It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The present embodiment provides a dust removal control method, a control device and an air conditioner, as shown in fig. 1 to 7. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the air conditioner shown in fig. 7 can execute the dust removal control method.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a first dust removal control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the dust removal control method includes:
s102, acquiring an air quality index of indoor air, a current operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 in the air conditioner, and water quality parameters of wash water in the air conditioner wash unit 300.
S104, determining a target operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 according to the air quality index and the current operation mode, and judging whether to replace cleaning water of the water washing unit 300 according to the target operation mode and the water quality parameter; if yes, go to step S106; if not, go to step S108.
The air quality index of the indoor air can visually represent the pollution degree of the indoor air, and specifically, the air quality index can be PM2.5, VOC (volatile organic compounds), CO 2 One or more of the concentration parameters; the fresh air unit 200 can reduce the pollution degree of the indoor air by conveying the outdoor fresh air to the indoor. Whether the fresh air unit 200 is to be started to reduce the pollution degree of indoor air can be judged according to the air quality index, and meanwhile, the continuous running state of the fresh air unit 200 can also be judged according to the current running mode of the fresh air unit 200, namely, the target running mode is a mode in which the fresh air unit 200 is to run, and comprises a starting mode or a closing mode. The water quality parameter of the cleaning water is used for representing the pollution degree of the cleaning water, correspondingly representing the dust removal effect of the cleaning water on fresh air, and the fresh air subjected to dust removal is input into the room, so that the improvement effect of the fresh air unit 200 on the indoor environment can be further ensured, and the occurrence of secondary pollution caused by the fact that the fresh air carries impurities or the pollution degree of the fresh air is higher on the indoor environment is reduced; specifically, the water quality parameter may be turbidity of the water body. When the target operation mode is the open mode, it indicates that the fresh air unit 200 is about to convey the fresh air to the indoor, and the fresh air will pass through the cleaning water promptly, and whether cleaning water needs to be changed is judged through the water quality parameter to ensure the dust removal effect of cleaning water convection through the fresh air.
S106, the fresh air unit 200 is controlled to be in a closing mode, and cleaning water of the water cleaning unit 300 is replaced.
And S108, controlling the fresh air unit 200 to operate according to the target operation mode.
Wherein, the wind delivery path of the fresh air unit 200 passes through the cleaning water of the water cleaning unit 300.
Because a certain time is needed for replacing the cleaning water, the quality of the cleaning water is poor or fresh air is introduced in the process of replacing the cleaning water, and secondary pollution to indoor air can still be caused when fresh air has more impurities; therefore, when the cleaning water needs to be replaced, the fresh air unit 200 is controlled to be in a closed state, then the cleaning water is replaced, and after the replacement is finished, the fresh air unit 200 is controlled to operate according to the target operation mode.
The dust removal control method can comprehensively judge the air quality index of indoor air and the current operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 to comprehensively and accurately judge the target operation mode of the fresh air unit 200, so that when the fresh air unit 200 is determined to input fresh air into an indoor environment, whether cleaning water of the washing unit 300 needs to be replaced or not is judged according to water quality parameters, and when the cleaning water needs to be replaced, the fresh air unit 200 is controlled to be in a closing mode, the fresh air unit 200 is controlled to operate according to the target operation mode after the cleaning water is replaced, so that the situation that secondary pollution is caused to the indoor air when the cleaning water quality is poor or the cleaning water is replaced is reduced, effective dust removal of the cleaning water to the fresh air and effective improvement of the fresh air to the indoor air are correspondingly ensured, and the use comfort and safety of users are improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, in step S104: the steps of determining the target operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 according to the air quality index and the current operation mode, and judging and replacing the cleaning water of the water cleaning unit 300 according to the target operation mode and the water quality parameter include: determining a pre-judging operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 according to the air quality index; if the operation mode is judged to be the starting mode, or the operation mode is judged to be the maintaining mode and the current operation mode is the starting mode, determining that the target operation mode is the starting mode; whether to replace the washing water of the washing unit 300 is judged according to the water quality parameter.
