Abstract
本申请提供一种微电极创可贴,通过在创可贴中伤口接触层表面印刷多个微电极,在与消毒清洗伤口的药液配合下形成局域微电势形成微电流刺激,从而实现伤口杀菌和促进愈合,借助微电流作用,药液可与细菌、病毒、毒素产生相互作用,将其固定、清除,达到祛腐、生肌、促进溃疡愈合的作用。该发明能够实现微电极的使用便利性,并通过印刷的方式实现大规模、低成本的生产制备。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及创可贴技术领域,尤其是涉及一种微电极创可贴。
背景技术
在生物医疗领域,微电流技术被应用于珊瑚增值修复、骨损伤修复、神经刺激治疗、皮肤创伤愈合治疗等领域,发现微电流可以通过向生物组织传递微电流实现促进生物组织修复愈合。然而目前微电流应用多为金属丝连接电源制成的电极贴片,其功能实现需要外部设备的支持,便携性和易用性较低。
因此,亟需一种能通过微电流加速伤口愈合、无需外接电源的微电极创可贴。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有的创可贴技术中,微电流加速伤口愈合的技术多为金属丝连接电源制成的电极贴片便携性低的技术问题,提供一种便携,无需过多操作并自带电流的能加速伤口愈合的微电极创可贴。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种微电极创可贴,包括绑带,所述绑带上设有用于贴敷伤口的药垫,所述药垫内包覆有用于储藏药液的药液包,所述绑带靠近所述药液包侧设有微电极层,所述微电极层包括正电极材料以及负电极材料,所述药液包内包覆的药液可挤压后渗出以与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触并形成完整微电流回路,通过在绑带靠近所述药液包侧设有微电极层,当使用者将创可贴贴敷于伤口上时,通过按压可将药液包中的药液导出并与微电极层接触形成微电流,微电流可与消毒清洗伤口、促进血液凝固的药液配合下形成局域微电势并形成微电流刺激,从而实现伤口杀菌和促进愈合,能够实现微电极的使用便利性。
优选的,所述药液包靠近所述微电极层上设有用于导出药液的药液出口,所述药液通过所述药液出口的导出与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触形成局域微电势并发生氧化还原反应,通过设置药液出口,药液可通过药液出口导出,与正、负电极涂块形成局域微电势以及形成微电流,使用者可通过按压药液包,使药液在药垫中渗透,并与电极涂块接触,通过弱电流刺激皮肤,促使血管舒张、改善血液循环、细胞膜通透性提高,细胞代谢加快的作用,同时促进了药液的吸收,加速伤口的愈合。
优选的,所述药液,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:0.5-1%的碘伏、0.5-1%的羟乙基纤维素、1-4%的白芨提取物、1-4%的三七提取物、1-4%的仙鹤草提取物、20-30%的饱和氯化钠溶液以及余量的去离子水,通过添加白芨提取物其中白芨胶质可明显缩短出血和凝血时间,具有消肿生肌的作用,通过添加三七提取物具有散淤止血,消肿定痛的作用,通过添加仙鹤草提取物,具有能促进血液凝固,收敛止血,且配合三七与白芨可有效的缩短伤口愈合的时间,加之微电流辅助可促进血液凝固,通过添加碘伏在保持药液的微酸性的同时,还可对伤口进行消毒,改善血液循环,加速伤口愈合。
优选的,所述正电极材料和所述负电极材料分别通过印刷或直接刷涂的方式涂布在所述绑带靠近所述药液包侧。
优选的,所述正电极材料为银-氯化银涂块、氧化银涂块中的任意一种,所述负电极材料为纯锌涂块。
优选的,所述正电极材料和所述负电极材料中锌原子银原子数量比例1:2。
优选的,所述药垫的材料采用备长炭纤维面料,通过采用备长炭纤维材质的面料其抗菌性好,安全无毒,生物相容性好,贴合度高,备长炭中含有大量的极性基团,有利于纤维对药液的吸收和保持作用,任何肤质使用均不会产生过敏现象。
优选的,所述药液的pH值为5.6-6.9,通过控制创伤环境中的pH值在创伤愈合过程中的细胞过程和细胞周期过程中起着关键作用,微血管的渗漏,创面的pH值增加,接近于有利于细菌感染的生理pH值7.4,因此保持创伤环境的微酸性,能防止细菌繁衍。
优选的,所述正电极材料与所述负电极材料组成的电极对形成的微电流≤100μA。
优选的,所述药液包外层采用的材质为拉伸聚丙烯材料,其厚度≤0.25mm,通过热封将聚丙烯包裹药液置于药垫内,将药液出口处采用弱热封收紧,使用者在进行使用时,可通过挤压可以在弱热封处挤出药液,药液通过药液出口导出,与伤口接触层上的微电极发生氧化还原反应并产生局域微电势以形成微电流。
本发明相对于现有技术,有以下优点:
1、本申请提供的一种微电极创可贴,通过在创可贴绑带靠近所述药液包侧设有微电极层,当使用者将创可贴贴敷于伤口上时,通过按压可将药液包中的药液导出并与微电极层接触形成微电流,微电流可与消毒清洗伤口、促进血液凝固的药液配合下形成局域微电势并形成微电流刺激,从而实现伤口杀菌和促进愈合,借助微电流作用,药液可与细菌、病毒、毒素产生相互作用,将其固定、清除,达到祛腐、生肌、促进溃疡愈合的作用。该发明能够实现微电极的使用便利性,并通过印刷的方式实现大规模、低成本的生产制备。
2、本申请提供的一种微电极创可贴,通过添加白芨提取物其中白芨胶质可明显缩短出血和凝血时间,具有消肿生肌的作用,通过添加三七提取物具有散淤止血,消肿定痛的作用,通过添加仙鹤草提取物,具有能促进血液凝固,收敛止血,且配合三七与白芨可有效的缩短伤口愈合的时间,加之微电流辅助可促进血液凝固。

