Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clearly understood, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-5 and the embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The embodiment of the application discloses a wireless charging control method for a lamp.
Referring to fig. 1, a wireless charging control method for a lamp includes,
step S101, acquiring the surface temperature of a wireless charging base;
the charging temperature of the wireless charging lamp in the wireless charging process can be reflected by collecting the surface temperature of the wireless charging base;
step S102, judging whether the surface temperature exceeds a first preset temperature threshold value;
the first preset temperature threshold value can be preset according to information such as equipment parameters and models of the wireless charging lamp, and when the first preset temperature threshold value is exceeded, the temperature is indicated to be too high, and safety accidents are possibly caused;
step S103, if the temperature exceeds a first preset temperature threshold value, a charging stopping instruction is sent; the charging stopping control instruction is used for controlling the wireless charging base to stop charging the power supply battery of the light-emitting main body;
when the temperature is too high, the wireless charging base is controlled to stop charging, so that the most effective cooling mode is achieved, and the effect of protecting the wireless charging lamp can be achieved;
step S104, if the temperature does not exceed a first preset temperature threshold, determining corresponding preset charging power according to the surface temperature, and sending a charging power adjusting instruction according to the preset charging power; the charging power adjusting instruction is used for controlling the wireless charging base to adjust the current charging power to a preset charging power;
the preset charging power is smaller than or equal to the rated charging power of the power supply battery of the light-emitting main body, and therefore the condition that the equipment is burnt out due to the fact that the charging power is too large is avoided to a certain extent.
In the above embodiment, when it is detected that the surface temperature of the wireless charging base exceeds the first preset temperature threshold, the charging stop instruction is sent to control the wireless charging base to stop charging the power supply battery of the light-emitting main body, so as to achieve the effect of reducing the charging temperature in time; if the surface temperature does not exceed the first preset temperature threshold, the corresponding preset charging power is determined according to the surface temperature, a charging power adjusting instruction is sent to adjust the current charging power of the wireless charging base to the preset charging power, the charging state and the charging temperature are balanced through dynamic adjustment of the charging power, the condition that the service life of a power supply battery of the luminous main body is damaged due to overhigh temperature is reduced, safety accidents are avoided to a certain extent, and the safety in the wireless charging process is effectively improved.
As an embodiment of acquiring the surface temperature of the wireless charging base in step S101, a temperature sensor may be disposed in a heat accumulation region on the surface of the wireless charging base, where the heat accumulation region may be a region where a device with a serious heat generation, such as a high-frequency switching device and a power device, is located, and the temperature sensor is used to acquire the temperature of the heat accumulation region, so that the surface temperature of the wireless charging base can be fed back most truly.
As an embodiment of adjusting the current charging power to the preset charging power in step S104, in the present embodiment, the charging power may be adjusted by adjusting the magnitude of the charging current.
As an embodiment of the step S104, the step of determining the corresponding preset charging power according to the surface temperature includes,
calculating the temperature difference between the surface temperature and a first preset temperature threshold;
determining corresponding preset charging power according to the temperature difference value based on the first preset mapping relation; the first preset mapping relationship comprises a corresponding relationship between a plurality of groups of temperature difference value intervals and preset charging power, and each temperature difference value interval corresponds to one preset charging power.
After the temperature difference value is obtained, determining a corresponding temperature difference value interval according to the temperature difference value, and determining corresponding preset charging power according to the temperature difference value interval; in this embodiment, the preset charging power is an optimal charging power when the temperature difference is in the temperature difference interval, each temperature difference interval and the corresponding preset charging power can be preconfigured by combining the device parameters and the historical monitoring data, and the preset charging power is less than or equal to a rated charging power of a power supply battery of the light-emitting main body.
In the above embodiment, the corresponding preset charging power is determined according to the temperature difference, and when the temperature difference is smaller, it indicates that the charging temperature is higher, the charging power may be adjusted to be lower, so as to achieve the effect of reducing the charging temperature and not to greatly affect the charging speed; when the temperature difference is large, it is indicated that the charging temperature is low, and the charging power can be adjusted to be high, so that the charging state and the charging temperature are kept balanced, and the normal operation of wireless charging is ensured.
As an implementation manner of determining the corresponding preset charging power according to the temperature difference value based on the first preset mapping relationship, the first preset mapping relationship includes a corresponding relationship between a plurality of temperature difference value intervals and the preset charging power; for example, a temperature difference interval of [ T1, T2) corresponds to a preset charging power of P1, and a temperature difference interval of [ T2, T3] corresponds to a preset charging power of P2; if the calculated temperature difference value T is within the range of [ T1, T2), it may be determined that the preset charging power corresponding to the temperature difference value is P1, and if the calculated temperature difference value T is within the range of [ T2, T3), it may be determined that the preset charging power corresponding to the temperature difference value is P2; wherein T3> T2> T1>0 and P1< P2. Therefore, if the temperature difference is judged to be large, a high charging power can be adopted; when the temperature difference is judged to be small, a low charging power may be used.
