Background
The elevator guide rail is in use due to the limiting function of the elevator car, friction contact occurs between the guide rail and the elevator car slide rail in the elevator car lifting process, a large friction force is generated, and normal lifting of the elevator car is affected, so that the friction performance of the elevator guide rail is an important parameter of the elevator guide rail.
The existing elevator guide rail has the following technical defects when in use: firstly, the friction force is large in the lifting process of the lift car, so that the lifting is blocked, and meanwhile, the guide rail is severely damaged by friction; secondly, coating lubricating oil on the guide rail leads to adhesion of dust and lubricating oil in the elevator shaft due to long-term work, so that the lubricating effect is poor, and further friction force is increased to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior elevator guide rail in the use process, the invention provides the guide rail for reducing the friction force, which has the advantages of obviously reducing the friction force, automatically filling oil and removing impurities, and solves the technical problems in the prior art.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: the guide rail for reducing friction force comprises a guide rail body and a through hole, wherein the left side of the guide rail body is fixedly connected with a top plate, the surface of the top end of the guide rail body is fixedly connected with a positioning rail, arc-shaped grooves are formed in the left side and the right side of the positioning rail, a channel is formed in the positioning rail, and a limit groove is formed in the side wall of the arc-shaped groove;
the inside sliding connection of spacing groove has a spacing seat, the inside roll connection of spacing seat has a universal ball, the dorsal part fixedly connected with support column of spacing seat, the other end fixedly connected with limiting plate of support column, the other end fixedly connected with second spring of limiting plate, the other end fixedly connected with of second spring is on the inner wall of passageway, the dorsal part of spacing seat is equipped with scraping mechanism.
Preferably, the scraping mechanism comprises an arc sleeve fixedly connected to the back side of the limiting seat, the inner wall of the arc sleeve is tightly connected with the universal ball, the front side wall and the rear side wall of the arc sleeve are fixedly connected with electromagnets, and the upper end and the lower end of each electromagnet are fixedly connected with first springs;
the scraping mechanism further comprises scraping plates fixedly connected to the other ends of the first springs, and the two scraping plates are both connected to the inner wall of the arc-shaped sleeve in a sliding mode.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the elevator, the elevator car moves downwards along the inside of the guide rail body to further extrude the universal ball to drive the second spring to compress, so that the universal ball is inwards sunk towards the inside of the positioning rail, the contact pressure between the car sliding rail and the elevator guide rail body is reduced, the effect of reducing friction force is achieved, and the lifting efficiency of the elevator is improved.

According to the elevator car sliding rail, the universal ball arranged on the inner side of the arc-shaped groove is extruded and rotated in the process of contacting the guide rail body with the elevator car sliding rail, so that sliding friction is converted into rolling friction, friction force is obviously reduced, and elevator lifting efficiency is further improved.
3. According to the elevator car sliding rail, the preliminary scraping of the lubricating oil is realized through the extrusion contact of the gap between the universal ball and the limiting seat in the rotation process of the universal ball, so that impurities in the elevator shaft, which are generated by the aggregation of dust attached to the lubricating oil, are effectively removed, the contact impurities between the guide rail body and the elevator car sliding rail are reduced, and the friction force is further reduced.
4. According to the invention, the magnetic scrapers on two sides are driven to move towards the electromagnet by electrifying the electromagnet, so that the first spring is extruded to remove the mixture of lubricating oil and dust attached to the inner side of the arc-shaped sleeve close to the universal ball after the primary scraping is finished, impurities are reduced from accumulating on the inner wall of the arc-shaped sleeve, and the impurity removing effect is improved
5. According to the invention, the conducting strip is electrified in contact with the conducting block arranged on the side wall of the electromagnet in the scraper moving process, so that the oil pump is started to timely supplement lubricating oil, the lubricating oil is sprayed on the inner side of the arc-shaped groove through the oil nozzle and then slides downwards through the universal ball, and the lubricating oil is automatically filled, so that the oil quantity after the lubricating oil is scraped is kept sufficient.
6. According to the invention, through the matching arrangement of the limit groove formed in the arc-shaped sleeve and the limit ball on the back of the scraper blade, collision with the arc-shaped sleeve in the scraping process of the scraper blade is realized, so that vibration is generated, impurities attached to the inner side of the arc-shaped sleeve are timely vibrated and knocked down, finally fall through a channel, and the problem of poor efficiency of scraping the impurities due to the attachment of the impurities in the guide rail body is solved.

