Abstract
The application provides a display assembly and radio frequency beauty equipment. The display assembly comprises an indicator light assembly and a light-transmitting plate; the light-transmitting plate covers the surface of the indicator light assembly; the light-transmitting plate comprises a thin film layer, a substrate layer and a light shielding layer in sequence from outside to inside; the thin film layer and the substrate layer are made of light-transmitting materials, and the light shielding layer is made of light-tight materials; the light shielding layer is provided with an opening corresponding to the position of the indicating lamp component; light rays of the indicating lamp assembly sequentially penetrate through the substrate layer and the thin film layer through the openings; the thin film layer comprises a frosted layer and/or a semi-transparent and semi-reflective film layer. Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of beauty equipment technology, and more particularly, to a display module and a radio frequency beauty equipment.
Background
The radio frequency beauty instrument is an instrument which applies power radio frequency energy with specific waveform to human skin; in the process of beauty care, the radio-frequency electrode acts on the skin of a human body to generate radio-frequency current, so that the conduction current and the displacement current flow in the skin of the human body to form internal heating, and the effect of skin care is achieved.
The skin area acts as a load when the electrodes contact the skin, and the electrodes formed by the positive and negative electrodes provide a high frequency alternating current electrical signal to the load, delivering the radio frequency energy to the deep subcutaneous tissue. When radio frequency current passes through the epidermis and reaches the dermis layer, and is blocked by the resistance of cell tissues, the high-frequency oscillation generates heat energy to denature collagen in the dermis layer so as to excite an in-vivo healing mechanism and enable elastic fiber cells to generate new collagen.
In the related art, the radio frequency beauty instrument includes a beauty instrument electrode head and a beauty instrument handle, an indicator lamp is disposed on the beauty instrument handle, the indicator lamp protrudes out of the surface of the beauty instrument housing, and when the indicator lamp is not lighted, the indicator lamp and the surrounding area form obvious figure difference or color difference, which affects the beauty of the beauty instrument handle.
Disclosure of Invention
To overcome the problems in the related art, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display assembly and a radio frequency cosmetic device.
In a first aspect, a display assembly is provided, the display assembly comprising an indicator light assembly and a light transmissive sheet material; the light-transmitting plate covers the surface of the indicator light assembly; the light-transmitting plate comprises a thin film layer, a base material layer and a light shielding layer in sequence from outside to inside; the thin film layer and the substrate layer are made of light-transmitting materials, and the light shielding layer is made of light-tight materials; the light shielding layer is provided with an opening corresponding to the position of the indicating lamp assembly; light rays of the indicating lamp assembly sequentially penetrate through the substrate layer and the thin film layer through the opening; the thin film layer comprises a frosting layer and/or a semi-transparent semi-reflective film layer.
In one embodiment, the light-transmitting plate is a partial area of a cosmetic instrument shell; the material of the beauty instrument shell is plastic, and the indicator lamp component is close to the inner surface of the beauty instrument shell; or, the light-transmitting plate at least partially covers the surface of the beauty instrument shell, and the beauty instrument shell is made of metal.
In the scheme, the beauty instrument comprises a beauty instrument shell, an indicator lamp assembly and a light-transmitting plate; the indicator lamp assembly is arranged between the beauty instrument shell and the light-transmitting plate; the surface of the light-transmitting plate is provided with a frosting layer by adopting a frosting process. In a second aspect, there is provided a radio frequency cosmetic device comprising a display assembly according to any one of the first aspect above.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
In the disclosed embodiments, the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred devices or elements must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

In the above-described aspect, the electrode package 12 and the display 13 may be disposed at two different end surfaces of the electrode head housing 11. In this way, the size and shape of the display 13 are more flexible than the display 13 provided on the handle case 21, and the flexibility of the arrangement of the display 13 of the radio frequency beauty instrument can be improved, thereby improving the display effect of the indicator light effect of the handle of the beauty instrument.
Referring to fig. 4, the electrode package structure 12 includes a case 121 and N electrodes 122, where N is a natural number greater than 1; the N electrodes 122 are arranged in a circular array or a rectangular array. In the example, the light transmissive sheet material 26 is a partial area of the cosmetic instrument housing; the cosmetic instrument housing is made of plastic and the indicator light assembly 24 is adjacent to the inner surface of the cosmetic instrument housing. In a state where the light-transmitting plate 26 is a partial region of the beauty instrument case, the light-transmitting plate 26 and the beauty instrument case are formed integrally, in which case the beauty instrument case may be made of ABS plastic.