Referring to fig. 2, as a further embodiment of the control method, after determining whether the surface temperature exceeds the first preset temperature threshold at step S102,
step S201, if the temperature does not exceed a first preset temperature threshold, whether the luminous main body is in an opening state is detected;
the method comprises the following steps of detecting whether a luminous main body is in an on state, namely judging whether a user has a lighting requirement;
step S202, if the light-emitting main body is in an open state, determining a corresponding preset brightness level according to the surface temperature, and sending a brightness level adjustment instruction according to the preset brightness level; the brightness level adjusting instruction is used for controlling the light-emitting main body to adjust the current brightness level to a preset brightness level;
it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the preset brightness level is less than or equal to the current brightness level; it can be understood that, because the user still has the lighting requirement while charging, but the charging is carried out while the use is undoubtedly accelerated the rise of the charging temperature, and the charging temperature is also influenced by the brightness level, when the brightness level of the light-emitting main body is adjusted, the current brightness level adjusted by the user is only kept or reduced on the basis of the current brightness level adjusted by the user according to the charging temperature, and the current brightness level adjusted by the user is not exceeded, so that the influence on the lighting of the user is reduced, meanwhile, the situation that the electric energy is wasted due to overhigh brightness level adjustment is avoided to a certain extent, and the charging protection effect is achieved by reducing the brightness level when the temperature is higher.
In the above embodiment, if the surface temperature does not exceed the first preset temperature threshold, it is detected whether the light-emitting main body is in an on state, if so, it indicates that the user has an illumination requirement, determines a corresponding preset brightness level according to the surface temperature, and sends a brightness level adjustment instruction to adjust the current brightness level of the light-emitting main body to the preset brightness level.
As an embodiment of step S202, determining the corresponding preset brightness level according to the surface temperature includes,
calculating the temperature difference between the surface temperature and a first preset temperature threshold;
determining a corresponding preset brightness level according to the temperature difference value based on the second preset mapping relation; the preset mapping relation comprises a corresponding relation between a plurality of groups of temperature difference value intervals and preset brightness levels, and each temperature difference value interval corresponds to one preset brightness level.
After the temperature difference value is obtained, determining a corresponding temperature difference value interval according to the temperature difference value, and determining a corresponding preset brightness level according to the temperature difference value interval; in this embodiment, the preset brightness level is an optimal brightness level when the temperature difference is in the temperature difference interval, each temperature difference interval and the corresponding preset brightness level may be preconfigured in combination with the device parameters and the historical monitoring data, and the preset brightness level is less than or equal to the current brightness level.
In the above embodiment, the corresponding preset brightness level is determined according to the temperature difference, and when the temperature difference is smaller, which indicates that the charging temperature is higher, the light-emitting main body can be adjusted to a lower brightness level, so as to reduce the influence of the output power of the light-emitting main body on the charging temperature; when the temperature difference is large, the charging temperature is low, and the charging temperature can be adjusted to be a high brightness level, so that the lighting requirement of a user can be met conveniently.
As an implementation manner of determining the corresponding preset brightness level according to the temperature difference value based on the second preset mapping relationship, the second preset mapping relationship includes a corresponding relationship between a plurality of groups of temperature difference value intervals and the preset brightness level; for example, the temperature difference interval [ T1, T2) corresponds to the preset brightness level R1, and the temperature difference interval [ T2, T3] corresponds to the preset brightness level R2; if the calculated temperature difference value T is within [ T1, T2), the preset brightness level corresponding to the temperature difference value is determined to be R1, and if the calculated temperature difference value T is within [ T2, T3), the preset brightness level corresponding to the temperature difference value is determined to be R2; wherein T3> T2> T1>0 and R1< R2. Therefore, if the temperature difference is judged to be larger, the luminous main body can adopt a higher brightness level; when the temperature difference is judged to be small, the light-emitting main body can adopt a low brightness level.
Referring to fig. 3, as a further embodiment of the control method, after determining whether the surface temperature exceeds the first preset temperature threshold in step S102,
step S301, if the temperature does not exceed a first preset temperature threshold, determining a corresponding preset sampling frequency according to the surface temperature, and sending a sampling frequency adjustment instruction according to the preset sampling frequency; the sampling frequency adjusting instruction is used for adjusting the current sampling frequency for acquiring the surface temperature of the wireless charging base to be a preset sampling frequency.
