1. A control method for reducing transverse crease marks of an inner ring of a strip steel comprises the following steps:
accurately positioning the head of the strip steel in a soft area of a winding drum of a winding machine;
determining the length of the wrapper strip steel of the belt wrapper, the wrapper tension and the dynamic tension of the unit when threading;
according to the length and the winding tension of the winding band steel of the belt winding aid, winding the band steel of which the head is accurately positioned in the soft area of the winding drum of the coiler by the belt winding aid;
and according to the dynamic tension of the unit, continuously carrying out unit coiling on the band steel after the coil aiding is finished until the coiling work is finished, thereby reducing the transverse crease marks of the inner ring of the band steel.
2. The control method for reducing the cross-hatching of the inner ring of the strip steel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining the length of the wrapper strip steel of the belt wrapper, the wrapper tension and the dynamic tension of the unit during threading comprises the steps of:
selecting the length of the coiling-assistant strip steel of the belt coiling-assistant device, the coiling-assistant tension and the dynamic tension of the unit according to the type of the strip steel and the thickness of the strip steel, thereby establishing the data relation between the tension and the number of impressing turns of the inner layer of the steel coil when the strip steel passes through the coiling machine;
and determining the length of the coiling-assistant strip steel of the belt coiling-assistant device, the coiling-assistant tension and the dynamic tension of the unit during the strip threading according to the data relationship between the tension of the strip steel threading coiling machine and the number of impressed turns of the inner layer of the steel coil.
3. The control method for reducing the cross-hatching of the inner ring of the strip steel according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of accurately positioning the head of the strip steel in the soft zone of the winding drum of the winding machine comprises the following steps:
monitoring the relative position of the head of the strip steel from the coiling machine by using a point laser sensor;
when the head of the strip steel reaches a designated position, the winding drum is driven to rotate, and the synchronous transmission time sequence is used for controlling the positioning speed of the soft area of the winding drum, so that the head of the strip steel is accurately positioned in the soft area of the winding drum of the coiling machine.
4. The control method for reducing the cross-hatching of the inner ring of the strip steel as claimed in claim 3, wherein the synchronous transmission timing sequence for controlling the positioning speed of the soft area of the winding drum comprises the following steps:
setting a plurality of winding drum soft area positioning modes aiming at different winding drum sizes and different winding modes;
and selecting a proper positioning mode from the multiple reel soft area positioning modes according to the thickness of the strip steel, the type of the used reel and a proper reeling mode to perform time sequence optimization positioning on the soft area on the reel.

the soft area interval of the coiler mandrel is widened, and the positioning accuracy of the strip steel head in the soft area of the coiler mandrel is improved.
6. A control device for reducing transverse crease marks of an inner ring of a strip steel, the device comprising:
the positioning unit is used for accurately positioning the head of the strip steel in a soft area of a winding drum of the winding machine;
the determining unit is used for determining the length of the wrapper strip steel of the belt wrapper, the wrapper tension and the dynamic tension of the unit during threading;
the belt wrapper is used for coiling the strip steel of which the head is accurately positioned in the soft area of the winding drum of the coiler according to the determined length and the wrapper tension of the wrapper;
