Wherein the written verification comprises: the verification system main function elaboration accuracy 6 refers to the verification team judging whether the main function part of the system can be accurately described; the verification system component description accuracy 7 is that a verification team judges whether the system component characters can be accurately described; verifying the accuracy 8 of the position information of the part refers to judging whether part of characters of the position information of the part can be accurately described by a verification team; verifying the accuracy 9 of the system schematic diagram refers to verifying whether the team judges part of the system schematic diagram information can clearly and accurately express the system principle; the verification control instruction description accuracy 10 refers to the verification team judging whether the system control instruction part of characters can be accurately described; the verification system interface description accuracy 11 refers to a verification team judging whether the system interface part characters can be accurately described; verifying whether the terms are accurate or not, wherein the step 12 of verifying whether the terms in the file are accurate or not and whether the full text is consistent or not is judged by a verification team; verifying the fault description accuracy 13 refers to verifying whether the team judges whether the characters of the fault description part can be accurately described; verifying the fault influence description accuracy 14 refers to verifying whether the team judges whether the text of the fault influence description part can be accurately described; verifying the accuracy 15 of the description of the concurrent route fault refers to verifying whether the team judges whether the text of the concurrent route fault can be accurately described; verifying the description accuracy 16 of the concurrent route fault influence refers to verifying whether the team judges whether the characters of the concurrent route fault influence part can be accurately described; verifying (M) program description accuracy 17 and verifying (O) program description accuracy 18 means that a verification team verifies the literal descriptions of the (M) program and the (O) program and judges whether the program descriptions are clear and accurate; the verification limit information description accuracy 19 refers to the verification team judging whether the limit information part characters can be accurately described; summarizing the verification conclusion 20 means that the verification team summarizes the verification process and judges that the verification is passed.
The verification work at the stage is combined with a verification mode, and a proper verification opportunity is selected and determined, such as flight test verification, and can be combined with model qualification approval test flight or function and reliability test flight development; in addition, the review board of the relevant review unit needs to be coordinated to confirm whether the witness needs to be verified.
3.2 authentication mode
According to different verification requirements and required conditions, PMMEL verification modes can be mainly divided into 3 types: written verification (main verification flow, analysis process, principle, integrity and the like), simulation machine test verification (main verification O program and unit load), onboard test verification (flight test verification and ground test verification, wherein the flight test verification mainly verifies the O program and the unit load, and the ground test verification mainly verifies the M program), and simulation verification can also be carried out according to actual requirements. For those specialized verification projects that have already been conducted during aircraft development, if it can be determined that the verification requirements and content are consistent with the PMMEL verification requirements, a test report can be provided without re-verification after approval by the relevant review entity.
For example, the AG600 airplane PMMEL verification method for content correctness of the AEG review submission file can be divided into two main categories of written verification and operation verification due to different verification contents.
The written verification is to compare the content of the submitted document of the PMMEL in the AEG review with the design data, the test flight data, the actual technical state of the airplane and the like in writing, review the technical basis and the data source of the document content and ensure the correctness of the content of the submitted document of the PMMEL in the AEG review.
The operation verification is performed through operation of specific content, and specifically includes: simulation machine test, ground test and flight test.
a) And (3) simulation machine test: simulating the flight with faults, and showing that the fault influence analysis is consistent with the actual situation, and/or the working load of the unit is acceptable, and/or the operation program is effective and operable;
b) And (3) ground test: the airplane in the ground state is used, the fault state is set on the airplane, the working state of the system after the fault is demonstrated, the fault influence analysis is consistent with the actual situation, and the airplane is also suitable for performing actual operation demonstration on maintenance or operation programs, and the effectiveness and operability of the programs are demonstrated;
c) Flight test: and (3) demonstrating fault flight, wherein the fault influence analysis is consistent with the actual condition, and/or the workload of the unit is acceptable, and/or the operation program is effective and operable.
