The ring body 15 is provided to facilitate the removal of the inner cylinder 12 from the outer cylinder 10.
When the elastic airbag 35 is squeezed by the squeezing ring 36, it will abut against the inner wall of the outer cylinder 10, and when the elastic airbag 35 is not squeezed by the squeezing ring 36, it will not abut against the inner wall of the outer cylinder 10, which means that when the inner cylinder 12 is filled with 1, 2-dimethylimidazole chemical substance, it is prepared before transportation, and then the filling is completed, so that the squeezing ring 36 squeezes the elastic airbag 35, and the elastic airbag 35 abuts against the inner wall of the outer cylinder 10, so as to weaken the vibration force of the inner cylinder 12 in the horizontal direction during transportation, and after transportation is completed, the sealing cover 13 is opened to use 1, 2-dimethylimidazole chemical substance, and along with the decrease of 1, 2-dimethylimidazole chemical substance in the inner cylinder 12, the elastic force of the elastic member 33 will make the moving circular plate 31 gradually rise, and when the squeezing ring 36 does not squeeze the elastic airbag 35 any more, the elastic airbag 35 will be restored to the elastic airbag 35, and will not abut against the inner wall of the outer cylinder 10, so as to facilitate the inner cylinder 12 to be moved out of the outer cylinder 10.
