Detailed Description
For better understanding of the purpose, structure and function of the present application, an apparatus with a detachable accessory and an identification method of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the present application provides a device with a detachable accessory, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an alternative device with a detachable accessory provided in an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, a conductive substance 112 is disposed on a connecting part 111 of a device 11, and a capacitance detection circuit 113 of the device 11 is connected to the conductive substance 112; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
when the connection part 111 of the device 11 is connected with the connection part of the detachable fitting to form a connection area, the area of conductive substance in the connection area is used for: a capacitor is formed in a region of the detachable fitting placed opposite to a region of the conductive substance in the connection region;
the capacitance detection circuit is to: detecting to obtain the detection capacitance of the capacitor;
wherein the detection capacitor is used for controlling the operation of the device by a processor of the device.
Taking the dust catcher as an example, increase detection circuitry in the body of dust catcher and accessory among the correlation technique, can increase the cost, connect through the connector between dust catcher body and the accessory, lead to pin quantity to increase, lead to the reliability to reduce, the motor that has in the accessory of dust catcher makes the discernment receive certain limitation.
In order to enlarge the applicable range of identification while reducing the cost, the embodiment of the present application provides the device 11 with the detachable accessory, the conductive substance 112 is disposed on the connecting part of the device 11, and the capacitance detecting circuit 113 is connected with the conductive substance 112, and thus, the device 11 with the detachable accessory provided by the embodiment of the present application only has the conductive substance 112 disposed on the connecting part 111 of the device 11, and does not need to change the structure of the detachable accessory, thereby reducing the hardware cost.
Based on the above-described structure of the apparatus 11 with the detachable accessory, when the connection part of the apparatus 11 with the detachable accessory is connected with the connection part of the detachable accessory, the conductive substance located in the connection area connected with each other is referred to as an area of the conductive substance in the connection area, which corresponds to an area where the detachable accessory is provided in an opposing manner, and then, when the apparatus is connected with the detachable accessory, the area of the conductive substance serves as one plate, and the area of the detachable accessory provided in an opposing manner to the area of the conductive substance serves as the other plate, thereby forming a capacitor using the two plates.
That is, different detachable accessories can be identified with respect to the magnitude of the detection capacitance of the capacitor formed between the different detachable accessories and the device, the detection capacitance of the capacitor being mainly related to the area of the conductive substance in the connection area, where the area of the conductive substance in the different connection area can be set for the different detachable accessories, then the area of the conductive substance in the connection area is different for the different detachable accessories, the capacitance detected by the capacitance detection circuit at the time of interconnection is different, then the device having the detachable accessory identifies the accessory type of the detachable accessory according to the value of the detection capacitance, thereby controlling the device having the detachable accessory to operate according to the identified accessory type.
Here, the shape of the conductive material on the connection member of the device having the detachable accessory may be a regular shape or an irregular shape, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited thereto.
The conductive substance may be a conductive coating formed by an electroplating process, or may be a conductive film or a metal sheet adhered or embedded to the connection portion, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
To identify the different detachable accessories to enable operation of the device having the detachable accessories, in an alternative embodiment, the detachable accessories include a first detachable accessory and a second detachable accessory; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the area of the conductive substance in a first connection area formed by the connection part of the device and the connection part of the first detachable fitting is different from the area of the conductive substance in a second connection area formed by the connection part of the device and the connection part of the second detachable fitting.
In particular, for the first detachable accessory and the second detachable accessory, in order to enable the device with detachable accessories to recognize the accessory type of the different detachable accessories, then the detected capacitance needs to be different for the different detachable accessories, in particular, in order to enable the detected capacitance of the capacitor generated between the different detachable accessories and the device to be different, it can be realized by setting different plate areas.
Wherein, the adapting unit of equipment forms first connection region when being connected with the adapting unit of first detachable accessory, the regional area of conducting substance is the polar plate area of the condenser that forms between first detachable accessory and the equipment in first connection region, and similarly, the regional area of conducting substance forms the second connection region when the adapting unit of equipment is connected with the adapting unit of second detachable accessory, the regional area of conducting substance is the polar plate area of the condenser that forms between second detachable accessory and the setting in the second connection region, in order to make the detection electric capacity difference between the two, can set up different polar plate areas, the regional area of conducting substance in first connection region and the regional area of conducting substance in the second connection region are different.
