Description

PRP injection device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a PRP injection device.
Background
PRP (platelet rich plasma) is a plasma component obtained by centrifuging and extracting autologous blood and containing a large amount of platelets, which are significantly higher than the level of platelets in normal human plasma. Platelets are very small blood cells less than 2 μm in diameter, usually invisible to the naked eye, and at least one hundred thousand to fifteen thousand platelets per 1 μ l of normal human blood. The PRP can be classified into various types according to the content of leukocytes and fibrin, such as leukocyte-depleted PRP, leukocyte-enriched PRP, fibrin-depleted PRP, and platelet-enriched fibrin PRP. The Growth Factors (GFs) in PRP are very abundant and are mainly produced by the α -granules released from platelets after activation, such as vascular endothelial growth factor, platelet-derived growth factor, transforming growth factor- β 3, etc., which have beneficial effects on wound healing and tissue repair. In addition, the growth factors contained in PRP, such as insulin-like growth factor (IGF), transforming growth factor beta and fibroblast growth factor, can promote the expression of Col-II and protease in mesenchymal stem cells, promote the proliferation of chondrocytes, regulate the differentiation capacity of mesenchymal stem cells and the synthesis of extracellular matrix, and further participate in the repair of tissue injury, articular cartilage defect, bone defect and wound healing.
Chinese patent publication No. CN112058174B discloses a Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) spray gun device, comprising: a reservoir accommodating chamber in which a platelet-rich plasma reservoir and a thrombin reservoir are disposed; the metering pump set comprises a platelet-rich plasma metering pump and a thrombin metering pump, wherein an inlet of the platelet-rich plasma metering pump is connected with the platelet-rich plasma storage device, and an inlet of the thrombin metering pump is connected with the thrombin storage device; a storage blender, comprising: the temporary storage device comprises two stirrer inlets which are respectively connected with an outlet of the platelet-rich plasma metering pump and an outlet of the thrombin metering pump, and a stirring component is arranged in the temporary storage device; an inlet of the self-sucking pump is connected with the temporary storage device, and an outlet of the self-sucking pump is an outlet of the stirrer; and one end of the connecting pipe is connected with the outlet of the stirrer, and the other end of the connecting pipe is connected with the spray gun. The device mixes platelet-rich plasma and thrombin by pump pressure and ejects the mixed liquid. The structure can uniformly mix PRP and thrombin according to a specific proportion, but the structure is complex, the cost is higher, an external pressure device is required, and the practicability is lower.
Chinese patent with publication number CN111992351A discloses a two-in-one spray gun, which comprises a gun body, a trigger and a conveying pipe connected with the rear part of the gun body, wherein the front part of the gun body is detachably connected with a nozzle mechanism, and a locking mechanism for locking the nozzle mechanism and the gun body is arranged between the nozzle mechanism and the gun body for facilitating the replacement of the nozzle mechanism. The nozzle mechanism comprises a cylindrical and hollow shell, a connecting cover is arranged at one end, close to the gun body, of the shell, and a conical funnel-shaped nozzle is arranged at one end, far away from the gun body, of the shell. The hollow shell is used for mixing components to be mixed, but the spray gun is not used in the field of medical treatment, and the spray gun has a closed cavity structure and complex structural matching, so that the spray gun is not beneficial to aseptic guarantee and aseptic operation.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new type of PRP injection device to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art.
