Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerators, in particular to a refrigerator capable of unfreezing meat and a use method thereof, wherein the refrigerator comprises a box body, a placing cavity is arranged in the box body, a first partition plate is arranged in the placing cavity, and the first partition plate divides the placing cavity into a freezing cavity and an unfreezing cavity; the bottom of the first clapboard is fixedly sleeved on a rotating shaft, the front end and the rear end of the rotating shaft are rotationally connected to the front cavity wall and the rear cavity wall of the placing cavity, and the rotating shaft is driven by a motor to rotate; the rotating shaft is connected with a second clapboard, and a movable cavity is formed between the second clapboard and the first clapboard; mounting cavities are respectively arranged right above, right behind and right in front of the placing cavity, a telescopic cylinder is arranged in the mounting cavities, and a supporting block is arranged at the inner end of the telescopic cylinder; the bottom surfaces of the freezing cavity and the thawing cavity are respectively provided with a first perforation, and a storage cavity is respectively arranged below the first perforation; and second through holes are respectively formed in the first partition plate and the second partition plate, correspond to the first through holes, and are provided with drawing plates. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerators, in particular to a refrigerator capable of unfreezing meat and a using method thereof.
Background
In daily life, food placed in a freezing chamber of a refrigerator is unfrozen for a long time before being taken out of the refrigerator, and the food can be cooked, so that the waiting time in the whole unfreezing process is long; in particular, the working staff does not have enough time to wait for the thawing of the frozen food, and often takes out the frozen food before working for thawing, but the food is often thawed after working and exposed to normal temperature for several hours, resulting in the food being not fresh or deteriorated. And the user generally carries out normal temperature thawing or heating thawing, and other heating thawing equipment is required to be utilized for heating thawing.
At present, refrigerator products with unfreezing chambers appear on the market, but meat still needs to be manually placed in the unfreezing chambers to be unfrozen, so that the refrigerator is very inconvenient.

mounting cavities are respectively arranged right above, right behind and right in front of the placing cavity, a telescopic cylinder is arranged in the mounting cavities, a supporting block is arranged at the inner end of the telescopic cylinder, and the supporting block can abut against the first partition plate or the second partition plate;
the bottom surfaces of the freezing cavity and the thawing cavity are respectively provided with a first perforation, and a storage cavity is respectively arranged below the two first perforations; and the first partition plate and the second partition plate are respectively provided with a second through hole, the second through hole corresponds to the first through hole, and the second through hole is provided with a drawing plate.
Preferably, the freezing chamber rear side and the thawing chamber rear side are respectively provided with a freezing system and a thawing system.
Preferably, the top surface of the freezing cavity and the top surface of the unfreezing cavity are respectively provided with a camera.
Preferably, a clamping groove is formed in the wall of the second through hole, and the drawing plate is matched with the clamping groove.
Preferably, rubber gaskets are arranged on one side of the first partition plate and one side of the second partition plate.
Preferably, the rubber gasket is provided with through holes vertically corresponding to the second through holes.

