Abstract
本发明提出了一种保湿祛皱眼霜及其制备方法,属于化妆品技术领域。由以下原料按重量份制备而成:肽类2‑4份、三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂2‑4份、烟酰胺1‑3份、泛醇0.5‑1.5份、1,4‑丁二醇3‑5份、C10‑40异烷酸甘油三酯3‑5份、银耳多糖0.1‑2份、茉莉花提取物0.1‑2份、人参提取物0.1‑2份、墨角藻提取物0.1‑2份、维生素C 1‑2份、茶多酚0.5‑1份、卡波姆1‑2份、丙三醇4‑7份、水50‑60份。本发明制得的保湿祛皱眼霜制备方法简单,成本低廉,具有很好的保湿效果,能明显提高眼部皮肤的胶原蛋白含量,减少皱纹,提高皮肤弹性,具有抗衰、抗皱的效果,具有广阔的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种保湿祛皱眼霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
眼部周围的皮肤是人体中最薄最脆弱的地方,也是最容易衰老的地方,非常容易长出皱纹,需要特别的呵护,否则容易出现眼袋、皱纹、眼角下垂、黑眼圈等问题,因此越来越多的人开始注意眼部周围皮肤的护理,使用眼霜是十分必要的。市面上针对衰老和肌肤美化常用的即时护理手段主要有以下几种:(1)注射填充物,加强胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白基质,充盈肌肤;(2)注射内毒素,抑制肌肉收缩,即时淡化皱纹;(3)超声刀提拉除皱,即时紧致老化肌肤;(4)涂抹填充,物理遮盖细纹,达到视觉上即时淡纹;(5)补充水分,加强保湿护理,缓解减轻干纹。
现有技术中,专利文献CN112891290A公开了一种具有提亮眼角功效的眼霜,专利文献CN109864909A公开了一种淡纹眼霜,但是上述专利文献中的眼霜都只具有淡纹或提亮功效,不具备复合功效。申请人经过调研和检索后发现目前市面上鲜少出现有关即时提亮和即时淡纹于一体的功效护肤产品,且市面上现有护肤产品作用机理较为单一,如何能从上述护理手段中五个方向出发多维护理皮肤,达到即时美化肌肤的需求已成为现有技术亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种保湿祛皱眼霜及其制备方法,制得的保湿祛皱眼霜制备方法简单,成本低廉,具有很好的保湿效果,能明显提高眼部皮肤的胶原蛋白含量,减少皱纹,提高皮肤弹性,具有抗衰、抗皱的效果,具有广阔的应用前景。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种保湿祛皱眼霜,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:肽类2-4份、三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂2-4份、烟酰胺1-3份、泛醇0.5-1.5份、1,4-丁二醇3-5份、C10-40异烷酸甘油三酯3-5份、银耳多糖0.1-2份、茉莉花提取物0.1-2份、人参提取物0.1-2份、墨角藻提取物0.1-2份、维生素C1-2份、茶多酚0.5-1份、卡波姆1-2份、丙三醇4-7份、水50-60份;
所述三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂具有如式Ⅰ所示结构:
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂的制备方法如下:将1,2,3-三溴丙烷、葡萄糖、碱加入溶剂中混合均匀,加热反应,得到三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述碱为KOH、NaOH、碳酸钠、碳酸钾中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述溶剂为非质子性溶剂与二氯甲烷的混合物,体积比为3-5:2,所述非质子性溶剂选自二甲亚砜、丙酮、乙腈中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述加热至温度为80-90℃,时间为3-5h,所述1,2,3-三溴丙烷、葡萄糖、碱的质量比为1:5-10:0.01-0.1。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂的制备方法具体如下:将1重量份1,2,3-三溴丙烷、5-10重量份葡萄糖、0.01-0.1重量份碱加入溶剂中混合均匀,加热至80-90℃反应3-5h,过滤,滤液加入等体积的乙醇,过滤,洗涤,干燥,得到三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂;所述溶剂为非质子性溶剂与二氯甲烷的混合物,体积比为3-5:2。

