starting a first motor 8, driving a screw rod 10 to rotate by using the output end of the first motor 8, enabling a lifting block 5 to drive a first connecting rod 6 to slide downwards in the inner cavity of a second chute 3 by using the rotating force generated by the rotation of the screw rod 10, further driving a grinding wheel 7 to move downwards by using the first connecting rod 6 until the grinding wheel 7 is in contact with a tire 17, starting a third motor 920, driving a supporting block 91 to rotate by using the third motor 920 through a third rotating rod 921, enabling the supporting block 91 to rotate, namely driving the tire 17 to rotate by using a push rod 96 and a grinding block 97, enabling the outer wall of the tire 17 to be ground by using the cooperation between the rotating tire 17 and the grinding wheel 7, and starting the first motor 8 after finishing grinding, enabling the output end of the first motor 8 to rotate in the opposite direction, and further enabling the grinding wheel 7 to recover to an initial position;
starting a second hydraulic cylinder 918, starting the second hydraulic cylinder 918 to repeat the above actions, driving the push rod 96 to drive the sanding block 97 to move inwards until the sanding block 97 moves to a proper position, at this time, a gap exists between the outer wall of the sanding block 97 and the inner wall of the tire 17, the sanding block 97 is still positioned in the inner cavity of the gear 17, starting the first hydraulic cylinder 13, driving the mounting box 12 to drive the second motor 14, the first rotary rod and the driving wheel 16 to move upwards by using the first hydraulic cylinder 13 until the outer wall of the driving wheel 16 is firmly attached to the outer wall of the tire 17, continuing to drive the driving wheel 16 to move upwards by using the second hydraulic cylinder 918 until the driving wheel 16 pushes the tire 17 to move upwards until the bottom end of the inner wall of the tire 17 contacts with the sanding block 97 positioned below, starting the second motor 14, and when the driving wheel 16 rotates, driving wheel 17 can be driven to rotate by using the friction force between the outer wall of the driving wheel 16 and the outer wall of the tire 17, and the tire 17 can be driven to rotate by using the driving wheel 17;
if the outer wall and the inner wall of the tire 17 need to be synchronously polished, the first motor 8 is started to do the same motion as the above, so that the grinding wheel 7 is driven to move downwards until the bottom end of the outer wall of the grinding wheel 7 contacts with the top end of the tire 17, the tire 17 is driven to rotate by the driving wheel 16, the bottom end of the inner wall of the tire 17 can be polished by the grinding block 97 positioned below, and the outer wall of the tire 17 can be polished by the grinding wheel 7, so that the inner wall and the outer wall of the tire 17 are synchronously polished, and the polishing efficiency is accelerated;
this device is fixed tire 17 to can carry out respectively with synchronous polishing to the outer wall and the inner wall of tire 17, thereby accelerated the efficiency of polishing to the tire, can prevent the problem of polishing to tire 17 when having avoided fixed tire 17, thereby increased work efficiency.