The air quality index visually represents the pollution degree of indoor air, when the air quality index is high, the indoor air pollution degree is represented to be high, the fresh air unit 200 needs to be started to convey fresh air to the indoor environment, and then the pre-judging operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 is determined to be the starting mode. When the fresh air unit 200 is in the open mode, the pollution degree of the indoor air is gradually reduced; when the fresh air unit 200 is in the closed mode, the pollution degree of the indoor air gradually rises, and it can be seen that when the air quality index is in a range between a high range and a low range, the pollution degree of the indoor air is represented to be in a rising or falling stage, the operation mode is judged to be the maintenance mode at this moment, the fresh air unit 200 continuously operates in the current operation mode, the operation mode to be entered by the fresh air unit 200 is the same as the current operation mode, and when the current operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 is the open mode, the operation mode to be entered by the fresh air unit 200 is indicated to be the open mode. Judging that the running modes of the fresh air unit 200 entering the fresh air unit are both opening modes according to the two conditions, determining that the target running mode of the fresh air unit 200 is the opening mode, correspondingly representing that the fresh air is about to be subjected to dust removal treatment through cleaning water, judging whether the cleaning water needs to be replaced according to water quality parameters so as to ensure the dust removal effect of the cleaning water on the fresh air, reducing the need of not opening the fresh air unit 200, and only judging the occurrence of waste caused by frequent water replacement of the cleaning water according to the water quality parameters.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the step of determining the prejudged operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 according to the air quality index includes: if the air quality index is greater than or equal to the first upper limit threshold, determining that the pre-judging operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 is an opening mode; if the air quality index is greater than the first lower threshold and less than the first upper threshold, determining that the pre-judging operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 is the maintaining mode; if the air quality index is less than or equal to the first lower threshold, the predetermined operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 is determined to be the off mode.
The air quality index is in positive correlation with the pollution degree of the indoor air, when the air quality index is larger than or equal to a first upper limit threshold value, the pollution degree of the indoor air is represented to be serious, the fresh air unit 200 needs to be started to input fresh air to the indoor environment so as to reduce the pollution degree of the indoor air, the prejudgment operation mode is the starting mode, and the fresh air unit 200 enters the starting mode. The first lower limit threshold is smaller than the first upper limit threshold, when the air quality index is smaller than or equal to the first lower limit threshold, the pollution degree of the representation indoor air is low, the user is comfortable in the environment, the fresh air unit 200 does not need to be started to provide fresh air for the indoor environment, the prejudgment operation mode is determined to be the closing mode at the moment, and the fresh air unit 200 enters or keeps the closing mode. When the air quality index is greater than the first lower threshold and less than the first upper threshold, the fresh air unit 200 is in the start mode, and the air quality index is in a descending state under the action of fresh air and does not descend to the first lower threshold; or the fresh air unit 200 is in a closed mode, the air quality index is in an ascending state under the action of indoor articles or user respiration and the like, and does not ascend to the first upper limit threshold, at this time, the fresh air unit 200 maintains the current operation mode, and the prejudgment operation mode of the fresh air unit 200 is judged to be the maintenance mode.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the step of determining whether to replace the washing water in the washing unit 300 according to the water quality parameter includes: judging whether the water quality parameter is greater than or equal to a first water quality threshold value; if so, it is determined to replace the washing water of the washing unit 300. The water quality parameter is positively correlated with the pollution degree of cleaning water, when the water quality parameter is greater than or equal to the first water quality threshold value, the characteristic of the pollution degree of the cleaning water is high, correspondingly, the dust removal effect of the cleaning water on fresh air is poor, the cleaning water needs to be replaced, so that the dust removal effect of the cleaning water on the fresh air is ensured, and the cleaning water is surely replaced.