Therefore, the detection capacitor obtained by the detection of the capacitor detection circuit when the equipment is connected with the first detachable accessory is different from the detection capacitor obtained by the detection of the capacitor detection circuit when the equipment is connected with the second detachable accessory, so that when the equipment stores the relation between the capacitance value and the accessory type, the accessory type of the detachable accessory can be determined according to the capacitance value obtained by detection, the working parameters of each accessory type are different, and at the moment, the equipment can control the equipment to work according to the working parameters corresponding to different accessory types.
For a device with a detachable accessory, generally speaking, the connection mode of the sleeve is convenient for connection and is relatively stable, and in order to implement the connection mode of the sleeve, any one of the following modes can be adopted:
in an alternative embodiment, the connecting part of the device and the connecting part of the detachable fitting are both sleeves, and the inner diameter of the connecting part of the device is larger than the inner diameter of the connecting part of the detachable fitting, wherein,
the inner surface of the connection part of the device is provided with a conductive substance.
In particular, when the connection mode of the bushing is adopted between the device and the detachable accessory, the difference in the inner diameter of the bushing causes the capacitor formed by the device and the detachable accessory to be different, for example, in the case where the inner diameter of the connection part of the device is larger than that of the connection part of the detachable accessory, when the connection parts of the detachable accessory are inserted into the connection part of the device at the time of mutual connection, then, in order to form the capacitor, it is necessary to provide a conductive substance on the inner surface of the connection part of the device.
Then, when the device is connected to the detachable accessory, the area of the conductive substance on the inner surface of the connecting part of the device belonging to the conductive substance in the connecting area is: one plate of the capacitor, the area of the detachable fitting which is correspondingly arranged opposite to the area of the conductive substance in the connecting area is as follows: the other plate of the capacitor, which forms a capacitor, identifies the different types of fittings by setting the area of the conductive substance in the connection area of the different removable fittings.
Here, it should be noted that the conductive substance may be provided or may not be provided on the outer surface of the detachable accessory, and this is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In order to increase the efficiency of the identification of the detachable fitting, in an alternative embodiment the outer surface of the connecting part of the detachable fitting is provided with an electrically conductive substance.
That is, here, a conductive substance is provided on the outer surface of the connecting part of the detachable accessory, so that, when the device is connected to the detachable accessory, the conductive substance region of the inner surface of the device in the connecting region is one plate of the capacitor, and the conductive substance region of the outer surface of the detachable accessory in the connecting region is the other plate of the capacitor, so that one capacitor is formed by two conductive substances of the connecting region as the plates, and the capacitance value of the capacitor can be increased.
The reason why the conductive substance is provided on the outer surface of the detachable accessory is because when the outer surface of the detachable accessory is not provided with the conductive substance, the detachable accessory is grounded, and the capacitance value of the capacitor at this time is not large when the outer surface of the detachable accessory is not provided with the conductive substance.
In order to improve the capacitance values corresponding to different accessories, the outer surface of the detachable accessory is also provided with a conductive substance, so that the capacitance value of the capacitor is increased, and the identification of different accessories is facilitated.
In an alternative embodiment, the connecting part of the device and the connecting part of the detachable fitting are both sleeves, and the inner diameter of the connecting part of the device is smaller than the inner diameter of the connecting part of the detachable fitting, wherein,
the outer surface of the connecting part of the device is provided with a conductive substance.
In particular, when the connection mode of the bushing is adopted between the device and the detachable accessory, the difference in the inner diameter of the bushing causes the capacitor formed by the device and the detachable accessory to be different, for example, in the case that the inner diameter of the connection part of the device is smaller than that of the connection part of the detachable accessory, when the connection parts of the device and the detachable accessory are connected to each other, the connection part of the device is inserted into the connection part of the detachable accessory, and then, in order to form the capacitor, a conductive substance needs to be provided on the outer surface of the connection part of the device.
