Abstract
There is provided a creeper walkway plate, comprising: a plurality of steel plate units; the first hollow connecting unit penetrates through the first through holes of the plurality of steel plate units to be sequentially connected with the plurality of steel plate units; the second hollow connecting unit penetrates through the second through holes of the plurality of steel plate units to be sequentially connected with the plurality of steel plate units; and the end plate units are respectively arranged at the first end parts and the second end parts of the plurality of steel plate units which are sequentially connected and are connected with the two ends of the first hollow connecting unit and the second hollow connecting unit. The climbing frame walkway plate has light weight per unit area, thin thickness and high strength, has transverse and/or longitudinal extensibility and is convenient for site construction.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a climbing frame walkway plate.
Background
At present, the climbing frame walkway plates used in building construction are all made of thick aluminum plates or thick steel plates. For example, the chinese patent 202010278017.9 discloses a walkway plate, which is an integral body and is integrally formed by a cold roll forming process; the cross section of the walkway plate is in an inverted U shape; the walkway plate is composed of a wavy panel formed by rolling two bending-resistant grooves, a side plate which is bent downwards through two sides of the panel to form a bow shape, and a wavy end plate which is bent downwards through two ends of the panel to form the same shape as the panel.
However, the existing walkway plates for climbing frames are large in thickness, heavy in weight, low in structural strength and limited in service life, and the integral structure cannot be freely extended according to field requirements and is lack of flexibility.
Therefore, in order to solve the disadvantages and drawbacks of the prior art, it is necessary to develop a creeper walkway plate.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of at least one of the above problems. According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rack-climbing walkway plate, comprising:
the steel plate units are arranged on the upper surface of the base plate, and each steel plate unit comprises a top plate, a first side plate, a second side plate, a first bottom plate and a second bottom plate;
the first hollow connecting unit penetrates through the first through holes of the plurality of steel plate units to be sequentially connected with the plurality of steel plate units;
the second hollow connecting unit penetrates through the second through holes of the plurality of steel plate units to be sequentially connected with the plurality of steel plate units; and
the end plate units are respectively arranged at the first end parts and the second end parts of the plurality of steel plate units which are sequentially connected, and are connected with the two ends of the first hollow connecting unit and the second hollow connecting unit;
the end plate unit is provided with third through holes corresponding to two ends of the first hollow connecting unit and two ends of the second hollow connecting unit, and the area of each third through hole is smaller than the area of the end face of the first hollow connecting unit and the area of the end face of the second hollow connecting unit.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, an area of the third through hole is less than or equal to a cross-sectional area of the hollow portion of the first hollow connection unit and a cross-sectional area of the hollow portion of the second hollow connection unit.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the end plate unit includes a first end plate unit and a second end plate unit, the first end plate unit being welded with the first end of the first hollow connection unit and the first end of the second hollow connection unit; the second end plate unit is welded with the second end of the first hollow connecting unit and the second end of the second hollow connecting unit.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the third through hole is used for a welding tool to extend into and weld the end plate unit and the first and second hollow connection units.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the first side plate or the second side plate is provided with a first connection hole: the end plate unit is provided with a second connection hole corresponding to the first connection hole.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the first and second hollow connecting units are square pipes, and the third through hole is a square hole.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the side wall of the square tube is provided with a third connection hole.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the first and second connection holes are used to be connected with the first and second connection holes of another creeper walkway board through a connection member in a first direction.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the third connecting hole is adapted to be connected to a third connecting hole of another creeper walkway board through a connecting member in the second direction.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the opening extends in the entire length direction of the steel plate unit, and the connector is installed through the opening; the climbing frame walkway plate is made of steel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has one or more of the following beneficial effects:
1. the climbing frame walkway plate has light weight per unit area, thin thickness, high strength, transverse and/or longitudinal extensibility and is convenient for site construction;
2. the processing and the installation are convenient, the first hollow connecting unit and the second hollow connecting unit are sequentially arranged in a penetrating way and connected with a plurality of steel plate units, and the end plate units or the end part backstops are arranged at the end parts of the steel plate units for use;
3. the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate are arranged at the positions of the first through hole and the second through hole to play a role of reinforcing ribs;
4. the arrangement of the opening between the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate is beneficial to installing a connecting piece to realize extension in the second direction and is also convenient for welding the first hollow connecting unit and the second hollow connecting unit with the end plate unit;
5. the first side plate or the second side plate and the connecting holes arranged on the end plate units are beneficial to the extension in the first direction; the connecting holes are formed in the first side plate or the second side plate only, or the connecting holes are formed in the first side plate or the second side plate of the steel plate unit connected with the end plate unit only, so that the thickness and the self weight of the steel plate unit can be further reduced, and high strength and extensibility can be kept.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein the detailed description is for the purpose of illustrating the invention in detail, and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, as various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope thereof, which are intended to be encompassed within the appended claims.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, there is provided a rack-climbing walkway plate, comprising:
the steel plate units comprise a plurality of steel plate units 1, wherein each steel plate unit 1 comprises a top plate 11, a first side plate 12, a second side plate 12, a first bottom plate 13 and a second bottom plate 13, the first bottom plate 13 is connected to the first side plate 12, the second bottom plate 13 is connected to the second side plate 12, an opening is formed between the first bottom plate 13 and the second bottom plate 13, first through holes 14 are formed in the first end of the first side plate 12 and the first end of the second side plate 12, and second through holes 14 are formed in the second end of the first side plate 12 and the second end of the second side plate 12;
a first hollow connection unit 2 inserted through the first through holes 14 of the plurality of steel plate units 1 to sequentially connect the plurality of steel plate units 1;
the second hollow connecting unit 2 is arranged in the second through holes 14 of the plurality of steel plate units 1 in a penetrating mode so as to sequentially connect the plurality of steel plate units 1; and
the end plate unit 3 is provided with third through holes 34 corresponding to two ends of the first hollow connecting unit 2 and two ends of the second hollow connecting unit 2, and the area of the third through holes 34 is smaller than the end surface area of the first hollow connecting unit 2 and the end surface area of the second hollow connecting unit 2.