Referring to fig. 1-5, a guide rail for reducing friction force comprises a guide rail body 1 and a through hole 7, wherein a top plate 2 is fixedly connected to the left side of the guide rail body 1, a positioning rail 6 is fixedly connected to the surface of the top end of the guide rail body 1, arc-shaped grooves 5 are formed in the left side and the right side of the positioning rail 6, a channel 8 is formed in the positioning rail 6, and a limit groove 9 is formed in the side wall of the arc-shaped groove 5;

The scraping mechanism comprises an arc-shaped sleeve 12 fixedly connected to the back side of the limiting seat 10, the inner wall of the arc-shaped sleeve 12 is tightly connected with the universal ball 11, the front side wall and the rear side wall of the arc-shaped sleeve 12 are fixedly connected with electromagnets 121, and the upper end and the lower end of each electromagnet 121 are fixedly connected with a first spring 122;
the scraping mechanism further comprises a scraping plate 123 fixedly connected to the other end of the first spring 122, and the two scraping plates 123 are both slidably connected to the inner wall of the arc-shaped sleeve 12. Limiting grooves 124 are formed in the front side wall and the rear side wall of the arc-shaped sleeve 12, and limiting blocks 125 are fixedly connected to one side, away from the limiting seat 10, of the limiting grooves 124.
The side walls of the two scraping plates 123 and one side close to the electromagnet 121 are fixedly connected with conducting strips 126, and the left side wall and the right side wall of the electromagnet 121 are fixedly connected with two conducting blocks 127.
The back sides of the two scrapers 123 are fixedly connected with limit balls 128, and the diameter value of the limit balls 128 is larger than the width value of the limit groove 124. In the motion process of the scraper 123, the limiting ball 128 fixed on the back of the scraper 123 slides along the inside of the limiting groove 124, and due to the arrangement of the limiting block 125 on the side wall of the limiting groove 124, the scraper 123 continuously shakes in the sliding process and collides with the limiting block 125, so that sundries assisting the side wall of the scraper 123 timely vibrate and drop, and finally the impurities drop through the channel 8 inside the positioning rail.
The left side fixedly connected with oil pump 3 of roof 2, the right-hand member of oil pump 3 just runs through roof 2 and extends to the inside fixedly connected with oil spout 4 of guide rail body 1. When the conducting strips 126 on the side walls of the scraping plates 123 on the two sides are in contact with the conducting blocks 127 on the side walls of the electromagnets 121, the oil pump 13 works, and the oil nozzle is started, so that oil is filled in time, the loss of lubricating oil in the process of scraping impurities is reduced, the lubricating oil is supplemented in time, and the lubricating effect is guaranteed. The conductive piece 126 is electrified with the conductive block 127 arranged on the side wall of the electromagnet 121 in the movement process of the scraper 123, so that the oil pump 3 is started to supplement lubricating oil in time, the lubricating oil is sprayed on the inner side of the arc-shaped groove 5 through the oil nozzle 4 to slide downwards through the universal ball 11, and the lubricating oil is automatically filled, so that the oil quantity is kept sufficient after the lubricating oil is scraped.
The limit grooves 9 are arranged at equal intervals along the inner part of the arc-shaped groove 5. The plurality of universal balls 11 equally divide the rolling pressure so that the friction force is uniformly reduced.
The scraper 123 is provided as a magnetic plate. So that the magnetic attraction drives the scraper 123 to move.
The limiting blocks 125 are made of elastic materials and are arranged at equal intervals along the inner wall of the limiting groove 124. So that the limiting ball 128 and the limiting block 125 vibrate in contact during the contact process, and the uniform knocking is realized.
The application method (working principle) of the invention is as follows:
when the guide rail works, the extrusion force generated in the process of the movement of the car slide rail and the contact of the guide rail body 1 extrudes the universal ball 11, so that the universal ball 11 is sunk to drive the limit seat 10 and the support column 13 to move, and the second spring 15 is compressed, so that the contact pressure of the car slide rail and the arc-shaped groove 5 of the guide rail body 1 is reduced, the pressure of the front surface of a contact area is reduced, and the sliding friction effect is further reduced; meanwhile, the arrangement of the universal ball 11 enables the car sliding rail to drive the universal ball 11 to roll along the inside of the limit seat 10 when moving along the guide rail body 1, and then sliding friction is changed into rolling friction, so that friction force is further reduced.
In the process that the universal ball 11 rolls along the inside of the limit seat 10, the side wall of the universal ball 11 is in extrusion contact with the inner wall of the arc-shaped sleeve 12 at the back of the limit seat 10, dust accumulated impurities attached to lubricating oil coated on the universal ball 11 are scraped, the scraped accumulated matters are accumulated on the inner wall of the arc-shaped sleeve 12, the electromagnet 121 is started, the two magnetic scraping plates 123 move towards the electromagnet 121 under the adsorption effect of magnetic force, the first spring 122 is compressed, the effect of cleaning accumulated impurities on the inner wall of the arc-shaped sleeve 12 is achieved, when the conductive plates 126 on the side walls of the scraping plates 123 at the two sides are in contact with the conductive blocks 127 on the side walls of the electromagnet 121, the oil pump 13 works, the oil nozzle is started, oil is timely filled, loss of lubricating oil in the process of scraping the impurities is reduced, timely lubrication effect is guaranteed, meanwhile, the limiting balls 128 fixed on the back of the scraping plates 123 slide along the inner part of the limiting grooves 124 due to the arrangement of the limiting blocks 125, the scraping plates 123 continuously shake in the sliding process, the impurities are impacted to the limiting blocks 125, and finally the impurities on the side walls of the scraping plates 123 drop down through the vibration rails 8.
