Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of terminal technologies, and in particular, to a method for preventing a call from being hung up by mistake, a terminal, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
Some emergency situations often occur when a mobile phone user answers a call, such as: the accidental touching of the ear or other body part to the end button (also called hang-up button) of the call interface results in the accidental termination of the call, which is annoying to the user of the mobile phone and can cause serious loss especially when answering important business calls.
At present, a method for preventing a call from being hung up by mistake generally uses some auxiliary judgment means, for example, whether voice still exists is detected when a call ending instruction is received; or directly control to shield touch screen events. However, both of the two methods have limitations, and in the first method, when a call ending instruction is received, whether voice still exists is detected, and the voice needs to be detected, so that the flow is complex and inaccurate, because a short voice-free moment possibly exists during the call, and at the moment, the mistaken touch of a call ending button can cause mistaken hangup operation; in the second method, the touch screen is prohibited from ending the call within a certain time by directly controlling and shielding the touch screen event, and the method is too stiff, and can require multiple times of setting for cancellation and starting, so that the operation is complex.

It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order; furthermore, the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, suffixes such as "module", "component", or "unit" used to denote elements are used only for facilitating the explanation of the present invention, and have no specific meaning in itself. Thus, "module", "component" or "unit" may be used mixedly.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for preventing a call from being hung up by mistake according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps S101 to S104.
S101, monitoring whether the terminal is in a call state.
In this step, the call state is a call state formed by the calling party dialing the phone number of the called party and establishing communication connection between the calling party and the called party. The user holding the terminal can be a calling party or a called party. As for the specific scheme of monitoring whether the terminal is in the call state, the specific scheme can be implemented by adopting the prior art, and the detailed description of the scheme is omitted.
S102, responding to the fact that the terminal is in a call state, at least two call ending buttons are generated on a call interface of the terminal.
In this step, after the terminal is monitored to be in a call state, a call ending button can be generated on a call interface of the terminal, and unlike the prior art in which only one call ending button is generated on the call interface, at least two call ending buttons need to be generated on the call interface. Taking the terminal as a mobile phone as an example, as shown in fig. 2, three call ending buttons (corresponding to three receiver icons in fig. 2) can be generated on the call interface of the mobile phone, which are a call ending button 1, a call ending button 2 and a call ending button 3 respectively.
S103, monitoring whether trigger operation on all the call ending buttons is received.
In this step, it is necessary to monitor whether the user holding the terminal has clicked all the call termination buttons.
And S104, responding to the received trigger operation of all the call ending buttons, and directly hanging up the current call.
In this step, if it is found during the monitoring that the user clicks all the call ending buttons, it is equivalent to receiving a call ending instruction of the user, and hanging up the current call at this time is an operation executed according to the real intention of the user, and is not mistakenly hung up. In other words, regardless of the order in which the user clicks the call completion button, the operation of suspending the current call may be performed as long as all call completion buttons are clicked regardless of the order in which the user clicks the call completion button.
In one embodiment, for the end call buttons generated in step S102, the end call buttons generated each time are randomly and dispersedly arranged on the terminal call interface.
In this embodiment, the positions of the end-to-call buttons generated each time on the terminal call interface are not fixed, but randomly distributed, and preferably keep a certain distance from each other, so as to be distributed at different positions on the terminal call interface. In other words, the positions of all the generated call completion buttons are randomly distributed, and the dispersion principle is also considered.
In one embodiment, the end call button is distributed in any area among the upper left, middle left, lower left, upper right, middle right and lower right of the terminal call interface.
In this embodiment, all the call ending buttons generated each time may be distributed in different areas of the terminal call interface, such as upper left, middle left, lower left, upper right, middle right, and lower right. As for the rest of the area of the terminal call interface, icons are reserved for other functions that may be involved in the call.
In a specific embodiment, after step S103, the following step S105 is further included.
And S105, responding to the fact that the triggering operation of all the call ending buttons is not received, and keeping the call state of the current call.
In this embodiment, if it is found during monitoring that the user does not click all the call ending buttons, the current call does not need to be hung up, and the call state of the current call is continuously maintained. In other words, even if it is monitored that the user clicks one or more of the call ending buttons, the current call cannot be hung up as long as all the call ending buttons are not clicked, so that the call is prevented from being hung up by mistake.
In a specific embodiment, step S103 is specifically:
and monitoring whether the triggering operation of pressing a preset operation requirement on all the call ending buttons is received.
In this embodiment, in order to further avoid the phenomenon of mistaken hanging up of the call, a certain operation requirement may be preset, and the operation of hanging up the current call is executed only when the user clicks all call ending buttons according to the preset operation requirement, otherwise, the call state of the current call is continuously maintained.
