Many workpieces require positioning of the workpiece during machining. Thus, the workpieces are typically mounted one by one in a machining area. Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a suturing device 100. The stitching device 100 is for stitching a workpiece 200. The sewing device 100 includes a sewing machine 10 and a carrier 30. The carrier 30 is used for positioning the load bearing workpiece 200. The sewing machine 10 is used to stitch a workpiece 200.
Referring to fig. 3, in at least one embodiment, the workpiece 200 is leather. The workpiece 200 requires hemming. The workpiece 200 includes a first portion 201 and a second portion 202. The first portion 201 is folded over the second portion 202 and sewn. The first portion 201 and the second portion 202 are folded to form a spool 203.
Referring to fig. 1, the sewing machine 10 includes a frame 11, a feeding table 13 disposed on the frame 11, a presser foot 15, and a needle 17. The feeding table 13 is used for carrying a workpiece 200. The presser foot 15 is used for driving the workpiece 200 to move so as to cooperate with the needle 17 to carry out threading and stitching.

In the illustrated embodiment, the mounting slot 310 contours the second portion 202. The first portion 201 is positioned outside the mounting slot 310 to facilitate the operation of bending the first portion 201. It is understood that in other embodiments, the mounting slot 310 may profile the first portion 201 and the second portion 202.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the sliding rail 332 includes two positioning members 3326. When the mounting seat 31 moves to contact any of the positioning members 3326, one of the mounting grooves 310 is aligned with the needle 17.
Specifically, the mounting seat 31 is stopped at the first position after being stopped by one of the positioning members 3326, and is stopped at the second position after being stopped by the other positioning member 3326. One of the mounting slots 310 (i.e., the mounting slot 310 farther from the first position) is aligned with the needle 17 when the mounting block 31 is in the first position; with the mounting block 31 in the second position, the other mounting slot 310 (i.e., the mounting slot 310 closer to the first position) is aligned with the needle 17.
That is, one mounting groove 310 of the mounting seat 31 in the first position is the same as the other mounting groove 310 of the mounting seat 31 in the second position.
In at least one embodiment, the positioning member 3326 is a magnetic member. The positioning member 3326 can adsorb the mounting seat 31 to fix.
Referring to fig. 4, in at least one embodiment, the retainer 3326 can be adjustable in length to align the mounting slot 310 with the needle 17. In at least one embodiment, the positioning member 3326 comprises a screw and a magnetic block. The screw is screwed to one end of the sliding seat 33, and the magnetic block is disposed at the end of the screw.
The sliding seat 33 includes a bracket 331 and a sliding rail 332. The bracket 331 is connected to the presser foot 15. The slide rail 332 is connected to the bracket 331. The mounting seat 31 is slidably disposed on the sliding rail 332.
In the illustrated embodiment, the number of the sliding rails 332 is two, and the sliding rails are respectively located at two sides of the stand 11.
The slide rail 332 includes a main body 3321 and a slide block 3324 slidably disposed on the main body 3321. The main body 3321 is connected to the bracket 331. The slider 3324 is connected to the mounting base 31.
In the illustrated embodiment, the slider 3324 is provided with a securing aperture 3320. The mounting block 31 further includes a fixing bar 313. The fixing rod 313 is matched with the fixing hole 3320.
In the illustrated embodiment, the slide rail 332 further includes a handle 3325. The handle 3325 connects two sliders 3324. Moving the handle 3325 can drive the mounting base 31 to move through the two sliding blocks 3324.
Referring to fig. 5, the carrier 30 further includes a fixing shaft 32 disposed on the mounting base 31. The fixed shaft 32 is used for winding the workpiece 200 so that the diameter of the formed drum 203 conforms to a preset size.
In the illustrated embodiment, the mounting block 31 is provided with a locating bar 311. The locating bar 311 mates with the locating aperture 2010 of the first portion 201. After the first portion 201 is bent, the positioning rod 311 penetrates into the positioning hole 2010 to be fixed.
The fixed shaft 32 is located above the mounting groove 310. The fixing shaft 32 is detachably inserted into the mounting seat 31 and partially extends into the mounting groove 310.
Referring to fig. 6, in the illustrated embodiment, the fixing shaft 32 includes a shaft body 321 and a fixing member 323 disposed at one end of the shaft body 321. The fixing member 323 is provided with a clamping groove 3230. The mounting seat 31 is provided with a clamping block 312 matched with the clamping groove 3230. The clamping block 312 is used for fixing the fixed shaft 32.
The suturing device 100, in use: the workpiece 200 is placed in the mounting slot 310 and the first portion 201 and the second portion 202 are folded 180 degrees such that the locating hole 2010 penetrates the locating bar 311. The fixed shaft 32 is inserted into the reel 203, and the clip 312 is locked in the clip groove 3230. Pulling the handle 3325 to the mount 31 contacts the retainer 3326 for fixation. The sewing machine 10 is activated and the presser foot 15 presses the workpiece 200. Then, the presser foot 15 drives the whole carrier 30 and the workpiece 200 to move together to match the needle 17 for threading and stitching. After suturing is completed, the handle 3325 is pulled to bring the mounting block 31 into contact with the other locating member 3326. Thereafter, another workpiece 200 is processed. After completion of the sewing of the two workpieces 200, the workpieces 200 are taken out.
The mounting block 31 is provided with two mounting slots 310 for carrying the workpiece 200. The mounting seat 31 can respectively enable the two mounting grooves 310 to be in processing positions when moving, so that the positioning accuracy of the workpiece 200 is ensured.
