Description

Commodity storage rack and commodity storage device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a commodity storage rack and a commodity storage device, and more particularly, to a commodity storage rack and a commodity storage device for storing commodities such as beverages loaded in containers such as cans and polyester bottles.
Background
Conventionally, a so-called tilt shelf is known as a commodity storage shelf for storing commodities such as beverages loaded in containers such as cans and bottles. The commodity storage rack is provided with a base body, a partition plate, a first stop member, a second stop member and a connecting member.
The base body is a flat plate-like member that is erected between the pair of left and right side plates so as to be inclined gradually downward from the front toward the rear. The partition plates are provided in plurality and are erected on the base body so as to extend in the front-rear direction. The partition plates form commodity storage passages between the partition plates adjacent to each other or between the side plates adjacent to each other in the upper region of the base, and the commodity storage passages extending in the front-rear direction are arranged side by side along the left and right. These commodity storage paths extend in the front-rear direction, extend obliquely so as to become gradually lower from the upstream side toward the downstream side, and store commodities arranged in a row in a lying posture.
The first stopper member is provided corresponding to the commodity-accommodating passage and is swingably arranged on the base so as to advance and retreat in the corresponding commodity-accommodating passage. The first stopper member abuts against the commodity on the most downstream side to restrict the commodity from being taken out when the first stopper member moves into the commodity storage passage, and allows the commodity to be taken out when the first stopper member moves out of the commodity storage passage.
The second stopper member is provided corresponding to the commodity-accommodating passage, and is arranged on the base body so as to be swingable so as to advance and retreat in the corresponding commodity-accommodating passage. The second stopper member abuts on a second commodity from the most downstream side when the commodity enters the commodity storage passage and restricts the movement of the commodity to the downstream side, and allows the movement of the commodity when the commodity exits the commodity storage passage.
The connecting member connects the first stopper member and the second stopper member, and is disposed to be slidable between a waiting position and a removal position. The connecting member is located at a waiting position when the solenoid drive as a drive source is stopped, and moves the first stopper member in and moves the second stopper member out. When the solenoid is driven to move from the standby position to the removal position, the first stopper member is retreated and the second stopper member is advanced.
In such a commodity storage rack, when a command is given to take out a commodity stored in any one of the commodity storage paths, the solenoid corresponding to the commodity storage path is driven to move the connecting member from the waiting position to the take-out position, and as a result, the first stopper member retreats from the commodity storage path and the second stopper member advances into the commodity storage path, thereby taking out the commodity located at the most downstream side of the commodity storage path (see, for example, patent document 1).
Patent document 1: japanese patent No. 5810567
However, in the commodity storage rack proposed in patent document 1, since the first stopper member and the second stopper member provided corresponding to the commodity storage passage are arranged on the base body so as to be capable of swinging, there are the following problems.
That is, when the commodity height of the commodity stored in the commodity storage passage in the lying posture is changed, the right-left width of the commodity storage passage needs to be changed, and the vertical position of the partition plate of the base needs to be changed to cope with the change.
However, the first stopper member and the second stopper member are disposed on the base body in correspondence with the first commodity-accommodating passage, and the positions of the first stopper member and the second stopper member cannot be changed by changing the left-right width of the commodity-accommodating passage.
Therefore, in the above-described commodity storage rack, when the left-right width of the commodity storage passage is changed, the commodity storage passage needs to be provided so as to avoid the first stopper member and the second stopper member that are not used, and as a result, the storage efficiency of the commodity is reduced due to an increase in the dead space.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a commodity storage rack and a commodity storage device capable of efficiently storing commodities having various sizes.
In order to achieve the above object, a commodity storage rack according to the present invention includes: a base body that is erected between the pair of left and right side plates so as to be inclined gradually downward from one of the front and rear sides toward the other side; and a plurality of partition members that are erected on the base body so as to extend in the front-rear direction, respectively, and that form a plurality of commodity storage paths extending in the front-rear direction above the base body, and that store commodities in a row in the extending direction of the commodity storage paths in the plurality of commodity storage paths, respectively, wherein the partition member includes a commodity holding rod that is brought into contact with a downstream-most commodity disposed at a downstream-most position of the corresponding commodity storage path to hold the commodity in the commodity storage path.