In an optional implementation manner, step S103 specifically includes: and monitoring whether the triggering operation of all the call ending buttons is received in sequence according to a preset sequence.
In this embodiment, the preset operation requirement may be that all the call ending buttons are sequentially clicked according to a preset sequence; as for the click sequence, the click sequence may be set by a manufacturer before the terminal leaves the factory, or may be set by the user after the terminal leaves the factory. As shown in fig. 2, if a user wants to end a current call, the user needs to click the call ending button 1, the call ending button 2, and the call ending button 3 in sequence to end the current call, and once the click sequence is not correct, even if all the call ending buttons are clicked, the user does not actively end the call; or, the two call ending buttons are clicked simultaneously, and the call cannot be ended actively.
In another optional embodiment, step S103 specifically includes: and monitoring whether trigger operation on all the call ending buttons is received within a preset time length.
In this embodiment, the preset operation requirement may be that all call ending buttons are clicked within a preset time duration; the preset duration may be set by a manufacturer before the terminal leaves a factory, or may be set by a user after the terminal leaves the factory.
In another optional implementation manner, step S103 specifically includes: and monitoring whether the triggering operation of all the call ending buttons is received in sequence according to a preset sequence within a preset time length.
In this embodiment, the preset operation requirement may be that all the call ending buttons are sequentially clicked according to a preset sequence within a preset time length. As shown in fig. 2, if the user wants to end the current call, the user needs to click the end call button 1, the end call button 2, and the end call button 3 in sequence within a preset time (e.g., 5 seconds) to end the current call, otherwise, the user continues to maintain the call state of the current call, and the previous click operation of the user is regarded as a misoperation.
In a specific embodiment, after step S103, the following step S106 is further included.
S106, in response to receiving the triggering operation of the partial or all call ending buttons but the operation mode does not meet the preset operation requirement, the call state of the current call is kept, and the step S103 is returned to continuously monitor whether the triggering operation of the all call ending buttons according to the preset operation requirement is received.
In this embodiment, if it is monitored that the user clicks some or all of the call ending buttons, but the clicking mode does not meet the preset operation requirement, the clicking condition of each call ending button is continuously monitored while the call state of the current call is maintained, and whether the current call is hung up is determined according to the monitoring result. Therefore, if the mode that the user clicks the call ending button is not correct, all call ending buttons need to be clicked again according to the preset operation requirement, and the current call can be ended.
In a specific embodiment, before generating at least two end call buttons on the terminal call interface in step S102, the following step S107 is further included.
S107, judging whether the terminal is started to prevent the call from being hung up by mistake, if so, executing a step S102, and generating at least two call ending buttons on a call interface of the terminal; if not, the method is executed according to the conventional mode.
Wherein, the conventional mode is as follows: only one call ending button is arranged on the terminal call interface, once the trigger operation of the call ending button is monitored, the current call is directly hung up, and otherwise, the call state of the current call is continuously kept.
In this embodiment, the function of preventing the call from being hung up by mistake is optional and not necessary, and a user can select to turn on or turn off the function of preventing the call from being hung up by mistake on a setting interface of the terminal.
It should be noted that the sequence of the above steps is only a specific example provided for illustrating the embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention does not limit the sequence of the above steps, and those skilled in the art can adjust the sequence as required in practical application; and the sequence number of the steps does not limit the execution sequence.
The following describes a specific process of this embodiment with reference to fig. 2 as an example:
1) A user starts a function of preventing the call from being hung up by mistake on a mobile phone setting interface;
2) After a user receives a calling phone or dials a called phone and starts normal conversation, three conversation ending buttons are generated on a mobile phone conversation interface;
3) The user accidentally touches the call ending button 1 by ears in the normal call process and is monitored by the mobile phone system;
4) The mobile phone system continuously monitors whether the call ending button 2 and the call ending button 3 are sequentially clicked or not, and if the two actions are not finished within the time of 5 seconds, the operation of the user is regarded as misoperation;
5) After the user finishes the conversation with other users, if the mobile phone system monitors that the call ending button 1, the call ending button 2 and the call ending button 3 are clicked in sequence within the time of 5 seconds, the current conversation is hung up, and the conversation is normally ended.
According to the method for preventing the mistaken hanging-up of the call, provided by the embodiment of the invention, at least two call ending buttons are generated on the call interface of the terminal, and whether the user clicks the call ending buttons at different positions according to the preset operation requirement or not is monitored, so that the mistaken hanging-up of the call caused by accidental touch on the hanging-up button in the call process can be prevented, the probability of the mistaken hanging-up of the call is reduced to the minimum, and the method is simple to operate and easy to realize.