In an embodiment, the light-transmitting plate 26 is attached to at least a partial region of the outer surface of the handle housing 21, and the surface of the light-transmitting plate 26 is frosted. Referring to fig. 10, the light-transmitting plate 26 sequentially includes, from outside to inside, a frosted layer, a thin film layer, a substrate layer, and a light-shielding layer; the film layer comprises at least one of the following material layers: an electroplated layer, a toughened layer and a semi-transparent semi-reflective film layer; wherein, the frosting layer, the thin film layer and the substrate layer are made of light-transmitting materials, and the shading layer is made of light-tight materials; the light shielding layer is provided with an opening corresponding to the position of the light guide hole; light rays sequentially penetrate through the base material layer, the thin film layer and the frosting layer through the open holes. The film layer can adopt a semi-reflecting and semi-permeable film.

2. The display assembly of claim 1, wherein the light transmissive sheet material is a partial area of a cosmetic instrument housing; the material of the beauty instrument shell is plastic, and the indicating lamp component is close to the inner surface of the beauty instrument shell;
or, the light-transmitting plate at least partially covers the surface of the beauty instrument shell, and the beauty instrument shell is made of metal.
3. The display assembly of claim 1, wherein the light transmissive sheet at least partially covers a surface of a cosmetic instrument housing; the beauty instrument shell is made of metal;
the surface of the beauty instrument shell is provided with a mounting hole; the indicating lamp assembly is arranged in the mounting hole; the surface of the beauty instrument shell is flush with the surface of the indicator lamp assembly.
4. The display assembly of claim 3, wherein the cosmetic instrument housing has a recess formed in an outer surface thereof, the mounting hole being formed in a bottom surface of the recess;
the bottom surface of the groove is flush with the surface of the indicator light assembly; the light-transmitting plate covers the bottom surface of the groove.
5. The display assembly of claim 1, wherein the indicator light assembly comprises: the light guide plate comprises an indicator light, a light guide bracket and a light homogenizing plate; the light guide bracket is provided with a light guide hole;
the light guide bracket is arranged between the indicator light and the light homogenizing plate; the indicating lamp comprises a gear indicating lamp and/or a mode indicating lamp; light rays sequentially penetrate through the light guide hole, the light homogenizing plate and the light-transmitting plate.
6. The display module according to claim 5, wherein the light homogenizing plate is made of a light-transmitting material; first pattern information is printed on the light homogenizing plate;
the mode indicating lamp faces the first pattern information; the first pattern information includes a pattern indicating a radio frequency mode and/or a micro current mode;
light rays sequentially penetrate through the light guide hole, the first pattern information and the light-transmitting plate.
7. The display module according to claim 5, wherein the light homogenizing plate is made of a light-transmitting material; second pattern information is printed on the light homogenizing plate;
the gear indicator lamp faces the second pattern information; the gear indicator lamp comprises at least two LED lamp beads; the arrangement direction of the at least two LED lamp beads is consistent with the extension direction of the indicating lamp assembly.
8. The display assembly of claim 5, wherein the light guide bracket is strip-shaped, and the extending direction of the light guide bracket is consistent with the extending direction of the indicator light assembly;
the number of the light guide holes is the same as that of the LED lamp beads; the arrangement direction of the light guide holes is consistent with the extension direction of the light guide support;
the distance between the light guide holes corresponds to the distance between the LED lamp beads; and a light ray separation plate is arranged between every two adjacent light guide holes.
9. The display assembly of claim 1, wherein the film layer further comprises at least one of the following: electroplating layer and tempering layer; the frosting layer is made of a light-transmitting material.
10. A radiofrequency cosmetic device, characterized in that it comprises a display assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
