According to the above working procedure, the swivel 30 rotates relative to the fixed ring 20, the tooth segment 31 passes through the right gear 42, the middle gear 43, the left gear 41 and the reversing gear 44 in sequence, and the protrusion 32 acts on the movable plate 50 after the tooth segment is disengaged from the reversing gear.
The fixed ring 20 is internally provided with a plurality of curved connecting rods 21, a gear shaft of the left gear 41, a gear shaft of the right gear 42, a gear shaft of the reversing gear 44 and a movable block 52 which is movably matched with the movable plate 50 are respectively arranged on the corresponding curved connecting rods, and a gear shaft of the middle gear 43 is arranged on the movable plate 50; the movable block guides the linear displacement of the movable plate.