In the above commodity storage rack, the plurality of commodity storage paths may store commodities in a lying posture.
In the above commodity storage rack, the commodity holding rod may be provided so as to be capable of advancing and retracting with respect to the corresponding commodity storage passage, and may be brought into contact with the downstream-most commodity of the commodity storage passage to hold the commodity of the commodity storage passage when the commodity holding rod is moved into the commodity storage passage, while allowing the downstream-most commodity to be taken out from the commodity storage passage when the commodity holding rod is moved out of the commodity storage passage.
In the commodity storage device according to the present invention, the commodity storage rack is disposed between the pair of left and right side plates in a vertically aligned manner.
In the above-described commodity storage device, the distance between the vertically adjacent commodity storage shelves may be changed.
According to the present invention, since the plurality of partition members provided upright on the base so as to extend in the front-rear direction and each provided with the plurality of commodity storage paths extending in the front-rear direction are provided with the commodity holding rod which abuts against the downstream-most commodity arranged at the downstream-most position of the corresponding commodity storage path to hold the commodity of the commodity storage path, the partition members can be provided upright only at any position of the base so as to correspond to the left-right width of the commodity storage path, and it is not necessary to provide the partition plates upright so as to avoid the unused stopper members or the like provided on the base as in the conventional case. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently store commodities having various sizes.

The shelf plate portion 31 is erected between the pair of left and right side plates 11 so as to be gradually inclined downward from the front toward the rear.
The shelf portion 31 is formed with a plurality of first partition engagement holes 311 and a plurality of second partition engagement holes 312. The first partitioning locking hole 311 is a slit-shaped hole whose longitudinal direction is the front-rear direction. These first partitioning locking holes 311 are formed at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction at the front end of the chassis 31. The second partitioning engagement hole 312 is a rectangular hole. These second partitioning engagement holes 312 are provided corresponding to the first partitioning engagement holes 311, and are formed at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction at the rear end portion of the frame plate portion 31. In other words, the second partitioning engagement hole 312 is formed on the rear side of the corresponding first partitioning engagement hole 311.
The mounting portion 32 is a box-shaped member formed by bending a sheet metal or the like, for example, and the left-right direction is the longitudinal direction. The mounting portion 32 is mounted in the entire region in the left-right direction between the first and second engaging holes 311 and 312 in the lower portion of the frame plate portion 31. The lower surface of the mounting portion 32 projects downward from the lower surface of the chassis portion 31.
The mounting portion 32 has a plurality of third partitioning engagement holes 321 formed therein. These third partitioning locking holes 321 are slit-shaped holes formed so as to straddle the front surface and the lower surface of the mounting portion 32, and the front-rear direction is the longitudinal direction.
Fig. 8 and 9 are exploded perspective views each showing the structure of one partition member 40 shown in fig. 4 to 7. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the partition member 40 includes a partition plate main body 41 and a product holding rod 42.
The partition plate main body 41 is formed by combining a right partition plate portion 411 and a left partition plate portion 412 in a pair on the left and right, and is an elongated member whose front-rear direction is the longitudinal direction. The dimension of the partition plate main body 41 in the front-rear direction is substantially equal to the dimension of the frame plate portion 31 in the front-rear direction.
The partition plate body 41 is formed with a first partition locking piece 41a, a second partition locking piece 41b, and a third partition locking piece 41c.
The first partitioning engagement piece 41a is formed to protrude downward at the front end portion of the right partitioning portion 411. The first partitioning locking piece 41a is an elongated member whose longitudinal direction is the front-rear direction.
