螺旋金属丝之间以及面内螺旋金属丝和面外斜置螺旋金属丝之间的角度均为60°并且其接触部位通过钎焊固定;上下相邻两组(六根)斜置螺旋金属丝均交错设置以形成八面体结构的单胞7,所述金属丝网编织结构单元由空间阵列设置的若干单胞端部固接组成。。
所述金属丝网编织结构单元由面内丝网编织及面外丝网编织两部分组成,其中面内金属丝网编织通过面内螺旋金属丝的结构特性相互交错穿插,进而得到平面丝网;将面外斜置螺旋金属丝穿插于平面丝网的层与层之间,最后对交叉点处进行钎焊固接得到完整的金属丝网编织结构。
在本发明实施例中,所述单胞均为八面体结构,即相邻的螺旋金属丝间的夹角均为60°。
在本发明实施例中,所述面内螺旋金属丝与斜置螺旋金属丝连接端均喷涂有金属焊膏,即在交叉点均选用钎焊方式连接,即交叉点即为焊点4;所述各金属丝网编织结构单元之间、金属丝网编织结构单元与两均质金属板之间均涂设有金属焊膏,即通过钎焊的方式焊接成型。
在本发明实施例中,所述动力电池包包括底壳8与上壳9,所述底壳与上壳间经螺栓10固连,所述底壳沿其外周固设有若干吊耳11,吊耳与底壳间也通过螺栓固连,所述底壳底端与位于上部的均质金属板固连。
在本发明实施例中,所述金属丝网编织结构单元与两均质金属板固连组成编织金属丝网夹芯板12,该编织金属丝网夹芯板通过螺栓或者焊接的方式与动力电池包底部连接。
在本发明实施例中,编织金属丝网夹芯板的制备方法:先将一根面内螺旋金属丝水平均匀布置在模具中,然后将另外两根面内螺旋金属丝与水平金属丝各呈60°及120°旋入,最后将面外斜置螺旋金属丝各以60°旋入层与层之间,在不同金属丝之间的接触部位喷涂金属焊膏水性混合物,将制备完成的编织结构放置于两块均质金属板的夹层中,并在丝网与金属板接触部位喷涂金属焊膏,将金属丝网夹芯板放在110℃的烘干箱中干燥。最后将其放入高温熔结炉中加热至930℃,并在该温度下保持15分钟,然后将熔炉将温度升高至1040℃,保持15分钟,完成焊接,最后缓慢冷却至室温以实现夹芯防护板制备;
在本发明实施例中的工作原理:
(1)编织金属丝网夹芯防护板与动力电池包组装后,当受到路面异物冲击作用时,下层金属面板先受到冲击力,随后将力传递入编织金属丝网夹芯结构,由于钎焊结点的固定作用,金属丝通过变形耗能来缓解冲击力的作用,进而保护整个动力电池组件;
(2)通过控制Z向单胞的层数、单胞尺寸大小以及钎焊接头大小,可增加其耗能特性及散热效能,以适应不同动力电池结构尺寸及防护要求。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可以得出其他各种形式的基于编织金属丝网夹芯结构的动力电池底部防护板。凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种基于编织金属丝网夹芯结构的动力电池底部防护板,其特征在于:包括经若干螺旋金属丝搭接成型的金属丝网编织结构单元,所述螺旋金属丝包括交错编织的面内螺旋金属丝及面外斜置螺旋金属丝;所述金属丝网编织结构单元上下端均固连有水平延伸的均质金属板,并经均质金属板与动力电池包底部固连;
所述面内螺旋金属丝及面外斜置螺旋金属丝各设有三根,且均呈螺旋状,三根面内螺旋金属丝之间相互交错穿插进行水平方向上延伸编织,三根面外斜置螺旋金属丝之间相互交错穿插进行倾斜延伸编织,三根面内螺旋金属丝分别与三根面外斜置螺旋金属丝交错编织,其中各面内螺旋金属丝之间、各面外斜置螺旋金属丝之间以及面内螺旋金属丝和面外斜置螺旋金属丝之间的角度均为60°并且其接触部位通过钎焊固定;上下相邻两组斜置螺旋金属丝均交错设置以形成八面体结构的单胞,所述金属丝网编织结构单元由空间阵列设置的若干单胞端部固接组成;
所述单胞均为八面体结构,即相邻的螺旋金属丝间的夹角均为60°;
所述各面内螺旋金属丝与面外斜置螺旋金属丝连接端均喷涂有金属焊膏;所述各金属丝网编织结构单元之间、金属丝网编织结构单元与两均质金属板之间均涂设有金属焊膏,并经加热焊接成型;
所述动力电池包包括底壳与上壳,所述底壳与上壳间经螺栓固连,所述底壳沿其外周固设有若干吊耳,所述底壳底端与位于上部的均质金属板固连;
所述金属丝网编织结构单元与两均质金属板固连组成编织金属丝网夹芯板,该编织金属丝网夹芯板通过螺栓或者焊接的方式与动力电池包底部连接;
编织所述金属丝网夹芯板的制备方法:先将一根面内螺旋金属丝水平均匀布置在模具中,然后将另外两根面内螺旋金属丝与水平金属丝各呈60°及120°旋入,最后将面外斜置螺旋金属丝各以60°旋入层与层之间,在不同金属丝之间的接触部位喷涂金属焊膏水性混合物,将制备完成的编织结构放置于两块均质金属板的夹层中,并在丝网与金属板接触部位喷涂金属焊膏,将金属丝网夹芯板放在110℃的烘干箱中干燥,最后将其放入高温熔结炉中加热至930℃,并在该温度下保持15分钟,然后将熔炉将温度升高至1040℃,保持15分钟,完成焊接,最后缓慢冷却至室温。
