The oil filling hard tube comprises at least two main oil inlet tubes 1 which are connected in parallel, and each main oil inlet tube 1 is connected with an oil filling hose.
The placing mechanism comprises a fixing frame 14 arranged on the same fixing surface with an oil filling pipeline, a hanging frame is arranged on the fixing frame 14, and the oil filling connector 4 is placed on the hanging frame and is located in the detection range of the detection module. The hanging frame is movably connected with the fixing frame 14 and is linked with the detection module, and when the refueling joint 4 is placed on the hanging frame, the action of the hanging frame causes the detection module to receive signals.
The hanging bracket is a placing groove 13 which is rotatably connected with the fixed bracket 14 through a rotating bracket 17, the placing groove 13 is used for accommodating the insertion of an operating handle 16 of the refueling adapter 4, and the operating handle 16 enters the detection range of a detection module arranged at the lower part of the placing groove 13 after being inserted.
The detection module is a proximity switch 15, the proximity switch 15 is arranged on the outer wall of the placing groove 13, and the end part of the detection end of the proximity switch penetrates into the placing groove 13.
The embodiment also provides a hanging frame for a refueling joint 4 of a ground refueling pipeline of an aircraft, which is used for placing a refueling pipe fitting of the aircraft, and comprises a fixed frame 14 arranged on the same fixed surface with the refueling pipe fitting, wherein the fixed frame 14 is provided with a plurality of hanging positions, and the end structure of the refueling pipe fitting is placed on the hanging positions; the mounting position is provided with a detection module corresponding to the end structure of the oil filling pipe, and the end structure of the oil filling pipe enters the detection area when being positioned at the mounting position and is overlapped with the part of the end structure at the mounting position.
The fixed frame 14 is provided with a mounting frame movably connected with the fixed frame 14, the refueling pipe fitting comprises a refueling hard pipe and a refueling hose, and the end part structure is a refueling joint 4 arranged at the end part of the refueling hose; when fixed, the refueling joint 4 is vertically hung on a hanging frame.
The hanging frame is provided with a snap ring with a notch, the inner diameter of the snap ring is smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the oil filling connector 4, and the oil filling connector 4 is clamped in the snap ring to realize hanging when being fixed. The hanging rack comprises a rotating support 17 fixedly connected with the fixed rack 14, one end of the rotating support 17 extends outwards, a rotary table is arranged at the end part of the rotating support 17, a clamping ring is connected with the rotary table, and the clamping ring is detachably connected with the oiling joint 4; the detection module is a rotary switch or an angular velocity sensor arranged in the turntable.
The hanging rack comprises a rotating bracket 17 fixedly connected with the fixed rack 14, one end of the rotating bracket 17 extends outwards, a turntable is arranged at the end part of the rotating bracket 17, and a placing groove 13 is connected through the turntable; the placement groove 13 has a through passage for receiving an operating handle 16 provided on the filler neck 4; the detection module is a proximity switch 15 or a distance sensor provided on the placement slot 13.
The top of the placing groove 13 is a flat opening, the lower part of the placing groove is an inclined opening, the proximity switch 15 or the distance sensor is arranged on the outer wall of the inclined opening, and the detection end part of the proximity switch penetrates into the placing groove 13 and faces to the outer side of the inclined opening.
In another embodiment, the mounting rack comprises a rotating bracket 17 fixedly connected with the fixed rack 14, one end of the rotating bracket 17 extends outwards and is provided with a rotating disc at the end part, and a placing groove 13 used for accommodating an operating handle 16 of the refueling adapter 4 is connected with the rotating disc; the placing groove 13 is provided with an inner bottom, and the operating handle 16 abuts against the surface of an elastic plate arranged on the inner bottom when inserted; the detection module is a pressure switch or a pressure sensor arranged on the inner side of the elastic plate.
The fixing frame 14 is provided with a base and a top frame, the top frame is provided with an explosion-proof electric box 5, and the detection module is connected with the explosion-proof electric box 5 through a cable. Be equipped with the pressure sensor who is connected with explosion-proof electronic box 5 on the fuel filler neck 4, be equipped with the display screen and the audio-optical feedback structure of the oil pressure information in the feedback fuel filler neck 4 on the explosion-proof electronic box 5.
In the embodiment, the refueling joint 4 is placed through the special placing mechanism, so that the structure damage caused by the random placement of the overweight refueling joint 4 can be avoided, meanwhile, the refueling joint can be hung at a certain height through the movably connected hanging frame structure, and the refueling hose moves towards the direction of reducing the bending amplitude due to the influence of the elastic force generated by the bending of the overlong refueling hose, so that the structural strength of the refueling hose is prevented from being influenced by the long-time over-bending of the refueling hose due to the fixed hanging mode; meanwhile, the detection module arranged in the embodiment is used for detecting whether the refueling joint 4 is placed in place or not and feeding back the information to the oil drainage pipeline control module for automatic pressure relief operation, so that the steps of manual operation are reduced, and the problem of omission caused by human negligence is avoided.
