To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

As shown in fig. 1 to 18, in an embodiment of the present invention, a panel processing apparatus for desktop computer mainframe case production is characterized in that the panel processing apparatus includes a feeding unit, a painting unit, a drying unit, a discharging unit, a circulating moving unit, and a clamping unit for clamping a panel 1;
the circulating moving unit comprises an annular mounting table 2, the annular mounting table 2 is mounted on the upper end face of a substrate through a support column, an annular T-shaped chute 3 is formed in the lower end face of the annular mounting table 2 along the shape of the annular mounting table 2, a chain 4 is arranged in the annular T-shaped chute 3, two first motors 5 which are oppositely arranged are mounted on the upper end face of the annular mounting table 2, output shafts of the two first motors 5 respectively rotate to penetrate through the annular mounting table 2 to be fixed with chain wheels 6, the two chain wheels 6 are both located in the annular T-shaped chute 3 and are in transmission engagement with the chain 4, a T-shaped sliding plate 7 is arranged in the annular T-shaped chute 3 in a sliding mode, the upper end face of the T-shaped sliding plate 7 is fixed on the chain 4, a clamping unit is fixed on the lower end face of the T-shaped sliding plate 7, and a feeding unit, a paint spraying unit, a drying unit and a discharging unit are sequentially arranged on the upper end face of the substrate along the movement track of the T-shaped sliding plate 7;
the clamping unit is used for clamping the panel 1 after the panel is clamped by the feeding unit, the panel is sprayed, dried and fed through the paint spraying unit, the drying unit and the feeding unit for one time under the driving of the circulating moving unit, then the clamping unit works repeatedly, a plurality of clamping units can be installed on the circulating moving unit, and the production efficiency is accelerated.
In the embodiment of the invention, the clamping unit comprises a first mounting plate 8, a first cylinder 9 and a first rotating rod 10, the first cylinder 9 is mounted on the lower end surface of the T-shaped sliding plate 7, the telescopic end of the first cylinder is fixed with a U-shaped locking frame 11, a groove of the U-shaped locking frame 11 is formed along the motion track direction of the T-shaped sliding plate 7, the upper end surface of a transverse plate of the U-shaped locking frame 11 is fixed on the telescopic end of the first cylinder 9, two vertical plates of the U-shaped locking frame are fixed on the lower end surface of the transverse plate, and the opposite surfaces of the two vertical plates are respectively provided with a first locking hole 12;

the first rotating rod 10 is rotatably installed on the first installation plate 8, the upper end of the first rotating rod is positioned above the first installation plate 8, is fixedly provided with a first gear 22 and is rotatably installed on the lower end face of the second installation plate 13, and the lower end of the first rotating rod is positioned below the first installation plate 8 and is fixedly provided with a third installation plate 23 which is parallel to the first installation plate 8;

In the embodiment of the invention, the feeding unit comprises a limiting table 36 fixed on the upper end surface of the substrate, a limiting groove for limiting the panel 1 to be processed is formed in the upper end surface of the limiting table 36, a second L-shaped plate 37 is further fixed on the upper end surface of the limiting table 36, a vertical plate of the second L-shaped plate 37 is fixed on the upper end surface of the limiting table 36, a second hinged plate 38 is hinged to a side wall parallel to the panel 1, the upper end surface of a hinged point of the second hinged plate 38 is limited by a transverse plate of the second L-shaped plate 37, a second reset pressure spring is arranged on the lower end surface of the hinged point, and one end, far away from the hinged point, of the second hinged plate 38 can be in sliding contact with the connecting plate 86;
the panel 1 is placed in a limiting groove of the limiting table 36, a mounting hole on one side, where the panel is bent, faces upwards, when the connecting plate 86 is located above the first hinge plate 32, the first air cylinder 9 drives the third mounting plate 23 to move downwards, the second hinge plate 38 is not blocked under the action of the second reset pressure spring, after the first sleeve 24 is inserted into the mounting hole in the upper end of the panel 1, the telescopic end of the first air cylinder 9 retracts for a first distance, the connecting plate 86 is located below the first hinge plate 32 at the farthest limit of the second hinge plate 38, the two second locking rods 25 extend out of the first sleeve 24 to limit the panel 1 on the outer wall of the first sleeve 24, then under the action of circular movement, the first sleeve 24 drives the panel 1 to horizontally move towards the paint spraying unit, the panel 1 slides out of the limiting groove, and meanwhile, the second hinge plate 38 is separated from the connecting plate 86.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the paint spraying unit includes an operation box 39 fixed on the upper end surface of the substrate, and a paint spraying box 40 movably disposed in the operation box 39, a first window 41 for feeding and discharging materials is opened on a cover plate of the operation box 39, one end of the operation box 39 close to the feeding unit is a left end, and one end of the operation box 39 close to the drying unit is a right end, a first guide rod 42 is fixed between the left and right inner walls of the operation box 39, a first threaded rod 43 with the first guide rod 42 parallel to each other is disposed in the operation box 39, two ends of the first threaded rod 43 are respectively rotatably disposed on the left and right inner walls of the operation box 39, one end of the first threaded rod rotatably penetrates through the operation box 39 and is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a first motor 44 fixed on the outer wall of the operation box 39, the front end of the paint spraying box 40 is opened, a first guide sliding sleeve 45 and a first threaded sleeve 46 are fixed on the rear side wall, the first guide sliding sleeve 45 is slidably sleeved with the outer wall of the first guide rod 42, the first threaded sleeve 46 is threadedly sleeved with the outer wall of the first threaded rod 43, a collecting tray 47 used for collecting waste liquid is installed on the bottom plate of the operation box 39, the paint spraying box 40 is positioned right above the opening of the collecting tray 47, a first through groove 48 is formed in the front side wall of the operation box 39 in the vertical direction, a first sliding block 49 is slidably arranged in the first through groove 48, a storage box 50 is fixed on the upper end face of the base plate, a discharge port of the storage box 50 is communicated with a pipeline 51, one end, far away from the storage box 50, of the pipeline 51 penetrates through the first sliding block 49 to be positioned in the operation box 39 and is fixed with a spray head 52, a second threaded sleeve 53 is fixed on the outer wall of one end, far away from the operation box 39, of the first sliding block 49, of the second threaded sleeve 53 is threadedly sleeved on the outer wall of a second threaded rod 54, the second threaded rod 54 is parallel to the first through groove 48, one end of the second threaded rod is rotatably mounted on the outer wall of the operation box 39 through a third mounting piece, the other end of the second threaded rod is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a second motor 55 mounted on the operation box 39, a third motor 56 is fixed on the lower end face of a cover plate of the operation box 39, a second gear 57 capable of being meshed with the first gear 22 is fixed on the output shaft of the third motor 56, the first window 41 is located at the left end of the operation box 39, and the second gear 57 is located at the right end of the operation box 39;

In the embodiment of the present invention, the drying unit includes a drying box 72, the drying box 72 is mounted on the upper end surface of the operation box 39 through a sixth mounting member, the left and right ends of the drying box 72 are penetrated, the annular mounting table 2 penetrates through the drying box 72, the first window 41 of the operation box 39 is located at the left end of the drying box 72, and the blanking unit is located at the right end of the drying box 72.