下面结合具体实施例1-4说明本发明的具体技术方案:
实施例1:
一种微电极创可贴,包括绑带1,所述绑带1上设有用于贴敷伤口的药垫2,所述药垫2内包覆有用于储藏药液的药液包23,所述绑带1靠近所述药液包23侧设有微电极层3,所述微电极层3包括正电极材料以及负电极材料,所述药液包23内包覆的药液可挤压后渗出以与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触并形成完整微电流回路;
所述药液包23靠近所述微电极层3上设有用于导出药液的药液出口230,所述药液通过所述药液出口230的导出与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触形成局域微电势并发生氧化还原反应;
所述药液,根据表1的质量百分比配置以下组分:碘伏、羟乙基纤维素、白芨提取物、三七提取物、仙鹤草提取物、饱和氯化钠溶液、纯化水;
所述正电极材料为银-氯化银涂块,所述负电极材料为纯锌涂块;
所述正电极材料和所述负电极材料中锌原子银原子数量比例1:2;
所述药液的pH值为6.9;
所述正电极材料与所述负电极材料组成的电极对形成的微电流为100μA;
所述药液包23外层采用厚度为0.25mm的拉伸聚丙烯材料。
实施例2:
一种微电极创可贴,包括绑带1,所述绑带1上设有用于贴敷伤口的药垫2,所述药垫2内包覆有用于储藏药液的药液包23,所述绑带1靠近所述药液包23侧设有微电极层3,所述微电极层3包括正电极材料以及负电极材料,所述药液包23内包覆的药液可挤压后渗出以与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触并形成完整微电流回路;
所述药液包23靠近所述微电极层3上设有用于导出药液的药液出口230,所述药液通过所述药液出口230的导出与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触形成局域微电势并发生氧化还原反应;
所述药液,根据表1的质量百分比配置以下组分:碘伏、羟乙基纤维素、白芨提取物、三七提取物、仙鹤草提取物、饱和氯化钠溶液、纯化水;
所述正电极材料为银-氯化银涂块,所述负电极材料为纯锌涂块;
所述正电极材料和所述负电极材料中锌原子银原子数量比例1:2;
所述药液的pH值为6.5;
所述正电极材料与所述负电极材料组成的电极对形成的微电流为100μA;

实施例3:
一种微电极创可贴,包括绑带1,所述绑带1上设有用于贴敷伤口的药垫2,所述药垫2内包覆有用于储藏药液的药液包23,所述绑带1靠近所述药液包23侧设有微电极层3,所述微电极层3包括正电极材料以及负电极材料,所述药液包23内包覆的药液可挤压后渗出以与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触并形成完整微电流回路;
所述药液包23靠近所述微电极层3上设有用于导出药液的药液出口230,所述药液通过所述药液出口230的导出与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触形成局域微电势并发生氧化还原反应;
所述药液,根据表1的质量百分比配置以下组分:碘伏、羟乙基纤维素、白芨提取物、三七提取物、仙鹤草提取物、饱和氯化钠溶液、纯化水;
所述正电极材料为氧化银涂块,所述负电极材料为纯锌涂块;
所述正电极材料和所述负电极材料中锌原子银原子数量比例1:2;
所述药液的pH值为6.1;
所述正电极材料与所述负电极材料组成的电极对形成的微电流为100μA;
所述药液包23外层采用厚度为0.22mm的拉伸聚丙烯材料。
实施例4:
一种微电极创可贴,包括绑带1,所述绑带1上设有用于贴敷伤口的药垫2,所述药垫2内包覆有用于储藏药液的药液包23,所述绑带1靠近所述药液包23侧设有微电极层3,所述微电极层3包括正电极材料以及负电极材料,所述药液包23内包覆的药液可挤压后渗出以与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触并形成完整微电流回路;
所述药液包23靠近所述微电极层3上设有用于导出药液的药液出口230,所述药液通过所述药液出口230的导出与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触形成局域微电势并发生氧化还原反应;
所述药液,根据表1的质量百分比配置以下组分:碘伏、羟乙基纤维素、白芨提取物、三七提取物、仙鹤草提取物、饱和氯化钠溶液、纯化水;
所述正电极材料为氧化银涂块,所述负电极材料为纯锌涂块;
所述正电极材料和所述负电极材料中锌原子银原子数量比例1:2;
所述药液的pH值为5.9;
所述正电极材料与所述负电极材料组成的电极对形成的微电流为100μA;
所述药液包23外层采用厚度为0.24mm的拉伸聚丙烯材料。