The explosion-proof electronic box 5 loaded with the control module is arranged on the fixing frame 14 and is matched with the pressure sensor and the acousto-optic feedback structure to prompt an oil filler whether to finish oil drainage operation or not, and the effect of prompting the operator to carry out manual pressure relief can be achieved when no automatic pressure relief pipeline exists.
It should be noted that the fuel filler neck 4 configuration of the present embodiment shows the lever 16 on only one side thereof, and the fuel filler neck 4 itself has two symmetrically disposed rotatable levers 16 for controlling the connection to the aircraft fuel filler port. However, in the present embodiment, the structure of the filler neck 4 is not limited, and only the way of placing the filler neck 4 and the mounting bracket is described, and only one of the levers 16 is shown in the drawing, and it is not limited which lever 16 is connected to the mounting bracket in actual use.
In another embodiment, as can be seen in fig. 8, the placement groove 13 is a cylindrical structure with an inner length slightly less than the length of the operating handle 16. The placement groove 13 has an insertion opening in the longitudinal direction, and the operation lever 16 is inserted from the insertion opening until the connection point of the operation lever 16 and the filler neck 4 abuts against the edge of the insertion opening of the placement groove 13 to be fixed. The placing groove 13 is rotatably connected with the fixed frame 14 through the rotating bracket 17, and the connection position of the placing groove is positioned at the insertion opening of the placing groove 13, so that the placing groove 13 keeps a vertical placing mode along with the action of gravity in a natural state. When the filler neck 4 needs to be placed on the mount 14, the operator inserts the operating levers 16 on either side in alignment with the insertion openings of the placement groove 13 so that the filler neck 4 can be placed at the placement groove 13. In this embodiment, the bottom of the placing groove 13 is further provided with an opening, and one side of the opening is provided with a wedge-shaped notch. The cut-out is chamfered from the outside to the inside in the axial direction of the placement groove 13 and is on the outside with respect to the holder 14, for the operator to see. When the operation handle 16 is inserted into the placement groove 13, the operation handle 16 can be exposed from the cut of the bottom in a normal state due to the proper length of the placement groove 13. In order to avoid that the stress of the refueling hose itself affects the placement of the refueling adapter 4, especially when the operator is not aware of the placement, the bending stress of the refueling hose may slowly push the refueling adapter 4 out by a portion as the placement groove 13 deflects, and the bottom pressure detection triggering in the above embodiment may close the solenoid valve 9 to terminate the pressure relief process when the pressure relief is not completed due to the release of the operating handle 16 from contact. In the present embodiment, the operator is required to check whether the operation handle 16 exists from the incision when placing the touch switch according to the arrangement of the incision and the manner of the access opening arranged near the incision, and even if the operation handle 16 is pushed out partially upwards when external force is lost, the detection range of the touch switch is not affected.
And because the proximity switch 15 is fixed on the upper part of the placing groove 13 through screw threads, the port of the proximity switch penetrates into the placing groove 13 to detect the inserted operating handle 16, even if the placing groove 13 deflects, the detection effect can be ensured. Meanwhile, in order to limit the deflection of the placing chute 13, the relative deflection angle range between the rotations can be limited, generally within ± 45 °, by providing a stopper at the rotation bracket 17.
Meanwhile, in the scheme not shown in the figure, the rotating support can be arranged in a ball seat and ball pin connecting mode, and the rotating support has a larger space rotating angle.

the automatic pressure relief valve also comprises two pressure relief branch pipes connected in parallel, wherein the first pressure relief branch pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve (9) and a safety valve (10), and the other second pressure relief branch pipe is provided with an automatic return valve (8) and a pressure relief ball valve (7);
the first pressure relief branch pipe is automatically cut off when the pressure of oil entering a recovery oil tank (11) is smaller than the first pressure threshold value;
a second pressure threshold value is set for the automatic return valve (8) on the second pressure relief branch pipe, and when the pressure value in the recovery oil tank (11) exceeds the second pressure threshold value, the automatic return valve (8) is opened to guide the oil in the recovery oil tank (11) back to the oil filling pipeline;
and a pressure sensor is arranged on the pressure relief auxiliary pipe (6), a third pressure threshold value is set for the pressure sensor on the pressure relief auxiliary pipe (6), and when the pressure in the pressure relief auxiliary pipe (6) is higher than the third pressure threshold value, the control module controls the pressure relief ball valve (7) to be kept closed.
