涉及电力系统监测技术领域的一种基于无人机巡检的电力产配安全监测系统,住厂区设有无人巡检调度中心,无人巡检调度中心设有上位机和监控服务器;每个一次变电站和二次变电站均设有无人机仓储,无人机仓储中设有电站无人机,电站无人机包含数据存储运算模块以及GPS巡航模块、无线信号通讯单元Ⅰ、储电模块和数据采集模块,数据存储运算模块和储电模块分别设有数据传送接口和电能接收单元;高压电塔排组和低压电塔排组中均设有中继电塔,中继电塔的塔身设有无人机中继控制平台,无人机中继控制平台连接有太阳能蓄电单元、中继电能输送单元和无线信号通讯单元Ⅱ;该安全监测系统能够对大范围电网进行系统性和互联性安全监测。

Description

一种基于无人机巡检的电力产配安全监测系统
技术领域
本发明涉及电力系统监测技术领域,尤其是涉及一种基于无人机巡检的电力产配安全监测系统。
背景技术
由于无人机的方便快捷、效率高、灵活性高、低成本等特点,使得无人机的应用越来越广,甚至很多职能部门都开始使用无人机作业,如消防安全、交通巡检、电力巡检等多个部门都开始使用无人机作业;但是目前在电力巡检中,无人机的应用范围都较窄,巡检距离较短,不能够对电网进行系统性和互联性安全监测;比如,公告号为CN110286684A的中国发明专利公开了一种变电站巡检机器人及变电站巡检系统,是通过机器人巡检变电站,还有一些现有技术中的无人机用于巡检发电厂,以及城区电网等,而对于远离城区的大范围的电网系统,受到无人机电量和信息传输的局限,一直不能够被应用推广。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明公开了一种基于无人机巡检的电力产配安全监测系统,能够对大范围电网进行系统性和互联性安全监测。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种基于无人机巡检的电力产配安全监测系统,应用于主要通过高压电塔排组和低压电塔排组搭载电网,来将发电厂、一次变电站、二次变电站和住厂区进行有线电力和数据连接的电力产配系统;该安全监测系统在最靠近一次变电站的住厂区设有无人巡检调度中心,所述无人巡检调度中心设有上位机和接入电网数据传输的监控服务器;每个一次变电站和二次变电站均设有接入电网数据传输的无人机仓储,所述无人机仓储中设有电站无人机,所述电站无人机包含数据存储运算模块,以及分别与数据存储运算模块信号连接的GPS巡航模块、无线信号通讯单元Ⅰ、储电模块和用于收集电网监测数据的数据采集模块,所述数据存储运算模块和储电模块分别设有数据传送接口和电能接收单元;高压电塔排组和低压电塔排组中均设有中继电塔,所述中继电塔的塔身设有接入电网数据传输,并对应承载电站无人机的无人机中继控制平台,所述无人机中继控制平台连接有太阳能蓄电单元、中继电能输送单元和能够与无线信号通讯单元Ⅰ通讯的无线信号通讯单元Ⅱ。
进一步,所述发电厂设有厂内无人机巡检系统,所述厂内无人机巡检系统能够向无人巡检调度中心备份巡检数据。
进一步,所述数据采集模块包含图像采集相机,所述数据存储运算模块中存储有异常对比图集。
进一步,所述数据采集模块包含红外热像仪。
进一步,所述中继电塔设有多个,并均匀分布于高压电塔排组和低压电塔排组中。
进一步,所述线信号通讯单元Ⅰ通讯的无线信号通讯单元Ⅱ用于传输电量数据和采集数据。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明公开的基于无人机巡检的电力产配安全监测系统,利用电网本身的有线数据传输功能,从而能够将电站无人机设置于一次变电站和二次变电站的无人机仓储中,巡检调度任务能够直接发布给变电站,由变电站释放电站无人机巡检;一/二次变电站的电站无人机巡检路径是沿着高/低压电塔搭设的电网进行巡检,巡检范围不超过相邻两个一/二次变电站的中部电塔位置,且巡检过程中能够依靠中继电塔上的无人机中继控制平台进行续航补给,巡检数据传输能够通过返回变电站进行有限传输,巡检过程中发现紧急危险,也能够通过附近的中继电塔直接向无人巡检调度中心进行通讯;综上所述,本发明克服了无人机电量和信息传输的局限,能够对大范围电网进行系统性和互联性安全监测。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明的技术方案进行说明,在描述中,需要理解的是,若有术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系,仅是与本发明的附图对应,为了便于描述本发明,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位:
