Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of an intelligent approval method for tax process according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an intelligent tax process approval method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the intelligent tax process approval method is applied to a server, the method is executed by application software installed in the server, and the server performs data interaction with a case handling system and a tax system.
As shown in fig. 3, the tax process intelligent approval method includes the following steps: S10-S40.
And S10, setting a tax approval processing flow.
The tax approval processing flow is preset according to actual conditions and requirements, and when the approval task is executed, the tax approval processing flow can be executed according to a set flow path. As shown in fig. 2, a flow sample is illustrated in fig. 2, an approval flow initiated by a subject is pushed to a chief manager for approval, the chief manager for approval is sent to a branch leader for approval after approval, and the branch leader for approval is sent to a local leader in the city, wherein the subject, the chief manager for the subject, the branch leader for the subject, and the local leader in the city are equivalent to nodes in the flow, and the next node is entered after the previous node is completed.
In this embodiment, the tax approval process flow is set in the case handling system.
The handling system (i.e., the handling center workstation of fig. 2) refers to a system in which a worker performs work processing, which is independent from the tax system (i.e., the tax system of fig. 2).
And S20, receiving a tax approval task request of the case handling system.
In this embodiment, an RPA (resilient Process Automation) technology is used, which is a set of technologies for executing a business Process by using software, and the same Process is executed according to an execution rule and an operation Process of a human. The RPA technology can reduce the labor input in the work and avoid artificial operation errors. And meanwhile, the user is allowed to automatically deploy the business process on the original business system, and the original system is not required to be modified, so that the method is a non-invasive technology.
The RPA simulates manual data carrying, makes data barriers through, solves the problem of software interconnection and intercommunication, and simultaneously, the RPA can be competent for both simple business processes and complex business processes by simulating a user to execute tasks in a Graphical User Interface (GUI) of an application program.
The RPA consists of a flow designer, an actuator and a console. The designer is a development tool for a developer to create an RPA robot configuration for setting a series of operations and decision logic to be run by the RPA robot. The executor is the running environment of the RPA and can execute the configured operation. The console monitors and controls the running state of the robot, starts and stops the RPA robot, or sets timing trigger or trigger conditions.
When the RPA receives a task request of tax approval of the case handling system, the request is analyzed and decomposed, so that the execution of subsequent approval tasks is facilitated.
And S30, executing a corresponding approval task according to the task request.
The approval task is as shown in fig. 2, the approval process initiated by the administrator is pushed to the chief deputy for approval, the chief deputy sends the approval to the branch leader for approval, and the branch leader sends the approval to the local leader of the city for approval.
Of course, there are other approval tasks, which are not listed in this embodiment.
And S40, rewriting the approval task data into the tax system.
In an embodiment, step S40 specifically includes the following steps: S401-S407.
S401, extracting the approval task data and grouping the approval task data by using user names.
In this embodiment, when the clerk initiates a document flow and pushes the document flow to the chief practioner for approval, data such as a document data set, information of a current link process person, basic information of a case and the like of the clerk are extracted and integrated, and the document data set, the information of the current link process person, the basic information of the case and the like are grouped by using user names.
S402, caching the approval task data which are grouped.
After the data are grouped according to the user name, the examination and approval task data are cached
And S403, inquiring whether a task list corresponding to the approval task data exists in the tax system, if so, executing the step S404, and if not, executing the step S405.
And S404, writing the cached approval task data into a corresponding task list of the tax system.
If a task list corresponding to the approval task data exists in the tax inquiry system, the cached approval task data is written into the corresponding task list of the tax system, so that data processed in the case handling system and the data written into the tax system form one-to-one correspondence.
S405, judging that the write-back fails and recording an error log.
Of course, data rewriting fails due to problems such as abnormal data and network abnormality, and therefore, when a task list corresponding to the approval task data does not exist in the tax system, rewriting failure is judged and an error log is recorded.
S406, dividing the error grade according to the recorded error log.
Since the cases of causing errors are different, the recorded error logs can be classified into error grades so as to facilitate subsequent targeted processing.
And S407, making different processing modes according to different error levels.
In one embodiment, step S407 specifically includes the following steps S4071-S4073.
S4071, when the error grade is first-grade error, feeding back an error log to the case handling system.
S4072, when the error grade is a second-level error, sending an error troubleshooting prompt and displaying.
S4073, when the error grade is three-level error, restarting the task of sending the current approval task data.
For S4071-S4073, in this embodiment, the errors are classified according to different degrees, where the first-level error is an error in the data written back by the transaction center, and includes that the data format does not conform to the standard for writing back by the tax system, the necessary data is missing, the provided data has an error, and the corresponding information cannot be found in the tax system. The second-level error is an internal system error, and comprises an error when a message queue transfer message is empty or abnormal data, a rule engine interface is abnormal, and data after successful rewriting is called back to the case handling system. The third-level errors are errors in rewriting of the tax system, and include unexpected errors such as page abnormal access caused by network abnormality, maintenance of the tax system, change of page elements of the tax system, overtime request and the like. Different levels of errors correspond to different processing schemes, the first level of errors can selectively feed back a case handling central system, and the second level of errors can warn developers to carry out error troubleshooting. And the three-stage error RPA can automatically restart the current task three times, if the three times fail, the data information is stored, and the data information is rewritten at random.
In an embodiment, before step S20, the method further includes the following steps: S11-S15.
S11, establishing communication connection between the case handling system and the tax system.
The establishment of the communication connection between the case handling system and the tax system is the basis for completing data rewriting, and if the communication connection is not performed, the timely data rewriting work cannot be completed.
And S12, logging in the same account in both the case handling system and the tax system.
In order to achieve consistency of the processing flow of the case handling system and the tax system, the same account needs to be logged in the case handling system and the tax system.
And S13, judging whether the tax system login account is abnormal or not, if so, executing the step S14, and if not, executing the step S20.
In an embodiment, step S13 specifically includes the following steps:
and S131, sending heartbeat data packets to the tax system at regular time according to the set interval time.
S132, if the tax system cannot normally receive the heartbeat data packet, judging that the login account of the tax system is abnormal.
And S133, if the tax system can normally receive the heartbeat data packet, judging that the login account of the tax system is normal.
For S131 to S133, in this embodiment, an RPA task is sent every 10 minutes through a timed heartbeat mechanism to refresh the browser where the user is located, and whether the current browser state is normal is determined. If abnormal conditions exist, such as the RPA service is restarted, the current user browser loses money or the screen is blank, and the heartbeat management service detects that the login is abnormal, a message is sent to a front-end page, so that the user can pass through the tax system again.
And S14, if the tax system login account is abnormal, refreshing a login interface of the tax system.
According to the invention, through setting the tax approval processing flow, when the corresponding approval task is executed, the task can be automatically processed according to the set path of the tax approval processing flow, all steps of required work can be completed by one-time operation of the case handling system, and the working efficiency is improved. In addition, corresponding examination and approval task data can be automatically rewritten to the tax system, so that manual entry into the tax system is avoided, and errors of repetitive work and manual operation are reduced.
