Further, an accommodating groove is formed inside the avoiding portion 22, and the water pump 41 is disposed in the accommodating groove. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the concave portion 21 is formed by recessing a side wall portion of the escape portion 22.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5, a connecting portion 411 is disposed on the water pump 41, a connecting hole 4111 is disposed on the connecting portion 411, and the water pump 41 can be fixed on the housing 10 by passing through the connecting hole 4111 through a connecting member.
Optionally, the connector is a screw or a snap. Preferably, the connection member is a screw to ensure stability of the connection between the water pump 41 and the cabinet 10.
Alternatively, the water pump 41 has a mounting case on the top wall of which the connection portion 411 is provided.
Specifically, the connecting portion 411 includes a connecting plate fixedly disposed on the top wall of the mounting housing, and the connecting plate may be fixedly connected to the mounting housing or integrally formed with the mounting housing. The connecting plate sets up on the roof of installation shell, the connecting plate with the lateral wall of installation shell flushes, so that the connecting plate can laminate on the inner wall of casing 10, improves water pump 41 with casing 10 complex stability.
In the above scheme, the connecting plate is located in the middle of the top wall of the mounting shell to improve the overall balance stability of the water pump 41 after being fixed.
Or, in other alternative embodiments, the connection portion 411 includes two connection plates fixedly disposed on two opposite side walls of the left and right sides of the mounting shell, and the stability of the water pump 41 can be further improved by the two connection plates disposed on two opposite sides of the water pump 41.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 to 4 and 6, in the present embodiment, the valve body assembly 30 includes a sealing member 31, a valve rod 32, and a restoring member 33, wherein: the sealing member 31 is arranged in the water tank 20 and is suitable for sealing the water outlet 201; one end of the valve rod 32 is connected with the sealing element 31, and the other end of the valve rod penetrates through and is limited in the water outlet 201; the resetting piece 33 is arranged between the water tank 20 and the valve rod 32 and is suitable for applying a force to the valve rod 32 to drive the sealing piece 31 to move towards the direction close to the water outlet 201, so that the sealing piece 31 is attached to and kept at the water outlet 201. Optionally, the restoring member 33 is an elastic member, so that the valve body assembly 30 can achieve sealing at the water outlet 201 under the action of its own elastic force.
Specifically, a limiting portion 321 is fixedly disposed at an end of the valve rod 32 away from the sealing element 31, and the pushing portion 43 is adapted to push the limiting portion 321 to drive the sealing element 31 to open the water outlet 201. The reset piece 33 is a spring sleeved outside the valve rod 32, one end of the spring abuts against the limiting portion 321, and the other end of the spring abuts against the side wall of the water tank 20.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the limiting portion 321 is a disk structure with an enlarged outer diameter, and the outer diameter of the limiting portion 321 is larger than the inner diameter of the water outlet 201, so as to prevent the valve body assembly 30 from separating from the water outlet 201.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the sealing member 31 is a rubber plug made of a rubber material.
In this embodiment, the resetting member 33 is a compression spring, one end of the resetting member 33 abuts against the limiting portion 321, the other end of the resetting member 33 abuts against the sidewall of the water tank 20, the limiting portion 321 and the sealing member 31 are distributed on two sides of the water outlet 201, and the resetting member 33 is adapted to apply a force to the limiting portion 321 to make the limiting portion 321 far away from the water outlet 201, so as to drive the sealing member 31 at the other end of the valve rod 32 to move in a direction close to the water outlet 201, thereby sealing the water outlet 201.
Valve body assembly 30 comprises sealing member 31, valve rod 32 and spring in this embodiment, and the spring can provide the elasticity of self sealss for valve body assembly 30 to realize opening and shutting of valve body assembly 30. When water tank 20 installed in place, valve body component 30 was backed up by the last push rod of water pump 41 and is opened, water can flow along water conservancy diversion passageway 202 of water tank 20, when water tank 20 was taken out, the push rod breaks away from the contact with valve body component 30, valve body component 30 can be under the effect of self elasticity the delivery port 201 of sealed water tank 20, water in the water tank 20 can't flow out, thereby make water tank 20 take out and can not leak, and water tank 20 pull in-process, can not receive the stumbling of other pipelines and circuits, can realize water tank 20's free pull, use for the user and provide very big convenience, improve user's use experience.
Optionally, the humidifying device provided by the embodiment is a humidifier or a humidifier. Preferably, in this embodiment, the humidifying device is an evaporation type humidifier, but is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the water outlet of the water pump 41 is connected to the wet curtain assembly 50 through a water conduit, and the water pump 41 is adapted to pump the water in the water tank 20 and deliver the water to the wet curtain assembly 50 through the water conduit, so as to wet the wet curtain assembly 50. Further, in the present embodiment, the wet curtain assembly 50 is disposed above the water tank 20, the impeller assembly 60 is disposed above the wet curtain assembly 50, and the wind generated by the impeller assembly 60 passes through the wet curtain assembly 50 and is discharged from the mist outlet of the humidifying device, so as to achieve the humidifying effect.
The specific structure and the operating principle of the humidifying equipment provided by the embodiment are as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the humidifying device provided by the present embodiment includes a water delivery assembly 40, a valve body assembly 30, a water tank 20, a wet curtain assembly 50, and an impeller assembly 60, wherein the water delivery assembly 40 includes a water pump 41 and a water pumping pipeline 42, which are connected to an outlet 201 of the water tank 20, and the water pump 41 and the water pumping pipeline 42 are adapted to pump water in the water tank 20 and deliver the water to the wet curtain assembly 50; the water tank 20 is connected with the water pump 41 through the valve body assembly 30 to circulate water, so that water can be fed into the water pump 41. The water tank 20 is relatively independent through the design of the valve body assembly 30, free drawing can be realized, and a user can draw the water tank 20 out to add water or clean the water tank.
Further, a flow guide channel 202 is further designed below the water tank 20, the valve body assembly 30 is installed in the flow guide channel 202, and the movement of the valve body assembly 30 can be controlled through the water pump 41 or the pushing portion 43 on the water pumping pipeline 42, so that the water outlet 201 is opened or closed, and water outlet and sealing of the water tank 20 are further realized. The valve body assembly 30 is composed of a valve rod 32, a sealing element 31 and a resetting element 33, two sealing ring mounting grooves 421 are arranged on a water pumping pipeline 42 of the water pump 41 and used for mounting two o-shaped sealing rings, the two o-shaped sealing rings are matched with a flow guide channel 202 of the water tank 20 to realize the double-layer sealing effect, a sealed water passing channel is provided between the water tank 20 and the water pump 41, and the phenomenon of water leakage at the joint of the two is effectively prevented. Through the push rod arranged on the water pumping pipeline 42 of the water pump 41, after the water tank 20 is installed in place, the valve body assembly 30 on the water tank 20 is pushed open by the push rod on the water pump 41, and water in the water tank 20 can flow into the water pumping pipeline 42 of the water pump 41 along the diversion channel 202, and then the water is conveyed to the wet curtain assembly 50 by the water pump 41.