Then, when the device is connected to the detachable accessory, the area of the conductive substance on the outer surface of the connection part of the device belonging to the conductive substance in the connection area is: one plate of the capacitor, the area of the detachable fitting which is correspondingly arranged opposite to the area of the conductive substance in the connecting area is as follows: the other plate of the capacitor, which forms a capacitor, identifies the different types of fittings by setting the area of the conductive substance in the connection area of the different removable fittings.
Here, it should be noted that the conductive substance may be provided or may not be provided on the outer surface of the detachable accessory, and this is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In order to improve the efficiency of identification of the detachable part, in an alternative embodiment the inner surface of the connecting part of the detachable part is provided with a conductive substance.
That is, here, a conductive substance is provided on the inner surface of the connecting part of the detachable accessory, so that, when the device is connected to the detachable accessory, the conductive substance region of the outer surface of the device in the connection region is one plate of the capacitor, and the conductive substance region of the inner surface of the detachable accessory in the connection region is the other plate of the capacitor, so that one capacitor is formed by two conductive substances of the connection region as the plates, and the capacitance value of the capacitor can be increased.
The reason why the conductive substance is provided on the inner surface of the detachable accessory is because when the inner surface of the detachable accessory is not provided with the conductive substance, the detachable accessory is grounded, and the capacitance value of the capacitor at this time is not large as when the inner surface of the detachable accessory is provided with the conductive substance.
In order to improve the capacitance values corresponding to different accessories, the inner surface of the detachable accessory is also provided with a conductive substance, so that the capacitance value of the capacitor is increased, and the identification of different accessories is facilitated.
In an alternative embodiment, the detachable fitting includes a first detachable fitting and a second detachable fitting; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the area of a first connection region formed by the connection part of the device and the connection part of the first detachable fitting is different from the area of a second connection region formed by the connection part of the device and the connection part of the second detachable fitting.
That is, when the above connection method of the bushing is adopted, in a case where a conductive material is provided on an outer surface of a connection part of the device, when the device is connected to the first detachable accessory, a first connection region is formed, where a region of the conductive material is a plate area of a capacitor formed between the device and the first detachable accessory, and when the device is connected to the second detachable accessory, a second connection region is formed, where a region of the conductive material is a plate area of a capacitor formed between the device and the second detachable accessory, and a value of the capacitor is mainly determined by the plate area of the capacitor in terms of identification of the accessory.
Therefore, here, the area of the first connection region formed by the connection part of the apparatus and the connection part of the first detachable accessory is different from the area of the second connection region formed by the connection part of the apparatus and the connection part of the second detachable accessory, and thus the values of the detection capacitances corresponding to the different detachable accessories are different, so that the identification of the different accessories can be achieved.
Wherein the device comprises one or more of: dust collector, hair dryer, electric toothbrush.
In practical application, taking a dust collector as an example, the dust collector is provided with a plurality of ground brushes, working parameters adopted by the dust collector aiming at different ground brushes are different, and in order to facilitate user operation, the mode provided by the embodiment of the application is adopted, and the conductive substance is arranged on the connecting part of the dust collector.
Similarly, the electric hair dryer is similar to the capacitive toothbrush, but the device with the detachable accessory provided in the embodiment of the present application may also be a mechanical tool with a detachable device, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited thereto.
The following describes an apparatus with a detachable accessory according to one or more of the above embodiments by way of example.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a body sleeve and an accessory sleeve of a vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, a conductive coating is added on a connection part between an accessory and a vacuum cleaner body, areas of conductive layers of different accessories are different, after the vacuum cleaner body is mechanically connected to a brush head, the two conductive layers are overlapped to form a capacitor therebetween, the vacuum cleaner body includes a capacitor detection circuit, and different brush heads can be identified by measuring and detecting the capacitor; as shown in fig. 2, when the vacuum cleaner body casing and the accessory casing are connected, the oblique line regions overlap, and a capacitor is formed between the conductive coatings in the overlapping regions. The capacitance can be changed by changing the area of the conductive coating or the area of the overlapping area, so that the accessory detection is realized.
