Abstract
本发明涉及一种光伏发电面板清洗液。由乙二醇、工业乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、片碱、五水偏硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钾、尿素、二乙烯三胺、酒石酸钾、香精、色素、水蜡和纯净水混配而成;各组分的重量百分比为,乙二醇34~36%、工业乙醇6~8%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4~9%、片碱0.2~0.5%、五水偏硅酸钠0.2~0.5%、三聚磷酸钠7~9%、焦磷酸钠6~8%、尿素0.5~0.8%、二乙烯三胺8~9%、酒石酸钾6~8%、香精0.4~0.7%、水蜡2~3%、色素0.5~0.8%,余量为纯净水。本发明提供了一种光伏发电面板清洗液,减少了用水量,清洗效果好,清洗后能够在面板表面形成持久疏水层以达到长效的洁净效果,在低温条件下也能够使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于清洗液技术领域,尤其涉及一种光伏发电面板清洗液。
背景技术
近年来,光伏技术得到了长足发展。光伏发电是指依靠光伏板吸收太阳能并转换成电能的发电方式,作为一种绿色环保的发电技术,当前已经具有了相当的产业规模。光伏发电站一般包含变压器、逆变器和光伏方阵,并且配置必要的辅助设施,其中由光伏发电面板组件构成的光伏方阵作为能量转化的关键组件。
光伏发电面板容易受到空气中污染物的影响,尤其在多尘的户外环境中容易在面板表面形成灰尘层,灰尘布满光伏发电面板的表面时会严重影响对太阳能的吸收和转化,因此需要做定期的清洁维护。现有的主要清洁方式为人工水洗,采用专用的喷淋洗刷工具对光伏发电面板的表面进行喷淋清洗,去除表面附着物。现有人工水洗的操作要点是采用大量水源进行表面冲洗,用水量大,通常导致地面泥泞不堪,容易导致光伏发电面板发生二次污染。另一方面,冲洗的水源在冬季低温环境下容易结冰,导致无法进行有效的清洗作业。再者,现有的水洗作业只进行光伏发电面板的表面清洁,而无法令面板的表面处于长效的洁净状态。因此,需要根据业内需求开发一种适用于光伏发电面板清洗的清洗液产品。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种减少用水量、在面板表面形成持久疏水层、在低温条件下也能够使用的光伏发电面板清洗液。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种光伏发电面板清洗液由乙二醇、工业乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、片碱、五水偏硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钾、尿素、二乙烯三胺、酒石酸钾、香精、色素、水蜡和纯净水混配而成;各组分的重量百分比为,乙二醇34~36%、工业乙醇6~8%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4~9%、片碱0.2~0.5%、五水偏硅酸钠0.2~0.5%、三聚磷酸钠7~9%、焦磷酸钠6~8%、尿素0.5~0.8%、二乙烯三胺8~9%、酒石酸钾6~8%、香精0.4~0.7%、水蜡2~3%、色素0.5~0.8%,余量为纯净水。
优选地:各组分的重量百分比为,乙二醇34.5~35.5%、工业乙醇6.5~7.5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠6~8%、片碱0.3~0.4%、五水偏硅酸钠0.3~0.4%、三聚磷酸钠7.5~8.5%、焦磷酸钠6.5~7.5%、尿素0.6~0.7%、二乙烯三胺8.5~9%、酒石酸钾6.5~7.5%、香精0.5~0.6%、水蜡2.5~3%、色素0.6~0.7%,余量为纯净水。
