Abstract
The invention discloses an oil field produced fluid demulsification and clean water integrated agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the oil field produced fluid demulsification and clean water integrated agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15-25 parts of high polymer resin, 20-45 parts of fatty amine, 8-22 parts of water, 1-4 parts of flocculant, 3-16 parts of dispersing cosolvent and 8-20 parts of organic carboxylic acid. The invention has simple preparation process and strong demulsification and water cleaning capability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an oil field produced fluid demulsification and clear water integrated agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the process of oil field exploitation, the crude oil produced liquid contains a large amount of water, which brings great inconvenience to crude oil gathering and transportation, and needs to be subjected to dehydration treatment, so that the demulsification and clear water integrated agent with strong capacity and simple and convenient preparation process is urgently needed to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects or shortcomings in the prior art, the oilfield produced fluid demulsification and clean water integrated agent which is simple in preparation process and strong in capacity of demulsification and clean water and the preparation method thereof are expected to be provided.
The invention provides an oil field produced fluid demulsification and clean water integrated agent which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15-25 parts of high polymer resin, 20-45 parts of fatty amine, 8-22 parts of water, 1-4 parts of flocculant, 3-16 parts of dispersing cosolvent and 8-20 parts of organic carboxylic acid.
Further, the polymer resin is a mixture of phenol-amine-aldehyde resin, polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene ether.
Furthermore, the flocculant is one or a mixture of two of cationic polyacrylamide, poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride and polyaluminum sulfate.
Further, the dispersing cosolvent is a mixture of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and diethanol butyl ether.
Further, the organic carboxylic acid is one or a mixture of two of caprylic acid, lauric acid, oleic acid and naphthenic acid.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the oilfield produced fluid demulsification and clean water integrated agent, which comprises the following steps:
1) Adding fatty amine into a synthesis reaction kettle, controlling the time for 10-15min, adding organic carboxylic acid while stirring, keeping the temperature at 60-80 ℃, adding sulfonic acid as a catalyst, heating to 120-140 ℃, and reacting for 6-8h;
2) Uniformly mixing phenolic amine aldehyde resin, polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene ether, adding water, and uniformly stirring;
3) Adding the solution prepared in the step 2) into the solution prepared in the step 1) and uniformly stirring, then adding the dispersing cosolvent and uniformly stirring, then adding the flocculating agent and uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature at 40-50 ℃;
4) And extracting air in the synthesis reaction kettle, inputting nitrogen for replacement, and keeping the temperature at 40-50 ℃ for reaction for 2-3h after the replacement is finished to prepare the demulsification and clear water integrated agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the demulsification and clear water integrated agent prepared by the method has a simple production process and lower requirements on production equipment. The demulsification and clear water integrated agent is added with the polymer resin, so that the separation of hydrophilic groups and lipophilic groups is facilitated, the separation and the removal of water in a water-oil emulsification system are promoted, and the addition of the sulfonic acid can accelerate the settling velocity of mechanical impurities and facilitate the rapid demulsification process. The produced demulsification and clear water integrated agent has excellent dehydration and deoiling effects.

Example 1:
an oil field produced fluid demulsification and clean water integrated agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15 parts of high polymer resin, 25 parts of fatty amine, 10 parts of water, 1 part of flocculant, 5 parts of dispersing cosolvent and 12 parts of organic carboxylic acid. The polymer resin is a mixture of phenol-amine-aldehyde resin, polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene ether. The flocculating agent is a mixture of cationic polyacrylamide and poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride. The dispersing cosolvent is a mixture of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and diethanol butyl ether. The organic carboxylic acid is a mixture of caprylic acid and oleic acid.
Example 2:
an oil field produced fluid demulsification and clear water integrated agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20 parts of high polymer resin, 40 parts of fatty amine, 20 parts of water, 3 parts of flocculant, 8 parts of dispersing cosolvent and 18 parts of organic carboxylic acid. The polymer resin is a mixture of phenol-amine-aldehyde resin, polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene ether. The flocculating agent is a mixture of cationic polyacrylamide and polyaluminium sulfate. The dispersing cosolvent is a mixture of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and diethanol butyl ether. The organic carboxylic acid is mixture of octanoic acid and naphthenic acid.
Example 3:
a preparation method of an oilfield produced fluid demulsification and clean water integrated agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) Adding fatty amine into a synthesis reaction kettle, controlling the reaction time to be 12min, adding organic carboxylic acid while stirring, keeping the temperature at 60 ℃, adding sulfonic acid as a catalyst, heating to 120 ℃, and reacting for 7h;
2) Uniformly mixing phenolic amine aldehyde resin, polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene ether, adding water, and uniformly stirring;
3) Adding the solution prepared in the step 2) into the solution prepared in the step 1) and uniformly stirring, then adding the dispersing cosolvent and uniformly stirring, then adding the flocculating agent and uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature at 45 ℃;
4) Extracting air in the synthesis reaction kettle, inputting nitrogen for replacement, and after the replacement is finished, keeping the temperature at 45 ℃ for reaction for 2.5 hours to prepare the demulsification and clear water integrated medicament
Example 4:
a preparation method of an oilfield produced fluid demulsification and clean water integrated agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) Adding fatty amine into a synthesis reaction kettle, controlling the time for 15min, adding organic carboxylic acid while stirring, keeping the temperature at 70 ℃, adding sulfonic acid as a catalyst, heating to 130 ℃, and reacting for 6h;
2) Uniformly mixing phenolic amine aldehyde resin, polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene ether, adding water, and uniformly stirring;
3) Adding the solution prepared in the step 2) into the solution prepared in the step 1) and uniformly stirring, then adding the dispersing cosolvent and uniformly stirring, then adding the flocculating agent and uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature at 50 ℃;
4) Extracting air in the synthesis reaction kettle, inputting nitrogen for replacement, and after the replacement is finished, keeping the temperature at 50 ℃ for reaction for 2 hours to prepare the demulsification and clear water integrated agent

2. The oilfield produced fluid demulsification and clear water integrated agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polymer resin is a mixture of phenol-amine-aldehyde resin, polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene ether.
3. The oilfield produced fluid demulsification and clear water integrated agent as claimed in claim 2, wherein the flocculant is one or a mixture of two of cationic polyacrylamide, polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride and polyaluminium sulfate.
4. The oilfield produced fluid demulsification and clear water integrated agent as claimed in claim 3, wherein the dispersing cosolvent is a mixture of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and diethanol butyl ether.
5. The oilfield produced fluid demulsification and clear water integrated agent as claimed in claim 4, wherein the organic carboxylic acid is one or a mixture of two of caprylic acid, lauric acid, oleic acid and naphthenic acid.
6. A preparation method of an oilfield produced fluid demulsification and clean water integrated agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) Adding fatty amine into a synthesis reaction kettle, controlling the time for 10-15min, adding organic carboxylic acid while stirring, keeping the temperature at 60-80 ℃, adding sulfonic acid as a catalyst, heating to 120-140 ℃, and reacting for 6-8h;
2) Uniformly mixing phenolic amine aldehyde resin, polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene ether, adding water, and uniformly stirring;
3) Adding the solution prepared in the step 2) into the solution prepared in the step 1) and uniformly stirring, then adding the dispersing cosolvent and uniformly stirring, then adding the flocculating agent and uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature at 40-50 ℃;
4) And extracting air in the synthesis reaction kettle, inputting nitrogen for replacement, and keeping the temperature at 40-50 ℃ for reaction for 2-3h after the replacement is finished to prepare the demulsification and clear water integrated agent.