实施例5:微电极创可贴家兔皮肤愈合实验
1、试验材料
(1)药物:微电极创可贴,取实施例1-4的微电极创可贴作为实验品做此实验,待用,取市售的普通创可贴邦迪作为对比例,待用。
(2)动物:选择健康家兔8只,每只体重约1.8~2.0kg。
2、家兔皮肤创伤愈合试验
取健康成年的家兔10只,雌雄各半。正常皮肤于给药前24小时将动物背部脊柱两侧毛用电推脱毛,脱毛面积为4×4cm2。破损皮肤脱毛方法同正常皮肤制备。脱毛区以75%酒精局部消毒,用无菌针头脱毛局部划痕,以渗血为度。采用同体左右侧自身对比法。正常皮肤组给药时先用75%酒精局部消毒,取实验品4×4cm2和市售创可贴,实验品4×4cm2贴敷于家兔右侧脱毛区,市售创可贴贴敷于家兔左侧脱毛区(创可贴给药面积4×4cm2),然后用双层纱布和一层玻璃纸覆盖,再用固定装置加以封闭、固定。每次给药应连续在同一部位给药,观察并记录贴敷位置的皮肤恢复时间,测试结果如表2所示。

试验期间,家兔一般状况良好,每次给药前、药物去除1h后和末次给药去除药物后1、24、48和72h及恢复期观察结束后观察用药局部未见明显红斑、水肿、色素沉着、出血点、皮肤粗糙或皮肤菲薄等症状,因此本申请提供的一种微电极创可贴,通过在创可贴中伤口接触层表面印刷多个微电极,在与消毒清洗伤口的药液配合下形成局域微电势形成微电流刺激,从而实现伤口杀菌和促进愈合,借助微电流作用,药液可与细菌、病毒、毒素产生相互作用,将其固定、清除,达到祛腐、生肌、促进溃疡愈合的作用,通过添加白芨提取物其中白芨胶质可明显缩短出血和凝血时间,具有消肿生肌的作用,通过添加三七提取物具有散淤止血,消肿定痛的作用,通过添加仙鹤草提取物,具有能促进血液凝固,收敛止血,且配合三七与白芨可有效的缩短伤口愈合的时间,加之微电流辅助可促进血液凝固。

Claims (10)
1.一种微电极创可贴,包括绑带(1),所述绑带(1)上设有用于贴敷伤口的药垫(2),其特征在于:所述药垫(2)内包覆有用于储藏药液的药液包(20),所述绑带(1)靠近所述药液包(20)侧设有微电极层(3),所述微电极层(3)包括正电极材料以及负电极材料,所述药液包(20)内包覆的药液可挤压后渗出以与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触并形成完整微电流回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微电极创可贴,其特征在于:所述药液包(20)靠近所述微电极层(3)上设有用于导出药液的药液出口(21),所述药液通过所述药液出口(21)的导出与所述正电极材料以及所述负电极材料接触形成局域微电势并发生氧化还原反应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微电极创可贴,其特征在于:所述药液,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:0.5-1%的碘伏、0.5-1%的羟乙基纤维素、1-4%的白芨提取物、1-4%的三七提取物、1-4%的仙鹤草提取物、20-30%的饱和氯化钠溶液以及余量的去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微电极创可贴,其特征在于:所述正电极材料和所述负电极材料分别通过印刷或直接刷涂的方式涂布在所述绑带(1)靠近所述药液包(20)侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微电极创可贴,其特征在于:所述正电极材料为银-氯化银涂块、氧化银涂块中的任意一种,所述负电极材料为纯锌涂块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的微电极创可贴,其特征在于:所述正电极材料和所述负电极材料中锌原子银原子数量比例1:2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的微电极创可贴,其特征在于:所述药垫(22)的材料采用备长炭纤维面料。
8.根据权利要求1所述的微电极创可贴,其特征在于:所述药液的pH值为5.6-6.9。
9.根据权利要求1所述的微电极创可贴,其特征在于:所述正电极材料与所述负电极材料组成的电极对形成的微电流≤100μA。
10.根据权利要求1所述的微电极创可贴,其特征在于:所述药液包(20)外层采用的材质为拉伸聚丙烯材料,其厚度≤0.25mm。