优选地:各组分的重量百分比为,乙二醇35%、工业乙醇7%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7%、片碱0.35%、五水偏硅酸钠0.35%、三聚磷酸钠8%、焦磷酸钠7%、尿素0.65%、二乙烯三胺8.5%、酒石酸钾7%、香精0.55%、水蜡2.5%、色素0.65%,余量为纯净水。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明提供了一种光伏发电面板清洗液,通过添加乙二醇和特定比例的工业乙醇,混合后清洗液的冰点可以达到-25℃,因此本清洗液能够在冬季低温环境下用于光伏发电面板的清洗使用。同时,乙二醇粘度较大,在清洗过程中起到润滑作用,保护光伏发电面板表面,防止被划伤。通过添加尿素,在粘度不变的情况下增加粘结力,进一步提高润滑效果。本发明的清洗液中添加有阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,易溶于水,易起泡,起到表面去污作用。配合片碱和五水偏硅酸钠,去污作用得到增强。
本发明的清洗液通过添加三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠和酒石酸钾能防止水硬化,拥有溶解钙镁不溶性盐的作用,防止清洗液中阴离子表面活性剂与外界钙镁离子结合,提高去污效果;此外,其对外界的蛋白质有胶融效果,对脂肪有乳化作用,对固体粒子有分散悬浮作用,可清洁野外粘附的蚊虫,虫胶和尘土等污染物;具有反絮凝作用,防止堵塞管路,此外三聚磷酸钠和焦磷酸钠作为缓蚀剂,防止储存容器和管路生锈。在此基础上添加二乙烯三胺,可以增强对金属离子的螯合作用,进一步避免钙镁离子影响阴离子表面活性剂效果。通过在本清洗液中加入前述抗凝剂、表面活性剂和缓蚀剂,降低清洗液的表面张力,缓蚀面板上附着的污物,能够减少清洗液的使用量,达到免擦拭清洗的技术效果,避免造成泥泞的清洗现场。
本发明的清洗液通过添加水蜡,清洗后在光伏发电面板表面建立持久的疏水层,形成“荷叶疏水”效应,令面板的表面处于长效的洁净状态,保证面板的光电转化能力。
具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹举以下实施例详细说明。
本发明的光伏发电面板清洗液由乙二醇、工业乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、片碱、五水偏硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钾、尿素、二乙烯三胺、酒石酸钾、香精、色素、水蜡和纯净水混配而成。
其中,乙二醇和工业乙醇两者用于降低清洗液的冰点,令本清洗液能够在低温环境下使用;乙二醇和尿素两者令清洗液具备一定的粘性,在清洗过程中起到润滑作用,增加粘结力,提高润滑效果;十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为阴离子表面活性剂,起到表面去污的作用,配合片碱和五水偏硅酸钠,增强面板表面的去污效果;三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠和酒石酸钾用于防止水硬化,拥有溶解钙镁不溶性盐的作用,防止清洗液中阴离子表面活性剂与外界钙镁离子结合;添加二乙烯三胺可以增强对金属离子的螯合作用,进一步避免钙镁离子影响阴离子表面活性剂效果;通过添加水蜡,清洗后在光伏发电面板表面建立持久的疏水层;通过添加香精和色素,调制本清洗液的形态。
各成分的进一步说明如下:
乙二醇,又名甘醇、1,2-亚乙基二醇,简称EG,是最简单的二元醇。乙二醇是无色无臭、有甜味液体,对动物有低毒性,乙二醇能与水、丙酮互溶,但在醚类中溶解度较小。用作溶剂、防冻剂以及合成涤纶的原料。
工业乙醇,即工业上使用的酒精,也称变性酒精、工业火酒。工业酒精的纯度一般为95%和99%,本发明中选取纯度为99%的工业乙醇。
十二烷基苯磺酸钠,简称SDBS,是常用的阴离子型表面活性剂,为白色或淡黄色粉状或片状固体,难挥发,易溶于水,溶于水而成半透明溶液。对碱、稀酸、硬水化学性质稳定。
片碱,也称苛性钠、烧碱、火碱,是一种无机化合物,氢氧化钠具有强碱性,腐蚀性极强,可作酸中和剂、配合掩蔽剂、沉淀剂、沉淀掩蔽剂、显色剂、皂化剂、去皮剂、洗涤剂等。
五水偏硅酸钠,是一种无机化合物,略带绿色或白色粉末,透明块状或粘稠液体。用于超浓缩洗衣粉、洗涤剂、金属清洗剂、食品行业洗净剂,还用于纸张漂白、棉纱蒸煮、瓷泥分散等
三聚磷酸钠,是一种无机物,是一类无定形水溶性线状聚磷酸盐,常用于食品中,作水分保持剂、品质改良剂、pH调节剂、金属螯合剂。
焦磷酸钾,是一种无机物,呈白色粉末或块状,溶于水,不溶于乙醇,水溶液呈碱性。焦磷酸钾的主要用途为取代氰化钾,用于无氰电镀。工业上还用于表面处理、高档洗涤剂、油漆涂料、清洁剂、分散剂、缓冲剂等;食品工业用作乳化剂、组织改进剂、螯合剂、品质改良剂等。
尿素,又称脲、碳酰胺,,是由碳、氮、氧、氢组成的有机化合物,是一种白色晶体。
二乙烯三胺,是一种有机化合物,为淡黄色液体,能与水、乙醇、丙酮混溶,主要用作溶剂和有机合成中间体。
酒石酸钾,是一种有机物,无色结晶或白色结晶性粉末,易溶于水,难溶于乙醇,主要用于分析剂、制备微生物培养基以及制药工业。
水蜡,常用于洗车行业,含有天然蜡成份,包括巴西棕榈蜡、蜂蜡、荷荷巴蜡等,水蜡可在汽车表面形成一层坚硬的保护膜,具有超强的防水、防酸雨、防污染、防紫外线等功能,在平衡车漆水分的同时,避免车漆因阴雨天气所造成的蚀害。本发明中用于在光伏发电面板的表面形成长效的持久疏水层。
香精和色素,为常用添加剂,根据清洗液要调制的香型和色泽进行选配。
实施例一
各组分按照重量百分比包括:
乙二醇34%、工业乙醇6%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4%、片碱0.2%、五水偏硅酸钠0.2%、三聚磷酸钠7%、焦磷酸钠6%、尿素0.5%、二乙烯三胺8%、酒石酸钾6%、香精0.4%、水蜡2%、色素0.5%,纯净水25.2%。
将以上组分混配后并充分搅拌均匀得到清洗液产品。
实施例二
各组分按照重量百分比包括:
乙二醇36%、工业乙醇8%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠9%、片碱0.5%、五水偏硅酸钠0.5%、三聚磷酸钠9%、焦磷酸钠8%、尿素0.8%、二乙烯三胺9%、酒石酸钾8%、香精0.7%、水蜡3%、色素0.8%,纯净水6.7%。
将以上组分混配后并充分搅拌均匀得到清洗液产品。
实施例三
各组分按照重量百分比包括:
乙二醇35%、工业乙醇7%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7%、片碱0.35%、五水偏硅酸钠0.35%、三聚磷酸钠8%、焦磷酸钠7%、尿素0.65%、二乙烯三胺8.5%、酒石酸钾7%、香精0.55%、水蜡2.5%、色素0.65%,纯净水15.45%。
将以上组分混配后并充分搅拌均匀得到清洗液产品。
Claims (3)
1.一种光伏发电面板清洗液,其特征是:由乙二醇、工业乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、片碱、五水偏硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钾、尿素、二乙烯三胺、酒石酸钾、香精、色素、水蜡和纯净水混配而成;各组分的重量百分比为,乙二醇34~36%、工业乙醇6~8%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4~9%、片碱0.2~0.5%、五水偏硅酸钠0.2~0.5%、三聚磷酸钠7~9%、焦磷酸钠6~8%、尿素0.5~0.8%、二乙烯三胺8~9%、酒石酸钾6~8%、香精0.4~0.7%、水蜡2~3%、色素0.5~0.8%,余量为纯净水。
2.如权利要求1所述的光伏发电面板清洗液,其特征是:各组分的重量百分比为,乙二醇34.5~35.5%、工业乙醇6.5~7.5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠6~8%、片碱0.3~0.4%、五水偏硅酸钠0.3~0.4%、三聚磷酸钠7.5~8.5%、焦磷酸钠6.5~7.5%、尿素0.6~0.7%、二乙烯三胺8.5~9%、酒石酸钾6.5~7.5%、香精0.5~0.6%、水蜡2.5~3%、色素0.6~0.7%,余量为纯净水。
3.如权利要求2所述的光伏发电面板清洗液,其特征是:各组分的重量百分比为,乙二醇35%、工业乙醇7%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7%、片碱0.35%、五水偏硅酸钠0.35%、三聚磷酸钠8%、焦磷酸钠7%、尿素0.65%、二乙烯三胺8.5%、酒石酸钾7%、香精0.55%、水蜡2.5%、色素0.65%,余量为纯净水。