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as for the step "determining whether the water quality parameter is greater than or equal to the first water quality threshold", if the water quality parameter is less than the first water quality threshold, the current water level parameter of the washing water is obtained; judging whether water replenishing operation is needed or not according to the current water level parameter; if yes, the water inlet switch 340 of the water washing unit 300 is controlled to be opened until the current water level parameter reaches the upper limit water level threshold. When the water quality parameter is smaller than the first water quality threshold value, the characteristic that the pollution degree of cleaning water is low, the cleaning water can remove dust to the fresh air to a certain degree, so that the cleaning degree of the fresh air is improved, and the cleaning water is determined not to be replaced. The method comprises the steps that a current water level parameter of cleaning water can be obtained, the current water level parameter represents the current water level of the cleaning water, when the current water level parameter is smaller, the current water level representing the cleaning water is lower, the path of fresh air flowing through the cleaning water is shorter, accordingly, the cleaning effect of the cleaning water on the fresh air is weaker, the cleaning water needs to be supplemented with water, a water inlet switch 340 of a water washing unit 300 is controlled to be opened, an external water supply device supplements water to a water tank 310 of the water washing unit 300, the current water level of the cleaning water is increased along with the water level parameter, when the current water level parameter of the cleaning water is increased to an upper limit water level threshold value, the current water level of the cleaning water is indicated to reach a height requirement, the path of the fresh air flowing through the cleaning water is longer, and the cleaning water can carry out dust removal operation on the fresh air for a longer time, so that the dust removal effect of the cleaning water on the fresh air is ensured; and controlling to close the water inlet switch 340, finishing the water replenishing operation, and stopping the water replenishing of the external water supply device.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the step of replacing the washing water of the washing unit 300 includes: acquiring a current water level parameter of cleaning water; controlling to open a drain switch 350 of the water washing unit 300 until the current water level parameter is less than or equal to the lower limit water level threshold; and controlling to start the water inlet switch 340 of the water washing unit 300 until the current water level parameter is greater than or equal to the upper limit water level threshold. After the replacement of the washing water is determined, detecting a current water level parameter of the washing water, and turning on the drain switch 350, so that the washing water in the water tank 310 of the washing unit 300 is drained to a specified position, the current water level parameter of the washing water is reduced accordingly, when the current water level parameter is smaller than a lower limit water level threshold, it is indicated that the discharge amount of the washing water has reached a requirement, preferably, the lower limit water level threshold may be zero, and when the current water level parameter is smaller than or equal to zero, it is indicated that the washing water has been completely discharged; then, the water inlet switch 340 is opened, the external water supply device supplies water to the water tank 310, the current water level parameter of the cleaning water is gradually increased until the current water level parameter is larger than or equal to the upper limit water level threshold value, it is indicated that the length and the time length of the cleaning path of the cleaning water flowing through the fresh air meet the requirements, the cleaning water can fully remove impurities or polluted gas and the like carried in the fresh air, and therefore the dust removal effect of the cleaning water on the fresh air is ensured; the water inlet switch 340 is controlled to be closed, and the replacement operation of the washing water is completed.
In this embodiment, the control method further includes: acquiring PM2.5 concentration of indoor air; if the concentration of PM2.5 is greater than or equal to a second upper limit threshold value, controlling to start a high-voltage electrostatic generator installed at an air port of the air conditioner; and if the concentration of PM2.5 is less than or equal to a second lower limit threshold, controlling to close the high-voltage electrostatic generator. The PM2.5 concentration is one index in the air quality index, specifically, particulate matters with equivalent diameters of less than or equal to 2.5 micrometers in indoor air contain a large amount of toxic and harmful substances, and have great influence on human health. When the air conditioner runs, indoor air circularly flows through an air port of the air conditioner to realize heat exchange between the indoor air and the heat exchange assembly, a high-voltage electrostatic generator is installed at the air port of the air conditioner, when the concentration of PM2.5 in the indoor air is higher than a second upper limit threshold value, the pollution degree of PM2.5 in the indoor air is high, the air needs to be purified, the high-voltage electrostatic generator is opened, and PM2.5 particles are charged and adsorbed on the high-voltage electrostatic generator in the process that the indoor air flows through the high-voltage electrostatic generator, so that the indoor air is purified; the indoor air is continuously adsorbed and purified in the process of circularly flowing through the air conditioner, the PM2.5 concentration of the indoor air is correspondingly and continuously reduced until the PM2.5 concentration is lower than a second lower limit threshold value, which indicates that the PM2.5 pollution degree of the indoor air is lower, the purification treatment of the indoor air is not needed any more, and thus the high-voltage electrostatic generator is closed.