In this embodiment, acquire the surface temperature of wireless charging base through setting up certain sampling frequency, be convenient for in time know the temperature information among the charging process.
In the above embodiment, if the surface temperature does not exceed the first preset temperature threshold, the corresponding preset sampling frequency is determined according to the surface temperature, and a sampling frequency adjustment instruction is sent to adjust the current sampling frequency to the preset sampling frequency, so that the sampling requirements at different charging temperatures are met through dynamic adjustment of the sampling frequency, and the adaptability is improved.
As an embodiment of determining the corresponding preset sampling frequency according to the surface temperature, the specific steps include,
calculating the temperature difference between the surface temperature and a first preset temperature threshold;
determining a corresponding preset sampling frequency according to the temperature difference value based on the third preset mapping relation; the third preset mapping relationship comprises a corresponding relationship between a plurality of groups of temperature difference intervals and preset sampling frequencies, and each temperature difference interval corresponds to one preset sampling frequency.
After the temperature difference is obtained, a corresponding temperature difference interval is determined according to the temperature difference. Then, according to the temperature difference interval, the corresponding preset sampling frequency can be determined; in this embodiment, the preset sampling frequency is an optimal sampling frequency when the temperature difference is in the temperature difference interval, and each temperature difference interval and the corresponding preset sampling frequency can be preconfigured in combination with the device parameters and the historical monitoring data.
In the above embodiment, the corresponding preset sampling frequency is determined according to the temperature difference, and when the temperature difference is smaller, which indicates that the charging temperature is higher, the sampling frequency can be adjusted to be higher, so as to obtain the temperature information in time and improve the safety in the wireless charging process; when the temperature difference is large, it indicates that the charging temperature is low, and the sampling frequency can be adjusted to be low, so as to reduce the waste of system resources.
As an implementation of determining the corresponding preset sampling frequency according to the temperature difference value based on a third preset mapping relationship, the third preset mapping relationship includes a corresponding relationship between a plurality of groups of temperature difference value intervals and the preset sampling frequency; for example, the temperature difference interval is [ T1, T2) corresponding to the preset sampling frequency is f1, and the temperature difference interval is [ T2, T3] corresponding to the preset sampling frequency is f2; if the calculated temperature difference value T is within [ T1, T2), the preset sampling frequency corresponding to the temperature difference value is determined to be f1, and if the calculated temperature difference value T is within [ T2, T3), the preset sampling frequency corresponding to the temperature difference value is determined to be f2; wherein T3> T2> T1>0, f1> f2. Therefore, if the temperature difference value is judged to be larger, the temperature can be acquired by adopting a lower preset sampling frequency; when the temperature difference is judged to be small, the temperature can be acquired by adopting a high preset sampling frequency.
It should be noted that, for the first preset mapping relationship, the second preset mapping relationship, and the third preset mapping relationship, all the mentioned temperature difference values are always greater than or equal to 0; for example, if the first preset temperature threshold is set to 40 degrees and the surface temperature is 30 degrees, the temperature difference is 10 degrees; in addition, in the actual configuration process, the configuration manner of the temperature difference interval of each preset mapping relationship may be the same or different, and the opening and closing of the end point of each temperature difference interval, the length of each temperature difference interval, and the number of the temperature difference intervals may be set and adjusted according to the actual situation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 4, as a further embodiment of the control method, after the step of sending the charging stop instruction in step S103,
step S1031, judging whether the surface temperature of the wireless charging base is lower than a second preset temperature threshold value after a preset time;
the surface temperature of the wireless charging base is gradually reduced after the charging is stopped, and if the surface temperature is detected to be reduced to be lower than the second preset temperature threshold after the preset time, the wireless charging base can be charged again; the preset time is the shortest interval time between the stop charging and the recovery charging of the wireless charging base, so that the sufficient cooling time of the wireless charging base is ensured; in this embodiment, both the preset time and the second preset temperature threshold may be preset according to the device parameters and the actual requirements, and it can be understood that the second preset temperature threshold is lower than the first preset temperature threshold.

the wireless charging base is used for charging the lamps, wherein the charging state of the lamps cannot be paid attention to by a user at any time in the charging process of the wireless charging lamp, so that the charging can be automatically recovered to continue after the temperature of the wireless charging base is recovered to a normal temperature after the charging is stopped due to overhigh temperature, and the user can finally obtain the lamps which are charged;
step S1033, if not, sending a maintenance prompt signal to the user terminal;
the user terminal may be a mobile terminal of a user, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like; the overhaul prompting signal can prompt in a short message pushing or message prompting mode.