And aiming at the elements of the PMMEL suggested project which need to be verified, selecting a proper verification mode according to the following principle 1.
Table 1 selection principle of corresponding verification mode of PMMEL suggested verification object
Figure BDA0003772150440000141
As shown in table 1, the selected verification mode of the item to be verified is listed as the minimum requirement. Higher requirements of the verification can be actually or according to the requirements of the relevant review units. The basic principle of selecting the verification mode comprises the following steps:
a) Determining a proper (in a form of selecting one or more methods) verification mode according to the content of the verification object;
b) Except for the requirements of related review units, the operation verification is selected according to the priority of the simulation machine test verification, the ground test verification and the flight test verification;
c) Arranging the verification of a plurality of verification objects in one verification activity as much as possible;
d) Before operation verification, the configuration of equipment is required to be ensured to meet the requirement;
e) The selection of the verification mode should ensure that the fault state can be reproduced and the verification result is valid;
f) The suggested revisions may be evaluated and supplemental verification may be conducted as needed.
3.3 evaluation of the validation results
The requirements for verifying the evaluation criteria and conclusions are as follows:
a) Design-related information validation criteria
Through written verification, the contents of system principle, system description, system design data, unit alarm system (CAS) information and the like in a verification object of the PMMEL are evaluated and are consistent with a design configuration.
b) Failure impact validation criteria
Through written verification and operation verification, the fault influence verification standard mainly comprises the following steps:
1) The equipment fault phenomenon and the fault influence are consistent with the result of the system safety analysis;
2) No other unforeseen faults or effects;
3) The impact level meets the MMEL-related requirements.
c) (M) program verification Standard
By written verification and operation verification, (M) program verification criteria include:
1) (M) the program can achieve the effect of reducing the fault influence level;
2) (M) the program is operable.
d) (O) program verification Standard
By written verification and operation verification, (O) program verification criteria include:
1) The (O) program can achieve the effect of reducing the influence level of the fault;
2) The (O) procedure is operational and does not place a large load on the pilot.
e) Pilot load assessment validation criteria
Through operation verification, the pilot load assessment verification criteria include:
1) The relevant restrictions do not affect the safety and operating standards;
2) And relevant limit loads meet requirements under the condition of actual measurement of a pilot.
f) PMMEL validation conclusions
1) And (4) passing. The content of the verification object is consistent with the actual content without modification.
2) And passing after modification. The suggested project maintains a safety level which still meets the requirement, the re-verification is not required to be arranged, only partial content needs to be modified, and the verification can be passed:
the fault impact analysis is substantially accurate, allowing for partial information errors or deletions that do not affect the final conclusion (whether the proposed project can be retained), and/or; not causing a crew workload that results in the proposed project not being dispatchable, and/or; the procedure may achieve the goal of mitigating or eliminating security impacts, and may be accomplished in a predictable environment, allowing for partial information errors or deletions that do not affect the final conclusion.
3) And if not, verifying after modification. The verification object content does not match the reality, and the planned modified content needs to rearrange verification:
under the condition of dispatching with faults, the operation influence caused by subjective judgment of the faults is unacceptable, but other relieving measures exist theoretically and/or; the working load of the unit is greatly increased, and a complete flight task cannot be completed, but other relieving measures exist theoretically and/or; the procedure cannot be completed in the expected environment, but there are theoretically other mitigation measures.
4) Otherwise, the item is cancelled. Verifying that the content of the object does not conform to the reality, evaluating the safety level that the suggested item is regarded as reserved and cannot meet the requirement:
under the condition of dispatching with faults, the operation influence caused by the faults is subjectively judged to be unacceptable, and effective relieving measures and/or effective relieving measures are not available; the workload of the unit is greatly increased, a complete flight task cannot be completed, and effective relieving measures and/or effective relieving measures are/is not provided; the procedure cannot be completed in a predictable environment without effective mitigation.
