Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for managing voice calls, taking a server as an execution subject, and the method includes the following steps:
s11, receiving voice call request information initiated by a calling party, wherein the voice call request information carries first identification information of the calling party and second identification information of a called party.
In some embodiments, one of the calling party and the called party is a student terminal, and the other is voice call software. For example, when the calling party is a student terminal, the called party is voice call software, or when the calling party is voice call software, the called party is a student terminal. Wherein, student's terminal can be equipped with cart.1G communication module to support and adopt the 4G network to carry out voice call. The voice call software may be software capable of supporting voice calls, which is installed on a corresponding terminal (such as a tablet or a mobile phone) for parents of students.
In specific implementation, the student terminal may be a telephone watch or a mobile phone. Subscriber Identity Modules (SIMs) installed at student terminals may be issued by the school to students in unison.
In specific implementation, the voice call software can be school management software and is specially used for managing voice calls between parents and students, so that the call safety of the students is enhanced, and the potential safety hazards of telecommunication fraud, harassment and the like of the students can be prevented.
In specific implementation, when the calling party is a student terminal and the called party is voice call software, the first identification information is a mobile phone number, and the second identification information is a user account number for registering the voice call software. Or, when the calling party is the voice call software and the called party is the student terminal, the first identification information is a user account number for registering the voice call software, and the second identification information is a mobile phone number.
In a specific implementation, in a networking state, a calling party can initiate voice call request information to a server by selecting any contact in an address list through the calling party.
In some embodiments, the server may store a second association relationship between the course schedule of the student and the identification information of the student terminal in advance, or the second association relationship may be stored in the cloud or other storage devices in advance, and the server may obtain the second association relationship from the cloud or other storage devices.
In some embodiments, after performing step S11, if the calling party is the voice call software, the server may obtain the second association relationship, obtain a schedule of the student based on the second association relationship and the second identification information, and when it is determined that the time when the voice call request information is received is within the preset lesson time period or the preset sleep time period, end the voice call process without responding to the voice call request information, that is, without performing step S12 below, and send the schedule of the student to the calling party based on the first identification information, so that the calling party (i.e., the parent) knows the schedule of the own child, and avoids initiating the voice call at the lesson or sleep time to disturb the learning or rest of the own child.
In some other embodiments, after performing step S11, if the calling party is a student terminal, the server may obtain the second association relationship, obtain a course schedule of the student based on the second association relationship and the first identification information, and when it is determined that the time when the voice call request information is received is located in a preset lesson time period or a preset sleep time period, not respond to the voice call request information, end the voice call process, that is, not perform step S12 below, and send a prompt message to the calling party based on the first identification information to prompt the calling party (i.e., the student) to prohibit currently making a voice call.
And S12, responding to the voice call request information, and judging whether the first identification information and the second identification information are associated or not based on a first association relation between prestored identification information of the student terminal and identification information of the voice call software. If it is determined that the first identification information and the second identification information are associated, step S13 is performed, or if it is determined that the first identification information and the second identification information are not associated, step S14 is performed.
In some embodiments, before performing step S12, the parent may send association application information to the server through the voice call software for requesting to associate the identification information of the voice call software with the identification information of the target student terminal. Accordingly, the server may receive the association application information from the voice call software. The associated application information comprises identification information of voice call software and identification information of a target student terminal.
In some embodiments, after receiving the association application information, the server may send the association application information to the management terminal for auditing, which may be understood as sending the association application information to the management terminal, so that a manager (such as a educational administration manager) can audit a parent corresponding to the target student terminal and corresponding to the voice call software. When the manager confirms that the monitoring relationship or the relationship between the students corresponding to the target student terminal and the parents corresponding to the voice communication software exists, the manager can send the auditing passing information of the associated application information to the server through the management terminal. Correspondingly, the server receives the audit passing information from the management terminal.
In some embodiments, after receiving the audit-passed information from the management terminal, the server may add the association relationship between the identification information of the voice call software and the identification information of the target student terminal to the first association relationship, so as to facilitate the subsequent management of the voice call between the student and the parent.
In step S12, the server determines whether to allow the student terminal and the voice chat software to perform voice call by judging whether the first identification information and the second identification information are associated, so as to prevent strangers or persons in non-relatives or non-guardianship from making voice call to students, thereby preventing unsafe fraud caused by telecommunication fraud, attraction, harassment, etc. of the students. Specifically, if the server determines that the first identification information and the second identification information are associated, the server may execute step S13, otherwise execute step S14.
It should be noted that, although the student terminal or the voice chat software can initiate the voice call request message to any contact in the address list, the server determines whether the identification information of the two parties that will perform the voice call is related to determine whether to allow the two parties to perform the voice call, so that the problem that the voice call can be performed only by knowing the mobile phone number of the other party or adding a friend of the other party in the prior art can be avoided.
And S13, establishing a call connection relation between the calling party and the called party so as to enable the calling party and the called party to carry out voice call.
In some embodiments, the server may open a voice call room and page the called party based on the second identification information. After receiving the response message sent by the called party, the server can access the called party to the voice call room, and sends a notification message to the calling party, so as to notify the called party that the voice call room is accessed, so that the calling party and the called party perform voice call through the voice call room.
In specific implementation, after receiving the call ending information sent by the calling party or the called party, the server may close the voice call room. For example, after receiving the voice call termination message sent by the party (the calling party or the called party) of the student terminal, the server continues to page the called party, and closes the voice call room after a response message of the called party is not received within a preset time (for example, 60 seconds). Or, after receiving the voice call ending information sent by one party (calling party or called party) of the voice call software, the server directly closes the voice call room.
In some embodiments, the server may receive first audio coding data sent by the calling party every preset duration, and may receive second audio coding data sent by the called party every preset duration. The server can decode the first audio coding data and then send the first audio coding data to the called party, and can decode the second audio coding data and then send the second audio coding data to the calling party, so that the voice call between the calling party and the called party is realized.
The first audio coding data is obtained by coding after the calling party records the voice data of the calling party, and the second audio coding data is obtained by coding after the called party records the voice data of the called party. In a specific implementation, the calling party and the called party may use a Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) technique to encode the received voice data.
In a specific implementation, the preset time period may be set to 20ms, or may be set to be shorter according to an actual requirement, which is not limited by the present invention.
In the prior art, no matter the voice call between mobile phones or the voice call between software capable of supporting the voice call, the problem of overlarge bandwidth exists when the audio data in the voice communication is processed. In the invention, the calling party and the called party respectively send the first audio coding data and the second audio coding data to the server at intervals of preset duration, thereby technically reducing the broadband required by processing the audio data in the voice communication, reducing the influence on the server and providing smooth voice communication service for the calling party and the called party.
And S14, sending confusion information to the calling party, wherein the confusion information is used for prompting that the called party is in a busy state.
In some embodiments, the server may send the obfuscation information to the calling party for prompting the calling party that the called party handles the busy state to obfuscate the calling party, in a case that it is determined that the first identification information and the second identification information are not associated.
As can be seen from the above description, in the present invention, after receiving the voice call request information sent by the calling party, it is determined whether the first identification information and the second identification information are associated, and when it is determined that the first identification information and the second identification information are associated, the voice call connection relationship between the calling party and the called party is established, so that a stranger or a person who is not related or not in guardianship relationship can be prevented from making a voice call to a student, thereby preventing the student from suffering telecommunication fraud, attraction, harassment and the like to cause unsafe events, avoiding the problem that the voice call can be performed as long as the mobile phone number of the other party is known or a friend of the other party is added in the prior art, and further improving the security of the voice call.