结合附图1-4所述的基于无人机巡检的电力产配安全监测系统,应用于主要通过高压电塔排组和低压电塔排组搭载电网,来将发电厂、一次变电站、二次变电站和住厂区进行有线电力和数据连接的电力产配系统,现有的电力电网线路已经有了网络信息传输功能,因此电站无人机在巡检过程中采集的数据,能够在返回变电站后进行全网有线传输;
假设从发电厂电力升为高压后,发出一条350KV的高压传输线路,在传输的过程中会经过多个一次变电站,每个一次变电站将电压下降后,再发出一条35KV的低压传输线路,在低压传输中又会经过多个二次变电站将电压降为生活或厂区生产用电,从而构成输电线网;
在最靠近一次变电站的住厂区设有无人巡检调度中心,也即从一次变电站分支出来的低压传输线路只有一个无人巡检调度中心,一般会设在该市县住厂区的电业局中,且该无人巡检调度中心通常靠近一次变电站,其调度巡检范围除了本低压传输线路之外,还要包含该一次变电站的前后段高压传输线路;需要注意的是,当发电厂设有厂内无人机巡检系统,厂内无人机巡检系统能够向最接近的无人巡检调度中心备份巡检数据,便于无人巡检调度中心掌握源头的电力安全生产情况;无人巡检调度中心设有上位机和接入电网数据传输的监控服务器,用于调度发布巡检任务和处理巡检数据;
每个一次变电站和二次变电站均设有接入电网数据传输的无人机仓储,无人机仓储中设有电站无人机,因为每个变电站都至少有两名值班人员,因此,无人巡检调度中心发布的巡检任务能够由变电站值班人员获得,并放出电站无人机,电站无人机在巡检过程中采集的数据,也能够在返回变电站后,由值班人员获得后传输给无人巡检调度中心;
电站无人机包含数据存储运算模块,以及分别与数据存储运算模块信号连接的GPS巡航模块、无线信号通讯单元Ⅰ、储电模块和用于收集电网监测数据的数据采集模块,数据存储运算模块和储电模块分别设有数据传送接口和电能接收单元;GPS巡航模块能够指引电站无人机沿着特定的电网沿线进行巡检,并进行数据采集,通常是进行图像采集,比如拍照;根据需要,数据采集模块包含图像采集相机,数据存储运算模块中存储有异常对比图集,如果图像采集相机拍摄的影响对比出现异常,能够通过无线信号通讯单元Ⅰ直接向中继电塔发出警报,由中继电塔将该警报通过有线传输传回无人巡检调度中心,及时确认处理,不必等电站无人机返回变电站再传输分析采集数据,大大提高了应急处理效率;此外,数据采集模块包含红外热像仪,若发现温度异常,也能够直接报警处理;
考虑到电站无人机的单次巡检航程一般在五到十几公里之间,而相邻电塔之间的距离一般在300-400米,若要长距离巡检,需要在高压电塔排组和低压电塔排组中均设有中继电塔,所谓的中继电塔就是选择其中的原本的高压电塔或低压电塔来作为电站无人机的中继落脚点;根据需要,中继电塔设有多个,并均匀分布于高压电塔排组和低压电塔排组中,实际应用时,可以隔十个电塔选定一个中继电塔;
中继电塔的塔身设有接入电网数据传输,并对应承载电站无人机的无人机中继控制平台,用于无人机降落充电,无人机中继控制平台连接有太阳能蓄电单元、中继电能输送单元和能够与无线信号通讯单元Ⅰ通讯的无线信号通讯单元Ⅱ,太阳能蓄电单元为太阳能充电蓄电,主要是考虑到不管是高压传输线路,还是低压传输线路电压都过高,无法直接取电;线信号通讯单元Ⅰ通讯的无线信号通讯单元Ⅱ用于传输电量数据和采集数据,也即在电站无人机靠近降落无人机中继控制平台之前,需要先获得该中继电塔的太阳能蓄电单元的蓄电情况,若蓄电不足,需要至下一个中继电塔,为防止意外情况出现,需要中继电塔的数量冗余,巡检时间冗余。

1.一种基于无人机巡检的电力产配安全监测系统,应用于主要通过高压电塔排组和低压电塔排组搭载电网,来将发电厂、一次变电站、二次变电站和住厂区进行有线电力和数据连接的电力产配系统,其特征是:最靠近一次变电站的住厂区设有无人巡检调度中心,所述无人巡检调度中心设有上位机和接入电网数据传输的监控服务器;每个一次变电站和二次变电站均设有接入电网数据传输的无人机仓储,所述无人机仓储中设有电站无人机,所述电站无人机包含数据存储运算模块,以及分别与数据存储运算模块信号连接的GPS巡航模块、无线信号通讯单元Ⅰ、储电模块和用于收集电网监测数据的数据采集模块,所述数据存储运算模块和储电模块分别设有数据传送接口和电能接收单元;高压电塔排组和低压电塔排组中均设有中继电塔,所述中继电塔的塔身设有接入电网数据传输,并对应承载电站无人机的无人机中继控制平台,所述无人机中继控制平台连接有太阳能蓄电单元、中继电能输送单元和能够与无线信号通讯单元Ⅰ通讯的无线信号通讯单元Ⅱ。