The second partitioning locking piece 41B is formed by cutting out a part of the rear end portion of the bottom portion 411B of the right partitioning portion 411. The third partitioning locking piece 41c is configured by overlapping a right locking piece structure portion 41c1 and a left locking piece structure portion 41c2, the right locking piece structure portion 41c1 is formed to protrude upward at the front end portion of the right partitioning portion 411 and the front-rear direction is the longitudinal direction, and the left locking piece structure portion 41c2 is formed to protrude upward at the front end portion of the left partitioning portion 412 and the front-rear direction is the longitudinal direction.
Further, in the partition plate main body 41, a plurality of circular holes 413 are formed at the front end portions of the right partition plate portion 411 and the left partition plate portion 412. These circular holes 413 are used for a worker to insert a finger and hold the finger.
The commodity holding rod 42 is formed by processing a sheet metal, for example, and includes a rod base 421 and a rod acting portion 422. The lever base 421 is a plate-like portion extending in the front-rear direction. The stem base 421 is formed such that the vertical dimension gradually decreases from the front end portion toward the rear end portion, and the front end portion is subjected to bending. The lever action portion 422 is a portion extending leftward from the rear end portion of the lever base portion 421.
The product holding lever 42 is pivotally supported by the shaft portion 43 penetrating through a through hole 421a formed in the front end portion of the lever base 421 between the rear end portion of the right partition plate 411 and the rear end portion of the left partition plate 412, which are the rear end portions of the partition plate main body 41. To describe in more detail, in the commodity holding rod 42, the rear end portion of the rod base 421 projects rearward from the rear end of the bulkhead main body 41, and the rod acting portion 422 projects leftward from the bulkhead main body 41. The commodity holding lever 42 is disposed so that the lever action portion 422 can vertically swing about the central axis of the shaft portion 43.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the partition member 40 having such a configuration is vertically provided on the base 30 so as to extend in the front-rear direction by inserting the first partition locking piece 41a into any of the first partition locking holes 311 from above and inserting the second partition locking piece 41B into the second partition locking hole 312 on the rear side of the first partition locking hole 311 from above, and further locking the leaf spring member 414 disposed at the front end of the bottom portion 411B of the right partition 411 to the front end of the shelf plate portion 31 (base 30).
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the partition member 40 is locked to another base 30 by inserting the third partition locking piece 41c into an arbitrary third partition locking hole 321 of the mounting portion 32 constituting the base 30 (hereinafter, also referred to as "another base 30") arranged directly above the base 30 standing on its own from below.
The commodity storage rack 20 is configured by vertically arranging the plurality of partition members 40 along the left-right direction of the base 30 and locking the partition members with another base 30.
In the commodity storage rack 20, a plurality of commodity storage passages 21 are provided in parallel on the left and right above the base body 30 (the shelf plate portion 31) by the partition member 40. The plurality of commodity-accommodating passages 21 extend in the front-rear direction, respectively, and accommodate commodities in a lying posture.
As described above, the commodity-accommodating passages 21 are extended so as to be inclined downward from the front to the rear by the shelf plate portion 31 constituting the base 30 being disposed between the pair of left and right side plates 11 so as to be inclined downward from the front to the rear, and the front is an upstream side and the rear is a downstream side.
However, the commodity holding lever 42 of the partition member 40 erected on the base 30 is configured such that a part of the lever base 421 abuts against the bottom 411B of the right partition 411 by its own weight, and the lever acting portion 422 is disposed in the rear region of the commodity-accommodating passage 21. In other words, in the normal state of the commodity holding lever 42, the lever action portion 422 enters and moves to the commodity storing passage 21, and as shown in fig. 12, the lever action portion 422 abuts against the downstream-most commodity arranged at the rearmost position which is the downstream-most position of the commodity storing passage 21, and holds the commodity in the commodity storing passage 21.
As shown in fig. 13, the product holding lever 42 is moved to retreat from the product housing passage 21 by swinging the lever action portion 422 upward around the central axis of the shaft portion 43 due to its own power, and as shown in fig. 14, when the lever action portion 422 is moved to retreat from the product housing passage 21, the downstream-most product is allowed to be taken out from the product housing passage 21.