Alternatively, the end plate unit 3 may be replaced with an end stopper to which both ends of the first hollow connecting unit 2 and both ends of the second hollow connecting unit 2 are connected after passing through the first and second through holes. The end stops are attached, for example by screwing, to the ends of the first and second hollow connection units.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the area of said third through hole 34 is less than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the hollow of the first hollow connection unit 2 and the cross-sectional area of the hollow of the second hollow connection unit 2. This facilitates welding and extension of the end plate unit 3 to both ends of the first and second hollow connection units.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the end plate unit comprises a first end plate unit 3 and a second end plate unit 3, the first end plate unit 3 being welded with a first end of the first hollow connection unit 2 and a first end of the second hollow connection unit 2; the second end plate unit 3 is welded to the second end of the first hollow connection unit 2 and the second end of the second hollow connection unit 2.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the third through hole 34 is used for a welding tool to penetrate and weld the end plate unit 3 with the first hollow connection unit 2 and the second hollow connection unit 2.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, said first side plate 12 or second side plate 12 is provided with a first connection hole 15: the end plate unit 3 is provided with a second connection hole 31 corresponding to the first connection hole 15. Preferably, the connecting holes are provided only in the first side plate or the second side plate, or the connecting holes are provided only in the first side plate or the second side plate of the steel plate unit connected to the end plate unit, which is advantageous for further reducing the thickness and the self weight of the steel plate unit and maintaining high strength and ductility.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first hollow connection unit 2 and the second hollow connection unit 2 are square tubes, and the third through hole 34 is a square hole.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the side wall of the square tube is provided with a third connection hole 22.
According to still another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first and second connection holes 15 and 31 are used to be connected with the first and second connection holes 15 and 31 of another creeper walkway board by means of a connector in the first direction.
According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the third connecting hole 22 is used to connect with the third connecting hole 22 of another creeper walkway board through a connecting member in the second direction.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, see fig. 2, the opening extends over the entire length of the steel plate unit 1, through which opening the connecting piece is mounted. Preferably, the creeper walkway plate is made of steel, such as sorbite stainless steel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has one or more of the following beneficial effects:
1. the climbing frame walkway plate has light weight per unit area, thin thickness, high strength, transverse and/or longitudinal extensibility and is convenient for site construction;
2. the processing and the installation are convenient, the first hollow connecting unit and the second hollow connecting unit are sequentially arranged in a penetrating way and connected with a plurality of steel plate units, and the end plate units or the end part backstops are arranged at the end parts of the steel plate units for use;
3. the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate are arranged at the positions of the first through hole and the second through hole to play a role of reinforcing ribs;
4. the arrangement of the opening between the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate is beneficial to installing a connecting piece to realize extension in the second direction and is also convenient for welding the first hollow connecting unit and the second hollow connecting unit with the end plate unit;
5. the first side plate or the second side plate and the connecting holes arranged on the end plate units are beneficial to the extension in the first direction; the connecting holes are only formed in the first side plate or the second side plate, or the connecting holes are only formed in the first side plate or the second side plate of the steel plate unit connected with the end plate unit, so that the thickness and the self weight of the steel plate unit can be further reduced, and high strength and ductility can be kept.
The present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above. It will be understood that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which should be considered as within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)

the end plate unit is provided with third through holes corresponding to two ends of the first hollow connecting unit and two ends of the second hollow connecting unit, and the area of each third through hole is smaller than the area of the end face of the first hollow connecting unit and the area of the end face of the second hollow connecting unit.
2. The creeper walkway plate of claim 1, wherein the area of the third through hole is less than or equal to a cross-sectional area of the hollow portion of the first hollow coupling unit and a cross-sectional area of the hollow portion of the second hollow coupling unit.
3. The creeper walkway plate of claim 2, wherein the end plate units include a first end plate unit and a second end plate unit, the first end plate unit being welded to the first end of the first hollow connecting unit and the first end of the second hollow connecting unit; the second end plate unit is welded with the second end of the first hollow connecting unit and the second end of the second hollow connecting unit.
4. The creeper walkway plate of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the third through hole is used for a welding tool to extend into and weld the end plate unit with the first and second hollow connection units.
5. The creeper walkway plate of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first or second side plate is provided with a first connection hole: the end plate unit is provided with a second connection hole corresponding to the first connection hole.
6. The creeper walkway plate of claim 5, wherein the first and second hollow connecting units are square pipes and the third through hole is a square hole.
7. The creeper walkway plate of claim 6, wherein the side wall of the square pipe is provided with a third connecting hole.
8. The creeper walkway plate of claim 7, wherein the first and second connection holes are used to connect with the first and second connection holes of another creeper walkway plate through a connection member in a first direction.
9. The creeper walkway plate of claim 7, wherein the third connecting hole is used to connect with a third connecting hole of another creeper walkway plate through a connecting member in the second direction.
10. The creeper walkway plate of claim 8 or 9, wherein the opening extends in the entire length direction of the steel plate unit, the connector being installed through the opening; the climbing frame walkway plate is made of steel.
