step 4, hanging the hanger on a cross beam above the cleaning tank, fastening the suspension head and the cross beam by using a locking screw arranged on the suspension head, and placing a stop pin in the lower groove end part of the limiting groove A and the arc-shaped groove section of the limiting groove B; the central rod is continuously shaken in the cleaning process, the solution concentration at the periphery of the part is updated while the air in the part is removed, and the cleaning effect is enhanced;
step 5, after the floating barrel is cleaned, placing a stop pin between the suspension head and the central rod at the end parts of the upper parts of the two limit grooves, loosening a locking screw between the suspension head and the cross beam, placing the hanger on the cross beam of the electroplating bath, fastening the suspension head and the cross beam by using the locking screw, and placing the stop pin at the end part of the lower part of the limit groove A and in the arc-shaped groove section of the limit groove B; then electrifying to start electroplating, continuously shaking the center rod in the electroplating process, removing air pocket of the part, updating the concentration of the solution at the periphery of the part, enhancing the electroplating effect and ensuring the electroplating consistency;
step 6, after electroplating is finished, turning off a power supply, placing a stop pin between the suspension head and the central rod at the end part of the upper groove of the limiting groove, loosening a locking screw between the suspension head and the cross beam, placing the hanger in a subsequent weak base neutralization cleaning procedure, continuously shaking the central rod in the cleaning process, removing gas pockets of the part, updating the concentration of the solution at the periphery of the part, and enhancing the cleaning effect;
and 7, after cleaning is finished, the buoy is detached from the hanger, and the hanger is subjected to acid pickling deplating to ensure the conductivity of the hanger.