In other words, the commodity holding rod 42 is provided such that the rod operating portion 422 is able to advance and retreat with respect to the corresponding commodity accommodating passage 21, and when the rod operating portion 422 enters and moves to the commodity accommodating passage 21, it abuts against the downstream-most commodity of the commodity accommodating passage 21 to hold the commodity of the commodity accommodating passage 21, while when the rod operating portion 422 retreats from the commodity accommodating passage 21, it allows the downstream-most commodity to be taken out from the commodity accommodating passage 21.
The article holding lever 42 having taken out the downstream-most article from the article storage passage 21 in this way releases its own imparted power and swings the lever action portion 422 downward due to its own weight about the central axis of the shaft portion 43, so that the lever action portion 422 enters and moves to the article storage passage 21, and abuts against an article adjacent on the upstream side of the downstream-most article to hold the article in the article storage passage 21.
As described above, according to the commodity storage rack 20 and the commodity storage device 10 of the embodiment of the present invention, since the partition member 40 erected on the base 30 and provided with the commodity storage passage 21 is provided with the commodity holding rod 42, and the commodity holding rod 42 is brought into contact with the downstream-most commodity arranged at the downstream-most position of the corresponding commodity storage passage 21 to hold the commodity of the commodity storage passage 21, it is only necessary to erect the partition member 40 at any position of the base 30 corresponding to the commodity height of the commodity stored in the commodity storage passage 21 in the horizontal posture, and it is not necessary to erect the partition plate so as to avoid an unused stopper member or the like erected on the base as in the conventional case. Accordingly, commodities having various sizes can be efficiently stored.
According to the commodity storage rack 20 and the commodity storage device 10, the commodity holding rod 42 is brought into contact with the downstream-most commodity of the commodity storage passage 21 to hold the commodity of the commodity storage passage 21 when the commodity holding rod enters the commodity storage passage 21 and moves to the downstream side, and allows the downstream-most commodity to be taken out from the commodity storage passage 21 when the commodity holding rod retreats from the commodity storage passage 21, so that commodities having various sizes can be efficiently stored and taken out.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made.
Although not described in the above embodiment, the power for swinging the commodity holding lever 42 may be applied manually or by a power source such as an actuator. When the power source is provided by an actuator or the like, such a power source may be provided inside the partition member 40, may be shared by the partition members 40 constituting the commodity-accommodating shelf 20, or may be shared by the partition members 40 constituting the commodity-accommodating device 10. In the case where the power source is shared by the partition members 40, it is preferable that a selection means is provided so that only an arbitrary product holding rod 42 can be retreated from the product housing passage 21.
In the above-described embodiment, the commodity holding rod 42 is capable of advancing and retreating in the corresponding commodity accommodating passage 21 by being given power, but in the present invention, the commodity holding rod may be fixedly disposed in a state of always entering and moving to the commodity accommodating passage. In particular, when the commodity storage device including the commodity storage rack is applied to an open showcase, the commodity holding rod is preferably fixedly disposed in a state of being moved to the commodity storage passage.
In the above-described embodiment, the partition member 40 is erected on the base 30 and also locked with another base 30, but in the present invention, the partition member does not necessarily need to be locked with another base, and may be erected only on the base for forming the commodity-accommodating passage. In this way, in the case where the partition member is merely erected on the base body, the distance between the vertically adjacent commodity storage shelves can be changed in the commodity storage device.
In the above-described embodiment, the base 30 is provided between the side plates so as to be inclined gradually downward from the front toward the rear, and the front of the commodity-accommodating passage 21 is the upstream side and the rear is the downstream side.
Although not mentioned in the above embodiment, the commodities taken out of any of the commodity-accommodating passages 21 of the commodity-accommodating shelf 20 may be received by the conveying bucket and conveyed to any position, or may be rolled on the conveying chute and conveyed to any position.
Industrial applicability of the invention
The commodity storage rack and the commodity storage device according to the present invention can also be applied to a vending machine.