It should be noted that the sleeve is only a part of the structure of the cleaner body and the accessory for connection.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an equivalent circuit of an alternative capacitor provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, a capacitance detection circuit of the device is connected to one plate of the capacitor, and the other plate of the capacitor is grounded.
FIG. 4a is a schematic structural view of an alternative accessory sheath 1 provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 4a, wherein the connection area formed when the accessory sheath 1 is connected to the cleaner body is indicated by the diagonal line area; FIG. 4b is a schematic structural diagram of an alternative accessory sheath 2 according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 4b, wherein the connection area formed when the accessory sheath 2 is connected to the cleaner body is indicated by the hatched area; fig. 4c is a schematic structural view of an alternative accessory sheath 3 according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4c, wherein the connection area formed when the accessory sheath 3 is connected to the cleaner body is represented by a diagonal area, and the diagonal area is provided with a conductive coating.
Obviously, the area of the hatched area in fig. 4a is smaller than that in fig. 4b, and the area of the hatched area in fig. 4b is smaller than that in fig. 4c, then, when the device is connected to the accessory shoe 1 or the accessory shoe 2 or the accessory shoe 3, the capacitance detected by the capacitance detection circuit is different, and the device can identify the accessory based on the detected capacitance.
It should be noted that the identification of the accessory can be realized by any one of the following manners:
first, the area of the oblique line region, namely the area of the conductive coating of the cleaner body is changed: the conductive coating area of the connecting area is different for different fittings. The capacitance of the accessory and the capacitance of the dust collector body are different after being connected. The accessory identification function can be realized. The change in area is not limited to the following manner, and is not limited to the shape as long as the area is different.
Secondly, because different accessories have different shapes, volumes, masses and surface areas, besides the conductive coating is arranged on the connecting part of the dust collector body, the complete conductive coating can be formed by performing surface treatment on the accessories, such as an electroplating process, equivalent to area change, the formed capacitors are different, and accessory detection can also be realized.
The device with the detachable accessory is provided with a conductive substance on a connecting part of the device, and a capacitance detection circuit of the device is connected with the conductive substance, wherein when the connecting part of the device is connected with the connecting part of the detachable accessory to form a connecting area, the area of the conductive substance in the connecting area is used for: an area of the detachable accessory placed opposite to the area of the conductive substance in the connection area forms a capacitor, and the capacitance detection circuit is configured to: detecting to obtain a detection capacitance of the capacitor, wherein the detection capacitance is used for controlling the equipment to work by a processor of the equipment; that is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, by providing a conductive substance on a connection component of an apparatus, when the apparatus is connected to a detachable accessory, a capacitor is formed in a region of the detachable accessory where a region of the conductive substance in the connection region and a region of the conductive substance in the connection region are oppositely disposed, so that a capacitance detection circuit can detect a detection capacitance of the capacitor, then, after the processor of the apparatus acquires the detection capacitance, the apparatus is controlled to operate according to the detection capacitance, so that identification of the detachable accessory can be realized by avoiding adding hardware to the detachable accessory in structure, and only by providing the conductive substance on the connection component of the apparatus, identification of the detachable accessory can be realized under the condition of small change to the apparatus, thereby saving hardware cost, and simultaneously, because identification does not limit the structure of the detachable accessory, and simultaneously expanding the range of identification of the detachable accessory
Based on the same inventive concept, embodiments of the present application provide an identification method, which is applied to the device with the detachable accessory according to one or more of the above embodiments, and fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative identification method provided by embodiments of the present application, and referring to fig. 5, the method may include:
s501: acquiring a detection capacitor through a capacitor detection circuit;
s502: determining the type of the detachable accessory currently connected with the equipment according to the detection capacitor;

In addition, to facilitate management of the device having the detachable accessory, in an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
recording usage information of the detachable accessory;
and sending the use information of the detachable accessories to a server corresponding to the equipment and storing the use information.
That is, by identifying the accessories of the device, usage information of each accessory, such as a period of use, a length of use, a region of use, etc., of each accessory may be recorded and transmitted to a server corresponding to the device for storage.
In order to facilitate management of the accessory by the user, in an optional embodiment, after sending and storing the use information of the detachable accessory to a server corresponding to the device, the method further includes:
