Description

Polyurethane cleaning sponge and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of polyurethane preparation, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a polyurethane cleaning sponge.
Background
At present, two sponge products for cleaning clothes and hard surfaces are adopted, one is that the sponge is made into a net bag shape and is filled with soap, washing powder or detergent, and the soap and the washing powder are further smeared on the surface of the sponge; the other method is to remove the dirt by friction with sponge with strong water absorption, such as melamine sponge and wood pulp cotton. The first product has short service life, is inconvenient to use, pollutes water and environment, is not environment-friendly and does not resist temperature. The second melamine sponge is easy to break and crisp, has powder and slag falling and has short service life; the wood pulp cotton is greatly shrunk after being used, is not resistant to temperature and is smaller when being used. In order to achieve the decontamination effect, the existing polyurethane sponge product is usually added with complex components to improve the performance, so that the product has peculiar smell and is harmful, and therefore, the preparation of a friendly polyurethane sponge product by adopting a simple and nontoxic formula is very necessary.
CN111040108B discloses a preparation method of a coarse-pore nontoxic clean sponge material, polyether polyol and toluene-2,4-diisocyanate are reacted to obtain a polyurethane resin component, and the polyurethane resin component, an emulsifier ZS-8345, a pore-forming agent and other foaming components are mixed to obtain a sponge product. The product is non-toxic and harmless, and is good for skin and environment.
CN109320953A discloses a polyurethane sponge, which is prepared from isocyanate and a combined material, wherein the combined material comprises 2-100 parts of polyether polyol composition; 1-60 parts of sodium polyacrylate solution; 1-5.0 parts of organosilicon foam stabilizer. Can produce the slow-rebound polyurethane sponge with the characteristics of hydrophilic and environment-friendly properties.
CN104829800A discloses a polyurethane material with strong decontamination function, which comprises polyether polyol, polymer polyol, toluene diisocyanate, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a detergent and a pore breaking agent, and the density of the prepared material is 10kg/m 3 -50kg/m 3 The product has good degreasing effect.