Claims (10)

1. A humidifying apparatus, characterized by comprising:
a housing (10);
the water tank (20), the water tank (20) is provided with a water outlet (201);
a valve body assembly (30) provided at the water outlet (201) and having a first state of opening the water outlet (201) and a second state of closing the water outlet (201);
the water delivery assembly (40) is arranged in the machine shell (10) and positioned outside the water tank (20), the water delivery assembly (40) comprises a water pump (41) and a water pumping pipeline (42) communicated with the water pump (41), and a pushing part (43) is arranged on the water pump (41) or the water pumping pipeline (42);
wherein the pushing top part (43) is suitable for pushing open the valve body assembly (30) to open the water outlet (201) when the water tank (20) is arranged at a preset position in the machine shell (10), and the water pumping pipeline (42) is suitable for being communicated with the interior of the water tank (20) when the pushing top part (43) pushes open the valve body assembly (30).
2. The humidifying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the pushing top portion (43) is a pushing rod fixedly arranged in the water pumping pipeline (42), and one end of the pushing rod close to the water outlet (201) protrudes out of the water pumping pipeline (42).
3. The humidifying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the push rod is fixedly connected with or integrally formed with the water pumping pipeline (42);
and/or the push rod is fixedly arranged at the central position in the water pumping pipeline (42) and is opposite to the position of the water outlet (201) when the water tank (20) is arranged in the machine shell (10).

Humidifying apparatus according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the water tank (20) is formed with a diversion passage (202) adapted to communicate the water outlet (201) with the water pumping line (42), and the water inlet end of the water pumping line (42) is inserted into the diversion passage (202) and is in sealing engagement with the diversion passage (202).
5. The humidification apparatus of claim 4, wherein the water delivery assembly (40) further comprises:
and the sealing structure (44) is arranged between the water pumping pipeline (42) and the flow guide channel (202) and is suitable for sealing the fit clearance of the water pumping pipeline (42) and the flow guide channel (202).
6. Humidifying apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that the sealing structure (44) comprises a plurality of sealing rings provided at intervals in the axial direction of the suction pipe (42) at the outer periphery of the suction pipe (42).
7. The humidifying apparatus according to claim 4, wherein a concave portion (21) is formed on the water tank (20) at a portion corresponding to the water delivery assembly (40), and the water outlet (201) is formed on the concave portion (21);
the inner cavity of the concave part (21) forms the flow guide channel (202), and the water pumping pipeline (42) is inserted into the concave part (21) and is in sealing fit with the concave part (21).
8. Humidifying apparatus according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the water tank (20) is horizontally drawably disposed in the cabinet (10), and the water outlet (201) is disposed at a bottom position of a side wall of the water tank (20);
the water pump (41) is correspondingly and fixedly arranged at the bottom position in the machine shell (10), the pushing top part (43) is horizontally arranged and pushes the water tank (20) to the preset position in the machine shell (10) to push the valve body assembly (30) open.
9. Humidifying apparatus according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the valve body assembly (30) comprises:
a seal (31) disposed within the water tank (20) adapted to seal the water outlet (201);
the valve rod (32) has one end connected with the sealing element (31) and the other end penetrating through and limited in the water outlet (201);
the resetting piece (33) is arranged between the water tank (20) and the valve rod (32) and is suitable for applying force to the valve rod (32) to drive the sealing piece (31) to move towards the direction close to the water outlet (201), so that the sealing piece (31) is attached to and kept at the water outlet (201).
10. The humidifying apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the water outlet of the water pump (41) is connected with the wet curtain assembly (50) through a water guide pipeline, and the water pump (41) is suitable for pumping out water in the water tank (20) and conveying the water to the wet curtain assembly (50) through the water guide pipeline;
an impeller assembly (60), said impeller assembly (60) adapted to blow air towards said wet curtain assembly (50) to accelerate evaporation of moisture from said wet curtain assembly (50).
