Example 1
As shown in fig. 2, in example 1 provided by the present invention, a method for evaluating acne efficacy based on lipid measurement includes the following steps:
step S201: calling historical measurement data of facial grease of a node of a user at a designated historical time from a database;
in a specific implementation of step S201 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the historical measurement data includes facial grease data measured by the historical time node and a facial historical image acquired by the camera 101 while the grease data is measured; for example, at a certain previous time node, measurement of facial fat data and acquisition of a facial image captured by the camera 101 are performed;
step S202: acquiring real-time measurement data of facial grease of a user at a current time node;
similarly, in the specific implementation of step S202 provided by the present invention, when the efficacy of the acne-removing product used for a period of time needs to be evaluated, the facial grease data measured at the current time node of the user needs to be obtained, and the current facial image obtained by the camera 101 while the grease data is measured, that is, the real-time measured data also includes the real-time facial image;
step S203: determining a region to be detected based on comparison of historical measurement data and real-time measurement data;
in the specific implementation of step S203 provided by the present invention, the real-time grease data in the current real-time measurement data needs to be compared with the historical grease data in the historical measurement data, so as to ensure that the grease data of the current facial state of the user is consistent with the historical grease data referred to, and avoid the influence on the evaluation of the acne treatment efficacy due to the difference of the grease data, wherein when the error range is smaller than the threshold value, the maintenance is considered consistent; therefore, in the implementation process, the facial image of the user is divided into a plurality of comparison areas, historical measurement data and real-time measurement data corresponding to each comparison area are compared, and the area to be detected is determined according to the comparison result; it can be understood that, the historical measured data and the real-time measured data of the current comparison area need to be extracted first; and when the measurement difference value between the historical measurement data and the real-time measurement data is smaller than the grease threshold value, taking the current comparison area as the area to be detected.
Step S204: extracting a face historical image corresponding to the historical measurement data from a database, and extracting the face historical image based on the to-be-detected region to obtain a first image;
step S205: acquiring a real-time face image corresponding to the real-time measuring data, and extracting the real-time face image based on the area to be detected to obtain a second image;
step S206: and comparing the first image with the second image, and determining a power evaluation result according to the comparison result.
Further, in embodiment 1 of the present invention, after the step of comparing the first image with the second image and determining the efficacy evaluation result according to the comparison result, the method for evaluating the efficacy of acne treatment further includes:

Further, in embodiment 1 of the present invention, the step of determining the region to be detected based on the comparison between the historical measurement data and the real-time measurement data includes:
step S2031: the facial image of the user is segmented into a plurality of comparison regions, such as a forehead region, a cheek region, a wing of the nose region, a chin region, and the like.
Step S2032: and comparing the historical measurement data and the real-time measurement data corresponding to each comparison area, and determining the area to be detected according to the comparison result.
Further, in embodiment 1 provided by the present invention, the step of comparing the historical measurement data and the real-time measurement data corresponding to each comparison area, and determining the area to be detected according to the comparison result includes:
step S20321: extracting historical measuring data and real-time measuring data of a current comparison area;
step S20322: when the measurement difference value between the historical measurement data and the real-time measurement data is smaller than the grease threshold value, taking the current comparison area as an area to be detected;
in the specific implementation of step S20322 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the historical grease data value in the historical measurement data and the real-time grease data value in the real-time measurement data are extracted, the historical grease data value and the real-time grease data value are compared, the difference between the historical grease data value and the real-time grease data value is used as a measurement difference, and the measurement difference is compared with a threshold, where it can be understood that the threshold is a grease threshold, and an area where the measurement difference is smaller than the threshold is used as an area to be detected; the threshold value of the grease is a set value according to needs, and is not particularly limited.
Further, in embodiment 1 provided by the present invention, the step of extracting the facial history image based on the region to be detected to obtain a first image includes:
extracting coordinate information of edge pixel points of a region to be detected;
determining a dividing line of the face history image according to the coordinate information;

Further, in embodiment 1 provided by the present invention, the step of extracting the real-time facial image based on the region to be detected to obtain a second image includes:
extracting coordinate information of edge pixel points of a region to be detected;
determining a dividing line of the real-time face image according to the coordinate information;
and carrying out segmentation processing on the real-time face image along the segmentation line to obtain a second image.
Further, in embodiment 1 provided by the present invention, the step of comparing the first image and the second image comprises:
performing equal ratio segmentation on the first image according to a preset rule to form a plurality of subregions, counting the subregions containing the acnes, and calculating the sum of the areas of the subregion sets containing the acnes to obtain a first area;
performing equal ratio segmentation on the second image according to a preset rule to form a plurality of sub-regions, counting the sub-regions containing the pox, and calculating the sum of the areas of a set of the sub-regions containing the pox to obtain a second area;
the sizes of the first area and the second area are compared.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset rule can be that the image is divided into a plurality of grids in an equal ratio, each grid is used as a sub-region, positioning and identification of the pox in the image are carried out by constructing a deep pox learning model, and the sum of the areas of the pox-containing grids and the sub-regions is calculated by counting the set of the areas of the grids and the sub-regions containing the pox.
In the process of building the vaccinia deep learning model, each group of vaccinia training samples is adopted to comprise the position and type of each vaccinia in a corresponding vaccinia face image; constructing a pox and pox to-be-trained network by utilizing a PyTorch deep learning framework; and training the vaccinia to-be-trained network according to the vaccinia sample face image data set to obtain a vaccinia deep learning model.
Further, in example 1 provided by the present invention, the step of determining the efficacy evaluation result according to the comparison result comprises:
when the difference value of the first area and the second area is larger than an area threshold value and the first area is larger than the second area, recording a judgment result as positive efficacy;
when the difference value between the first area and the second area is larger than an area threshold value and the first area is smaller than the second area, recording a judgment result as a negative effect;
and recording the judgment result as zero efficacy when the absolute value of the difference value of the first area and the second area is smaller than an area threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the area threshold is a set value, and is not specifically limited; the positive efficacy indicates that the acne removing product is effective, and the negative efficacy indicates that the acne removing product is ineffective or even has side effects; the zero efficacy indicates no significant effect of the acne-removing product. Therefore, the invention firstly extracts the area with unchanged grease data, namely the area to be detected, and reflects the efficacy of the acne product according to the change condition of the acne on the face of the area to be detected.
In summary, in the acne treatment efficacy evaluation method provided by the invention, historical measurement data of facial oil at a specified historical time node of a user is called in a database; acquiring real-time measurement data of facial grease of a user at a current time node; determining the area to be detected based on the comparison of the historical measurement data and the real-time measurement data; extracting a face historical image corresponding to the historical measurement data from a database, and extracting the face historical image based on the to-be-detected region to obtain a first image; acquiring a real-time face image corresponding to the real-time measurement data, and extracting the real-time face image based on the area to be detected to obtain a second image; the first image and the second image are compared, and the efficacy evaluation result is determined according to the comparison result.