本发明进一步保护一种上述保湿祛皱眼霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂、1,4-丁二醇、泛醇、C10-40异烷酸甘油三酯、烟酰胺、丙三醇和水加入反应釜,加热至50-60℃,300-500r/min搅拌10-15min,保温5-10min;
(2)将银耳多糖、茉莉花提取物、人参提取物、墨角藻提取物、维生素C、茶多酚、乙酰基四肽-9、六肽-11、四肽-4混合均匀,加入步骤(1)中,加入卡波姆,10000-12000r/min均质3-5min,真空脱气,出料,得到保湿祛皱眼霜。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制备了一种三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂,通过将葡萄糖与1,2,3-三溴丙烷反应制得,制备方法简单,糖苷化后制得的混合物的吸湿、保湿能力显著强于普通的保湿剂,制得的膏霜类化妆品具有更高的白度,滑爽无油腻感。
本发明肽类包括乙酰基四肽-9、六肽-11、四肽-4,乙酰基四肽-9能促进胶原蛋白合成,增加皮肤紧实度,六肽-11能抗衰、抗皱、提高皮肤弹性,四肽-4能减少皱纹,增强胶原蛋白,弹性蛋白和纤连蛋白,并具有强大的抗衰老特性,三者协同作用下,能明显提高眼部皮肤的胶原蛋白含量,减少皱纹,提高皮肤弹性,具有抗衰、抗皱的效果。
本发明制得的保湿祛皱眼霜制备方法简单,成本低廉,具有很好的保湿效果,能明显提高眼部皮肤的胶原蛋白含量,减少皱纹,提高皮肤弹性,具有抗衰、抗皱的效果,具有广阔的应用前景。

制备例1
如图1,三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂的制备方法具体如下:将1重量份1,2,3-三溴丙烷、5重量份葡萄糖、0.01重量份KOH加入50重量份溶剂中混合均匀,加热至80℃反应3h,过滤,滤液加入等体积的乙醇,过滤,去离子水洗涤,70℃干燥2h,得到三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂;所述溶剂为乙腈与二氯甲烷的混合物,体积比为3:2,ESMS计算值:C27H51O18(M+H)+663.30,实测值:663.3,收率为85%。
制备例2
如图1,三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂的制备方法具体如下:将1重量份1,2,3-三溴丙烷、10重量份葡萄糖、0.1重量份KOH加入50重量份溶剂中混合均匀,加热至90℃反应5h,过滤,滤液加入等体积的乙醇,过滤,去离子水洗涤,70℃干燥2h,得到三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂;所述溶剂为丙酮与二氯甲烷的混合物,体积比为5:2,收率为87%。
制备例3
如图1,三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂的制备方法具体如下:将1重量份1,2,3-三溴丙烷、7重量份葡萄糖、0.05重量份NaOH加入50重量份溶剂中混合均匀,加热至85℃反应4h,过滤,滤液加入等体积的乙醇,过滤,去离子水洗涤,70℃干燥2h,得到三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂;所述溶剂为二甲亚砜与二氯甲烷的混合物,体积比为4:2,收率为90%。
测试例1保湿率的测定
准确称取制备例1-3制得的三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂、透明质酸各1g,配成质量分数为25%的溶液,置于恒温45℃,用饱和碳酸钠溶液维持相对湿度为50%±5%的干燥箱内,24h后称重。失水率(%)=(W0-Wm)/H0×100%,W0、Wm分别为样品失水前后的质量,H0为失水前样品含水量。结果见表1。

由上表可知,本发明制备例1-3制得的三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂具有很好的保湿效果,明显强于透明质酸。
实施例1
本实施例提供保湿祛皱眼霜。
原料组成(重量份):肽类2份、制备例1制得的三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂2份、烟酰胺1份、泛醇0.5份、1,4-丁二醇3份、C10-40异烷酸甘油三酯3份、银耳多糖0.1份、茉莉花提取物0.1份、人参提取物0.1份、墨角藻提取物0.1份、维生素C1份、茶多酚0.5份、卡波姆1份、丙三醇4份、水50份。
所述肽类包括乙酰基四肽-9、六肽-11、四肽-4,质量比为3:5:1。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂、1,4-丁二醇、泛醇、C10-40异烷酸甘油三酯、烟酰胺、丙三醇和水加入反应釜,加热至50℃,300r/min搅拌10min,保温5min;
(2)将银耳多糖、茉莉花提取物、人参提取物、墨角藻提取物、维生素C、茶多酚、乙酰基四肽-9、六肽-11、四肽-4混合均匀,加入步骤(1)中,加入卡波姆,10000r/min均质3min,真空脱气,出料,得到保湿祛皱眼霜。
实施例2
本实施例提供保湿祛皱眼霜。
原料组成(重量份):肽类4份、制备例2制得的三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂4份、烟酰胺3份、泛醇1.5份、1,4-丁二醇5份、C10-40异烷酸甘油三酯5份、银耳多糖2份、茉莉花提取物2份、人参提取物2份、墨角藻提取物2份、维生素C2份、茶多酚1份、卡波姆2份、丙三醇7份、水60份。
所述肽类包括乙酰基四肽-9、六肽-11、四肽-4,质量比为5:7:2。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂、1,4-丁二醇、泛醇、C10-40异烷酸甘油三酯、烟酰胺、丙三醇和水加入反应釜,加热至60℃,500r/min搅拌15min,保温10min;
(2)将银耳多糖、茉莉花提取物、人参提取物、墨角藻提取物、维生素C、茶多酚、乙酰基四肽-9、六肽-11、四肽-4混合均匀,加入步骤(1)中,加入卡波姆,12000r/min均质5min,真空脱气,出料,得到保湿祛皱眼霜。
实施例3
本实施例提供保湿祛皱眼霜。
原料组成(重量份):肽类3份、制备例3制得的三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂3份、烟酰胺2份、泛醇1份、1,4-丁二醇4份、C10-40异烷酸甘油三酯4份、银耳多糖1份、茉莉花提取物1份、人参提取物1份、墨角藻提取物1份、维生素C 2份、茶多酚0.7份、卡波姆1.5份、丙三醇5份、水55份。
所述肽类包括乙酰基四肽-9、六肽-11、四肽-4,质量比为4:6:2。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂、1,4-丁二醇、泛醇、C10-40异烷酸甘油三酯、烟酰胺、丙三醇和水加入反应釜,加热至55℃,300-500r/min搅拌12min,保温7min;
(2)将银耳多糖、茉莉花提取物、人参提取物、墨角藻提取物、维生素C、茶多酚、乙酰基四肽-9、六肽-11、四肽-4混合均匀,加入步骤(1)中,加入卡波姆,11000r/min均质4min,真空脱气,出料,得到保湿祛皱眼霜。
实施例4
与实施例3相比,所述肽类包括乙酰基四肽-9、六肽-11,质量比为4:8,其他条件均不改变。
实施例5
与实施例3相比,所述肽类包括乙酰基四肽-9、四肽-4,质量比为4:8,他条件均不改变。
实施例6
与实施例3相比,所述肽类包括乙酰基六肽-11、四肽-4,质量比为10:2,他条件均不改变。

