Therefore, an environment-friendly water-based anticorrosive coating is needed, so that the anticorrosive quality of the product in the processes of manufacturing, transporting, storing and installing is effectively improved, the emission of VOC is reduced, and the environment-friendly requirement is met.
For products with low surface quality, the surface cannot be thoroughly cleaned before coating, foreign substances such as dust, oxides, corrosion products and the like exist on the local surface, even oil stain phenomenon exists, and the existence of the foreign substances on the surface can influence the corrosion prevention service life of the coating. In view of the situation, on the premise of meeting the requirements of product anticorrosion quality, coating anticorrosion life and environmental protection emission, it is very important to develop a water-based alkyd environment-friendly coating suitable for low surface quality.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the preparation method of the composite antirust agent is characterized in that the production raw materials comprise the following components in parts by mass: 30-40 parts of distilled water, 2-5 parts of metal inorganic chelating agent, 1-5 parts of alkynediol surfactant, 1-5 parts of phosphate, 5-10 parts of ethanolamine, 10-30 parts of dicyclohexylamine and 1-3 parts of catalyst.
As a further improvement of the invention, the catalyst is selected from one or two of N, N-dimethylethanolamine monomer and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanolamine.

The production raw materials of the preparation method of the low-surface-treatment water-based environment-friendly coating can specifically comprise the following components in parts by mass: 10 to 30 parts of acrylic acid modified alkyd water-based resin, 10 to 20 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 20 to 40 parts of pigment, 1 to 3 parts of composite antirust agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.1 to 1 part of wetting and leveling agent, 1 to 2 parts of dispersing agent, 0.1 to 1 part of wetting agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of thickening agent, 0.5 to 2 parts of drier and 8 to 9 parts of pH regulator.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the pigment includes an antirust pigment and an extender pigment; the defoaming agent is a non-silicon polymerized defoaming agent; the dispersant is polyacrylate dispersant; the wetting agent is an alkynol wetting agent; the thickening agent is a polyurethane low shear thickening agent; the pH regulator is an inorganic weak base regulator.

The invention also discloses an anticorrosion method for the large boiler pipe, which is characterized by comprising the step of coating the surface of the pipe by using the low-surface-treatment aqueous environment-friendly paint.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) The composite antirust agent can obviously improve the corrosion resistance of the low-surface treatment water-based environment-friendly coating. The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
The embodiment is as follows:
the water-based environment-friendly coating is prepared according to the following method:
(1) The production raw materials are measured according to the following formula: 40kg of acrylic acid modified alkyd water-based resin, 30kg of water-based acrylic resin, 60kg of pigment (consisting of an antirust pigment and an extender pigment according to a mass ratio of 2:1), 4kg of a composite antirust agent, 0.6kg of a non-silicon polymerization type defoaming agent, 1kg of a wetting and leveling agent, 3kg of a polyacrylate dispersant, 1kg of an alkynol wetting agent, 0.6kg of a polyurethane low-shear thickening agent, 2.4kg of a drier (consisting of cobalt isocyanate, calcium isocyanate and a rare earth salt according to a mass ratio of 0.2; the composite antirust agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40 parts of distilled water, polysilicate and a chelate of monosilicate (the mass ratio of the polysilicate to the monosilicate is 3:7), 4 parts of surfactant (the mass ratio of alkynediol to silicon dioxide is 4:6), 3 parts of phosphate (the mass ratio of zinc phosphate to potassium hydrogen phosphate is 8:2), 9 parts of ethanolamine, 25 parts of dicyclohexylamine and 1 part of catalyst (consisting of N, N-dimethylethanolamine monomer and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanolamine according to the mass ratio of 1:1); the preparation method of the composite antirust agent comprises the steps of sequentially adding the raw materials into the mixture with uniform stirring, and uniformly mixing the raw materials to obtain the composite antirust agent, wherein the pH value of the obtained composite antirust agent is 10.3.
(2) Adding deionized water into a stirring cylinder, adding a polyacrylate dispersant, a non-silicon polymeric defoamer, core-shell acrylic modified alkyd resin and pigment under uniform stirring, stirring at a high speed for 20min, transferring into a sand mill for dispersing and grinding for about 60 min to ensure that the fineness of the material is less than 35 mu m, transferring into a paint mixing kettle, adding aqueous acrylic resin, a drier, a composite antirust agent, an alkynol wetting agent and a wetting and leveling agent under uniform stirring, adding an inorganic weak base regulator until the pH is =8.7, and adding an polyurethane low-shear thickening agent to ensure that the viscosity of the product is more than 120 seconds (coating 4 cups), thereby obtaining the low-surface-treatment aqueous environment-friendly paint.
The performance indexes of the obtained water-based environment-friendly coating are detected, and the results are shown in table 1.
Comparative example:
this comparative example is a control experiment of the above example, conducted according to the same procedures, formulations and conditions as the above example, and differs from the example only in that: the raw materials do not contain the composite antirust agent. The specific raw material formula is as follows:
40kg of acrylic acid modified alkyd water-based resin, 30kg of water-based acrylic resin, 60kg of pigment (consisting of an antirust pigment and an extender pigment in a mass ratio of 2:1), 0.6kg of non-silicon polymeric defoaming agent, 1kg of a wetting leveling agent, 3kg of a polyacrylate dispersing agent, 1kg of an alkynol wetting agent, 0.6kg of a polyurethane low shear thickening agent, 2.4kg of a drier (consisting of cobalt isocyanate, calcium isocyanate and a rare earth salt in a mass ratio of 0.2. After the waterborne environment-friendly coating is prepared according to the same steps (without adding the composite antirust agent in the paint mixing kettle) as the above examples, the performance indexes of the coating are detected, and the results are shown in Table 1.

Atmosphere exposure experiment:
the aqueous paints prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were applied to boiler tubes for atmospheric exposure tests (coating thickness 60 to 80 μm). And the corrosion conditions of the boiler pipe are recorded before coating, after 6 months of coating and after 1 year of coating, and the results are shown in figures 2-6 and table 2.
