and step S700, the liquid cooling controller controls the fan and the electronic oil pump to operate in a third mode.
In the embodiment, the liquid cooling loop is self-checked firstly, after the liquid cooling loop is determined to be normal through state monitoring data, the charger starts charging, the charging demand power fed back by the charger is obtained, and the liquid cooling controller controls the fan and the electronic oil pump to operate in a first mode to complete normal starting; then, if the charging required power is determined to be lower than the power threshold, the liquid cooling controller controls the fan and the electronic oil pump to operate in a corresponding second mode, so that the energy consumption is saved on the premise that the charging gun works in a normal temperature range; when the charger is charged, the temperature of the gun head rises, whether the temperature monitoring data are within the temperature difference range is determined in real time, and when the temperature monitoring data are low, the fan and the electronic oil pump can be controlled to operate according to the second mode, so that the aim of reducing energy consumption is fulfilled; and once the temperature monitoring data exceeds the temperature difference range, judging that the temperature of the gun head of the charging gun is too high, controlling the fan and the electronic oil pump to operate by the liquid cooling controller in a third mode, improving the heat dissipation efficiency of a liquid cooling loop by improving the air volume of the fan and the flow speed of cooling liquid, cooling the charging cable and the gun head, and maintaining the temperature of the charging cable and the gun head within a normal temperature range, so that the service life of the charging gun is prolonged, and the charging safety is improved.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, after step S700, the method further includes:
step S710, in the process that the fan and the electronic oil pump are controlled by the liquid-cooling controller in the third mode to operate, when the charger feeds back a message of stopping charging the battery to the liquid-cooling controller, the liquid-cooling controller controls the fan and the electronic oil pump to operate in the first mode;

It should be noted that, in some embodiments, when the electronic oil pump fails, the cooling liquid stops flowing, so that the pressure at the oil outlet is close to 0bar, and it can be determined that the electronic oil pump is in a liquid cooling loop failure state, and the charger is triggered to stop charging, so that the charging current is reduced to 0A;
when the liquid cooling pipeline has cooling liquid leakage and the liquid level sensor triggers the liquid level threshold value due to the accumulation of the leakage amount of the cooling liquid to a certain degree, the fault state of the liquid cooling loop can be judged, the charger is triggered to stop charging, and the charging current is reduced to 0A; when the liquid level is less than the liquid level threshold value, the liquid level alarm switch closes the trigger signal to prompt that cooling liquid needs to be added, and the normal state switch is switched off;