1. the movable cavity is transferred into the freezing cavity and is extended through the telescopic cylinder, and the supporting block is propped against the second partition plate;
2. placing meat into the movable cavity, and sliding the meat needing to be frozen for a long time into the corresponding storage cavity from the second through hole on the first partition plate and the corresponding first through hole for freezing;
3. when thawing is needed after freezing is finished, the telescopic cylinder is controlled to loosen the supporting block, then the motor is controlled to rotate the second partition plate and the first partition plate, the movable cavity enters the thawing cavity to be thawed, and the telescopic cylinder extends to enable the supporting block to abut against the first partition plate;
4. taking the unfrozen meat, and enabling the rest meat to enter the freezing cavity along with the movable cavity again as required to be frozen, or sliding the rest meat into the corresponding storage cavity through the second through hole in the second partition plate and the corresponding first through hole to be unfrozen and refrigerated.
The meat freezing chamber and the meat thawing chamber can be conveniently switched to the freezing chamber and the thawing chamber, manual operation is reduced, intelligence is high, and sealing performance is good.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a refrigerator capable of thawing meat, which includes a box body 110, a placing cavity 120 with a semicircular section is arranged in the box body 110, a first partition 130 is arranged in the middle of the placing cavity 120, and the placing cavity 120 is divided into a freezing cavity 121 and a thawing cavity 122 by the first partition 130; the bottom of the first partition 130 is fixedly sleeved on a rotating shaft 140, the front end and the rear end of the rotating shaft 140 are rotatably connected to the front cavity wall and the rear cavity wall of the placing cavity 120, and the rotating shaft 140 is driven by a motor 141 to rotate; the rotating shaft 140 is connected with a second partition plate 150, the second partition plate 150 is perpendicular to the first partition plate 130, and a movable cavity is formed between the second partition plate 150 and the first partition plate 130;
the installation cavity 160 is respectively arranged right above, right behind and right in front of the placing cavity 120, a telescopic cylinder 170 is arranged in the installation cavity 160, a supporting block 180 is arranged at the inner end of the telescopic cylinder 170, and the supporting block 180 can prop against the first partition plate 130 or the second partition plate 150;
the bottom surfaces of the freezing cavity 121 and the thawing cavity 122 are respectively provided with a first perforation 190, and a storage cavity 200 is respectively arranged below the two first perforations 190; the first separator 130 and the second separator 150 are respectively provided with a second through hole 210, the second through hole 210 corresponds to the first through hole 190, and the second through hole 210 is provided with a drawing plate 211.
The first partition plate 130 and the second partition plate 150 are arranged between the freezing cavity 121 and the thawing cavity 122, so that meat in the movable cavity can be conveniently switched into the freezing cavity 121 and the thawing cavity 122; the motor 141 drives the rotating shaft 140 to rotate, and the rotating shaft 140 drives the first partition 130 to rotate, so that the switching process can be automatically carried out; when a user needs to unfreeze meat or refreeze unfrozen meat, only the motor needs to be remotely controlled, and the method is very convenient. The telescopic cylinder 170 in the installation cavity 160 can extend the supporting block 180, and the supporting block 180 can press the first partition plate 130 or the second partition plate 150 located between the freezing cavity 121 and the thawing cavity 122, so that the sealing performance is improved, and the stability of the first partition plate 130 or the second partition plate 150 is improved.
Through the setting of two first perforation 190 and two second perforations 210 for the meat that need not switch can fall into corresponding storage chamber 200 and store, for example the meat that needs long-term freezing can fall into corresponding storage chamber 200 and carry out long-term freezing, for example the meat that carries out cold-stored fresh-keeping after unfreezing can fall into corresponding storage chamber 200 and keep fresh. The drawing plate 211 corresponds to a switch on the second through hole 210.
The freezing chamber 121 and the thawing chamber 122 are respectively provided with a freezing system 1211 and a thawing system 1221 at the rear side thereof.
The freezing system 1211 and the thawing system 1221 are used for thawing in the freezing and thawing chamber 122 of the freezing chamber 121, respectively; the freezing system 1211 and the unfreezing system 1221 both adopt a refrigeration system of a common refrigerator, wherein the freezing system 1211 is controlled to be at a temperature of between 15 ℃ below zero and 18 ℃ below zero, the unfreezing system 1221 is controlled to be at a temperature of between 0 and 5 ℃, and the unfreezing system 1221 still has the functions of refrigerating and preserving after being unfrozen.
The top surface of the freezing cavity 121 and the top surface of the thawing cavity 122 are respectively provided with a camera 220.
The camera 220 is provided to enable remote viewing of the conditions inside the freezing chamber 121 and the thawing chamber 122.
The hole wall of the second through hole 210 is provided with a clamping groove 212, and the drawing plate 211 is matched with the clamping groove 212.
The matching of the drawing plate 211 and the clamping groove 212 can improve the sealing performance.
The rubber packing 230 is provided with through holes corresponding to the second through holes 210 up and down. The through holes are arranged to facilitate the meat to fall into the storage chamber 200.
The storage chamber 200 is provided at a side thereof with a slope corresponding to the first penetration hole 190. The ramp is provided to reduce damage during the process of dropping meat into the storage chamber 200.
A chamber door is provided in front of the freezing chamber 121, the thawing chamber 122 and the two storage chambers 200.
The arrangement of the chamber doors facilitates removal of the meat from the freezing chamber 121, the thawing chamber 122 and the two storage chambers 200.
The embodiment provides a thawing method of a refrigerator capable of thawing meat, which adopts the refrigerator capable of thawing meat and comprises the following steps:
1. the movable cavity is transferred into the freezing cavity 121 and is extended through the telescopic cylinder 170, and the supporting block 180 is propped against the second partition plate 150;
2. placing meat into the movable chamber, and sliding the meat requiring long-term freezing from the second perforations 210 and the corresponding first perforations 190 of the first partition 130 into the corresponding storage chamber 200 for freezing;
3. when the thawing is needed after the freezing is finished, the telescopic cylinder 170 is controlled to loosen the supporting block 180, then the motor 141 is controlled to rotate the second partition 150 and the first partition 130, so that the movable cavity enters the thawing cavity 122 for thawing, and the supporting block 180 is propped against the first partition 130 through the extension of the telescopic cylinder 170;
4. the thawed meat is taken out, and the remaining meat enters the freezing cavity 121 along with the movable cavity again to be frozen as required, or slides into the corresponding storage cavity 200 through the second perforation 210 and the corresponding first perforation 190 on the second partition 150 to be thawed and refrigerated.
The method can conveniently switch meat into the freezing cavity 121 and the unfreezing cavity 122, reduces manual operation, is high in intelligence, and can be used in cooperation with smart homes.

3. when thawing is needed after freezing is finished, the telescopic cylinder (170) is controlled to loosen the supporting block (180), then the motor (141) is controlled to rotate the second partition plate (150) and the first partition plate (130), so that the movable cavity enters the thawing cavity (122) to thaw, and the supporting block (180) is propped against the first partition plate (130) through extension of the telescopic cylinder (170);
4. taking the unfrozen meat, and enabling the residual meat to enter the freezing cavity (121) along with the movable cavity again to be frozen according to the requirement, or sliding the residual meat into the corresponding storage cavity (200) through the second through hole (210) and the corresponding first through hole (190) in the second partition plate (150) to be unfrozen and refrigerated.