与实施例3相比,制备例3制得的三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂由透明质酸替代,其他条件均不改变。

与实施例3相比,未添加制备例3制得的三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂,其他条件均不改变。

测试例1皮肤斑贴试验
1.受试物:实施例1-6和对比例1-3制得的保湿祛皱眼霜。
2.阴性对照:去离子水
3.受试者:共30人,男0人,女30人,年龄20-45岁,符合受试者志愿入选标准。
4.斑贴方法:选用合格的斑试器,以封闭式斑贴试验方法,将受试物和阴性对照约0.02mL(膏体)滴于斑试器内,外用专用胶带贴敷于受试者背部不同部位,24h后去除受试物,分别去除后48h观察皮肤反应,按《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果。试验结果见表2:

人体皮肤斑贴试验结果显示:30人中0例出现皮肤不良反应;说明本发明的保湿祛皱眼霜使用安全。
测试例2
将在含12%FBS的DMEM培养基中培养的人成纤维细胞播种于96孔板中,细胞附着后,用含有0.2%FBS和250μM抗坏血酸磷酸镁的DMEM培养基进行培养基交换,分别加入0.1mL实施例1-3和对比例1-3制得的保湿祛皱眼霜,混合均匀,培养72h后,收集上清,离心,测定所得上清中的Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的含量。
采用“RIA-gnost PⅢP(PⅢP)测定试剂盒”测定上清液中分泌的Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的末端肽(Procollagen typeⅢ-peptide:简称为PⅢP)的含量。通过Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的合成促进率进而评估这些样品的抗皱效果的强弱。计算公式如下:
促进率=(W1-W0)/W0*100%
W1:添加测试样品后的Ⅲ型胶原蛋白生成量
W0:未添加测试样品的Ⅲ型胶原蛋白生成量
结果见表3。

由上表可知,本发明实施例1-3制得的保湿祛皱眼霜具有明显的促进Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的效果,增厚细胞外基质,进而实现保湿抗皱效果。

3.根据权利要求2所述保湿祛皱眼霜,其特征在于,所述碱为KOH、NaOH、碳酸钠、碳酸钾中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述保湿祛皱眼霜,其特征在于,所述溶剂为非质子性溶剂与二氯甲烷的混合物,体积比为3-5:2,所述非质子性溶剂选自二甲亚砜、丙酮、乙腈中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述保湿祛皱眼霜,其特征在于,所述加热至温度为80-90℃,时间为3-5h,所述1,2,3-三溴丙烷、葡萄糖、碱的质量比为1:5-10:0.01-0.1。
6.根据权利要求2所述保湿祛皱眼霜,其特征在于,所述三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂的制备方法具体如下:将1重量份1,2,3-三溴丙烷、5-10重量份葡萄糖、0.01-0.1重量份碱加入溶剂中混合均匀,加热至80-90℃反应3-5h,过滤,滤液加入等体积的乙醇,过滤,洗涤,干燥,得到三聚葡萄糖苷保湿剂;所述溶剂为非质子性溶剂与二氯甲烷的混合物,体积比为3-5:2。
